
Walking The Edge

By anchoring your awareness in the heart center, you'll be able to cultivate and expand vibrations of peace and love throughout your entire being. This practice will help you center yourself, letting go of stress and negativity, and embracing a state of calm and serenity.

Okay,
So let's start and always we're connecting first to the breathing,
Not always,
But today.
Because I mean we all came from different things,
We did different things,
We're feeling in different way and then we have to come to center.
So let's just pay attention how the breath moves in and out.
Let's try to bring the awareness to the center of the chest.
In the same time we pay attention to the breath moving in and out.
Okay,
So it's two things in the same time.
The awareness is touching the chest,
The heart chakra and touching the breath.
Continue a bit longer touching the center of the chest and touching the breath.
Meaning that we're holding awareness on both in the same time.
Okay,
Now let's drop the awareness of the breathing and let's only focus on the chest,
Middle of the chest.
So the awareness which is normally we feel it in the center of the forehead,
That area of the frontal lobe of the brain is directed towards the center of the chest,
The heart chakra.
Now as we are there we're still feeling many many things.
We can be aware of so many things,
Of sensation,
Of movement,
Of thoughts,
Of emotions,
Of sounds maybe that coming from the outside.
Many things.
Okay,
But we try all the time that our center will be in the center of the chest.
Let's stay there.
As if,
I just tell you that I was,
I visited Israel,
Just came today,
This morning.
And there my nephew invited me to do an ice bath.
Okay,
So when you enter to the ice bath it's a one,
One and a half degree.
So obviously the mind wants to tell you get out,
Get out as fast as you can because it's really dangerous.
Okay,
But because I understand that there is benefit I stay.
Okay,
So this exactly the teaching,
Yeah,
Between the mind telling us many things.
Sometimes it's helpful,
Sometimes not helpful.
But we decide what to do with that information.
So the reason I'm talking about it is because the center of the chest is the place that can hook the awareness,
The mind into the body,
Yeah,
And into love.
So this place is very unique in its ability to anchor.
And what I've seen in the experience with the ice bath is that if I move my mind from the center of the chest,
It started to freak out.
When I was there in the center of the chest,
I was fine.
Okay,
So here because we don't have like a life or death experience,
Like a very threatening situation,
We allow the mind to fly all over the place.
But let's take a minute as if it is life or death,
As they describe in the teaching of the yoga,
That being centered should be approached like walking on the edge of a sword.
That's exactly what I'm talking about.
It's that place that if you make a tiny movement to the left or to the right,
You're gone,
You're done.
So let's stay in the center of the chest with this attitude,
Exactly that,
That I have no other place to be because I'm dependent on that.
Let's take a minute for that.
When we do that,
When we're focusing on the center of the chest,
Really what's happening slowly is that actually that space of awareness become the center of infinite,
Infinite peace.
Yeah.
So that's how we should approach it.
It's not that you're there and you're locking yourself into the tiniest place there is.
Actually,
You're there and from there start expansion.
But we don't need to do anything,
It will happen on its own.
Okay,
But that's the idea.
We stay there and from there,
Like waves that coming in a beautiful serene lake starting to spread.
So let's stay there with that permission that the awareness from the center of the chest will start to expand.
As the sensation or the waves of peace starting to expand from the chest outwards,
Try to expand your awareness to that space that being opened up.
And maybe now the chest and the edges of your body feeling that there are one vibration,
That's great.
And then slowly it will start to expand more and more.
All the time,
The chest is in the center and the vibration expands.
Naturally,
As the system moves from the sympathetic to parasympathetic state,
Meaning much more relaxed state,
The nervous system comes down.
So the center of the chest move from being a physical center to being in a way like a state of being or something like this is not physical anymore.
It's not a place so much anymore.
This happens gradually.
In this process of expansion,
We don't do anything.
It's not an active process.
It's just the only thing we try to pay attention is that awareness is in the chest or if the chest expanding,
So we just move with the expansion.
But it's not something we need to do.
We're just following the natural expansion that takes place.
Expansion has no limits,
But sometimes it can meet limitation,
Meaning that the tension that we had before the meditation and maybe through our life,
Maybe it's lodged in a system,
In different places,
In different forms and ways.
So maybe that certain parts of your being expanding beautifully,
But maybe other are kind of logged behind and a bit heavy.
So just note what's happening.
Allow that process to take place.
Allow expansion and pay attention to what is not expanded and you can invite those parts that are kind of dragged behind with tension.
Invite them to join the expansion.
We're remembering that we don't do anything.
Just gradually and gradually we surrender more and we're inviting more parts and being tensed and kind of in separation to join.
But it's nothing to do.
It's just to pay attention.
Okay,
And let's invite the mind and the heart to fully expand and to take the position of infinite consciousness.
So my mind is infinite,
My heart is infinite.
And again doesn't matter if some parts of my human existence are not balanced.
My essence is infinite.
The rest will follow.
Okay,
So for example because I was traveling and being in a very different environment from the last week,
So as I'm relaxing and there's a lot of flashbacks coming,
Images coming,
Faces,
Things even that I don't know anything about,
But a lot of things appearing.
Meaning that there is a lot of stuff in the subconscious that gets released now.
Same for all of us.
It doesn't matter if it's recent or it's from this life or other life.
So just whatever I'm releasing into that infinite space which we are,
Just give it space.
It's all good because the system is harmonizing.
Okay,
And now we're inviting the mind and the heart to extend to the whole creation.
And really not to be worried and try to do anything besides acknowledging the truth which is I am all there is.
It has nothing to do with any religion or any teaching that comes from the mind.
It's just the ultimate being of pure presence.
That's all.
I am.
That's all.
It's before anything else,
Before identity,
Before thoughts,
Before dogma,
Before anything.
So let's say invite to that infinite expansion our heart chakra to make sure that the heart chakra is catching up with the infinity of the mind.
Because the mind,
Once it's letting go of thoughts,
It can assume infinity immediately actually.
The chakras are kind of lagging behind because they hold emotion which is more heavy,
You know,
Heavy energy compared to pure consciousness which is the mind.
So out of all the chakras,
The heart chakra is the one that gives us the sense of love,
Connection with life.
So let's invite the heart chakra to expand and to assume the infinite size of creation.
Again,
Nothing to do.
Once you gave the direction and the instruction,
You just step back and observe.
That's all.
Let's shift to the second chakra below the navel above the pubic bone.
It's more,
Let's say,
Physical chakra and it has to do with the sense of our physicality,
Physical existence,
Its raw power.
But there as well it can expand to the size of the whole creation and that allows us to feel,
You know,
The physicality of creation,
The explosive power that is everywhere and within us as well.
So when we're expanding chakras,
Really what we do,
We're connecting to qualities that are here and manifesting everywhere.
Again,
Like love is not mind love.
It's love that when my heart is completely open,
I'm in touch with it.
It's the same love that is everywhere.
When I connect to the second chakra,
I'm connecting with a creativity and power and reproduction and expansion and force.
Again,
It's not mine.
It's everywhere and I'm connecting with that quality and it allows me to access it,
To feel it and to use it,
If needed,
Or just to enjoy it.
So invite the second chakra to expand to infinity so the raw power of existence of creation can be felt in its full beauty.
And that should not affect or disturb anything else that we connected before.
You can feel the power yet,
You can feel the love yet,
You can feel the infinite consciousness,
Everything.
And now with that expansion that we're experiencing,
Let's again check in.
Maybe there's still kind of lingering leftover tension that will be nice to invite if it's emotional or physical or psychological or energetical.
We're inviting it to synchronize with infinity.
And the last thing to do is to drop the mind altogether.
So in that part we stop doing,
We stop visualizing,
We stop guiding any mental activity,
It's stopped right now.
This complete,
Complete drop into the no-thing from which everything appears.
For that it should be a complete,
Complete surrendering.
Yeah,
I lose contact with who I think I am in any shape or form,
As a man or as a woman or as a work or as a family position or as a whatever.
Because now it's just pure consciousness.
And it's not my consciousness,
It just is.
And if the mind pulls you back,
Drop it again.
Drop it and drop it.
Like you're dropping an object from your hand,
Drop the object of your mind,
It's an object.
Okay,
In that beautiful state which we are sharing,
The beautiful space of now which we are sharing,
Yeah,
We want to invite loved ones,
Anyone that we know,
So they as well can benefit from this beautiful energy that we are sharing between us,
Among us.
Again,
Nothing to do,
Just to say the name or to think about that person or animal or plant or any,
Anything or anyone.
To be part of our circle.
Beautiful.
And then let's invite people who take decisions on a global scale,
Politician,
Social media people,
People who hold economical power,
Religious power.
Just invite them as well to this space of stillness.
And then let's invite areas of conflict on this planet,
Where people suffer so much,
So they can feel as well the healing power of presence.
Beautiful.
So just to summarize that we started the meditation by taking refuge in the heart,
Yeah,
And then by keeping the mind very,
Very stable and steady in the center of the heart chakra,
Slowly the energy comes down and we start to experience expansion.
Okay,
And like this we're expanding and then we invite different parts that are behind to synchronize and harmonize.
Until we feel that I am all there is and then we're dropping the mind in the end of the meditation and we're just staying in this beautiful,
Beautiful space.
