So,

Let's start.

And let's always connect to the breath.

It's always the easiest way to connect,

And to connect to the present moment.

So just observing how the breath moves in and out.

And allowing the mind to let go of what bothers us.

Understanding,

So again we're using the mind,

That we are infinite.

And to spend time on just being worried about stuff is not very helpful.

So we're breathing deep.

We're guiding the breath all the way to the pelvic floor.

And we're exhaling,

And we're guiding the breath back out from the center channel,

Crown infinity.

So it's like a fountain entering and leaving through the pelvic floor crown.

Then as infinite as we can acknowledge and visualize,

The breath and the light entering is more powerful.

The transformation is faster.

Because the simple truth is that we are infinite beings with human expression.

So obviously when we're acknowledging our infinity,

We are comfortable.

It's very simple.

When we function only as a person,

Separate from who we are,

We suffer.

It's so simple.

So when we meditate,

We're taking the opportunity to acknowledge home,

To be home.

So allow your mind to be infinite.

Sometimes it's resistant,

It's really attached to the worrying.

But don't go with that.

Drop everything.

Infinity is forever.

And this existence as human is very short lived,

Very very short.

So while we are having this body,

We have to learn and to remind ourselves who we are and live as dead while breathing,

As Mooji said,

While the body is warm.

Every time we exhale,

We are more and more acknowledging our infinity,

Acknowledging our light body,

Acknowledging our unity with all there is.

Ramana Maharshi said that the highest mystery there is,

Is how that infinite being is attached to this physical form.

Where is it attached?

Where?

Where?

Where is that thing that is inhabiting the body and then when we die it's leaving the body?

Where is it actually attached?

Where is that magic place that gives us a sense of a physicality yet infinity?

So He guides us to the heart.

Let's explore that,

That magical place within us where infinity and the soul is attached to this physical form.

So while being infinite,

Infinitely expansive with our consciousness,

Let's pay attention to the center of the heart,

But not collapse into the center of the heart.

Again as a little person,

Stay who you are,

Infinite being,

But pay attention at the same time to the center of your heart.

And just rest in peace there while acknowledging the truth infinity.

This truth has nothing to do with nothing,

It's not a religion,

It's not a cult,

It's nothing.

It's just infinity living in the heart,

That's all.

When we rest in the heart as infinity,

We are AUM at home.

Let's take a minute just to be there.

This place of anchoring in the heart while infinite in being is extremely healing.

So it's normal that we carry maybe physical discomfort,

Emotional discomfort,

Psychological discomfort or even energy discomfort.

Because also the energy can be very physical and not comfortable if it's not flowing in harmony.

So let's use this infinite consciousness which we are to help healing and transform and synchronize those parts within us that doesn't feel right now completely in harmony.

So let's start with the physical.

Just ask yourself if there is anything physically that doesn't feel comfortable.

Just invite infinity,

The pure consciousness which we are,

And that part within us that doesn't feel comfortable to synchronize,

To harmonize.

So if I have some discomfort in my lower back,

I'm inviting my lower back and pure consciousness to synchronize,

To harmonize.

And always what allows the magic to take place is surrender,

As deep as possible,

As complete as possible.

Feeling that you are supported,

You know,

You can really let go deep,

Completely.

No need to hold tension.

This sense of ah,

Like when we come home and we can take everything off.

When we go to bed at night and we say,

Oh finally,

Ah peace.

Exactly like this and more.

Relax deep,

Deep,

Deep.

Feel the support.

Within us there is a subconscious psychological tendency that always tells us we must be alert,

We cannot let go.

So let go deep,

Complete.

Try to bypass that part in you that holds tension just because life is dangerous.

Right now nothing is dangerous.

And you know you're moving good because you feel your body softening,

You feel less tension and more harmony.

Within,

Synchronize with infinity.

You're feeling less and less the physical form.

And if still the extension may be now in a different place than you focused,

Go there.

Ask for synchronization,

It will happen.

Then let's pay attention to our emotional system.

And the same,

You know,

Sometimes we have great suffering,

Something very powerful that happens to us.

And we feel deeply sad,

Fearful,

Anxious,

Angry.

But the emotion is still something that can be synchronized with nothing.

It doesn't mean we have to suppress emotion at all,

Not.

But right now see if you can allow what you feel to soften,

To synchronize.

So you can feel the peace that is beyond the tension.

As you're moving in synchronization and harmony,

You might find a tendency to go into the mind and to think about what you're dealing with,

Why it happens and how you should do it.

Let's try not to go there and just acknowledge the emotion and invite it to synchronize with infinite consciousness,

Which you are.

Don't let the mind pull you back to be small.

Invite low vibration of thoughts and worries into the high vibration of infinity and not vice versa.

Let's shift to the mind.

Just observe the mind like a machine,

Like something that has its own movement,

Velocity,

Power,

Tendencies.

But observe it from as infinity from infinity,

As pure consciousness and not identifying with the mind.

And then invite the mind to harmonize with pure peace.

Infinite consciousness,

Bliss.

Mental health has to do with infinity.

Beautiful.

And now let's acknowledge the presence of our lovely spiritual community,

Brothers and sisters.

And open our heart to support each other because life is tough and the tendency of maya to pull us into the illusory of duality is so strong.

And we need a lot of support,

Spiritual community,

Sangha to help each other,

To remind ourselves who we are,

The truth.

So let's open our heart and just feel that we are sharing a space of love in which we can all always come in and relax,

Feel safe,

Feel supported.

And because we are acknowledging our unity,

We are affecting each other.

So when life is tough for one of us,

It is supported by the other.

And each one of us,

Its light increases,

Affecting the other person.

And like this we are raising and raising vibration.

Let's rest in this ocean of peace and love.

And when they say in a cemetery,

May his peace or her peace rest in love,

There is no reason to wait until we die.

We can rest in love,

In peace right now and always and forever.

If we don't do it now,

Maybe when we die it also will not happen.

Now is the training.

And just to share this beautiful energy that we are experiencing and which we are and everything is,

Let's visualize that we are forming like a layer,

Like a matrix all around planet earth,

With all humans,

With all animals,

With the trees,

The flowers,

With the mountains and the lakes,

With the animals,

With the earth resources,

With everything.

And feel that we are breathing together because everything is life's expression,

Is consciousness manifesting in infinite,

Infinite,

Infinite forms.

Everything is Brahma,

Pure consciousness.

And to keep this quality as we are moving on during our day,

Just a few pillars or a few points that can help us.

One is to pay attention to what we do.

Even to most mundane things,

Pay attention all the time.

Everything,

This will remind you to stay present.

Two,

Gratitude.

As much as possible gratitude,

This will again help the mind and the heart stay connected.

Three,

Acknowledging the breath.
