Everything in existence moves through vibration—our bodies, our thoughts, our emotions, and the world around us. In this session, we’ll become aware of the body as a field of vibrating frequencies. By tuning in, we begin to notice where energy flows freely and where it leaks or stagnates, often causing agitation or imbalance. This simple awareness is a return to harmony. As we guide our attention across the vibrational body, we allow the energy to recalibrate and return to its natural rhythm. This process brings balance to the nervous system, stillness to the mind, and stability to our emotional field. The body begins to synchronize with the greater vibrational field of the universe, where peace isn’t forced, it’s remembered.

Okay,

Good,

Let's start.

What I'd like to do today is to focus on the vibration,

Our vibrational body.

We did it before,

But I want to focus more,

Maybe give another direction or more different angle to connect to that.

So just to start and to say that everything is vibrating all the time.

There's vibration inside our body.

There's vibration,

Obviously,

In the whole creation.

And when we recognize the vibration inside the body,

It helps us to recognize the vibration in the creation.

And like I mentioned before,

Vibration,

When we feel vibration,

It's nice,

But we have to remember that it's a low form of vibration if we can feel it.

So we start by feeling it,

But then we're moving on to not feeling it.

But that's exactly what we're gonna practice today.

Not feeling is when we are just being pure awareness and then we stop feeling the vibration,

But we know we are and it feels amazing.

Now,

When the body or our system is not harmonized,

What happened is that the energy flows out of the meridians of the energy channel.

You can compare it to when there is a flooding and the water coming out of the rivers is exactly the same.

So when we are not balanced,

The energy floods out of the meridians and then we normally,

We feel quite agitated.

As we start to calm down,

The energy start to move into the meridians and then we can trace the meridians and the vibration in the meridians and then slowly,

Slowly,

All the meridians start to harmonize,

Then we feel better and better.

And then we're moving beyond the vibration.

Like I said,

So we're gonna practice that.

We don't need to know where the meridians are to do that.

We can do it without knowing anything about the meridians.

Okay,

So let's start and just by first of all,

Connect and focus on the breathing,

Just to connect and calm down a little bit the nervous system.

So you can just close your eyes if you want and pay attention to your breath,

How it moves in and out.

No need to change the breathing or anything,

Just observe how the breath moves.

And when you don't do any effort to breathe,

Especially deep and you're just observing the breath,

At least that's what happened to me.

Suddenly I feel that I don't breathe deep and this means a blockage,

Yeah?

It doesn't have to be the case for you because maybe now you're more balanced than me.

That's cool,

No problem.

But if you do feel that the breath doesn't go very deep inside right now,

Just pay attention on that.

If it goes deep and nice,

Just enjoy the beautiful breath that you're experiencing right now.

Now,

When the breath is not going deep,

It's actually indication of general blockage,

Not only on the level of the breathing,

But also on the emotions and also on the vibration,

On the energy that needs to flow in the meridians.

So let's take the quality of breathing that we're observing right now as an indication and from that we start to observe other phenomenas like our emotions,

Like vibrations that comes as one package relating to short breathing or shallow breathing.

So as you're observing the quality of your breath,

Of your breathing,

Pay attention in the same time to the quality of the emotion,

But don't let go of the awareness of the breath.

Try to hold everything together.

The quality of breathing and the quality of the emotion you're experiencing right now.

And then,

Because the body works together,

So it doesn't stop with short breathing and the emotion that maybe is a bit anxious or sad or something that is not comfortable,

It's expand also to the whole body,

This unbalanced state.

So as you being aware of the quality of your breathing,

Of the quality of your emotion,

Try in the same time widen your awareness to the whole body and observe the quality of the whole body in terms of vibration.

And then what you can find,

Maybe you don't,

But what I feel,

Maybe you can feel something similar,

Is actually the body is vibrating in an uncomfortable way.

Yeah,

It's nervous.

If something is agitated,

It's not comfortable.

Okay,

So we combining into the package of awareness,

Quality of breathing,

Emotion,

And vibration.

See if you can hold the awareness on all these aspects.

Now,

Don't get stressed about it.

If you cannot pay attention to everything,

Just wherever you catch and where you feel comfortable,

That's perfect.

Now,

The magic is the awareness.

This is the magic of the whole thing.

We can recognize all those things that are not balanced because we have the capacity of awareness.

And that's the magic.

And why it is magical?

Because awareness is actually the whole creation manifesting in you or through you.

That's why it's so magical.

The whole creation manifest through you in what we call awareness.

Okay,

This is super magical.

Yeah,

So you are an expression of the whole creation.

Okay,

So when we are now shining exactly like a spotlight or illuminate in illumination,

When we shine awareness on vibration,

Breath,

And emotion at the same time,

Those will start to change.

Let's do that.

Let's do it.

Again,

Don't work hard.

It's like you're entering into a room and in that room,

There's a chair,

There's a desk,

And there's a computer that,

Let's say,

Working.

And you're aware of everything in the same time and the space where everything manifests the same.

Your awareness is the space and you're just aware of those object in the space,

Let's say.

That's all what you need to do.

Now,

Awareness and thinking,

They have some,

It looks like they have similarity,

But they're not really similar.

Thoughts cannot function without awareness,

But thinking tend to kidnap awareness and to pull it into the thinking.

So awareness is the space and actually right now,

What we want the mind to do is to only be aware of vibration,

Emotion,

And breath.

The result,

The most common result of being present in this way,

That suddenly you feel that the breath goes deeper,

Emotionally you feel more calm,

And the vibration change is not in the same power and it's not in the same place.

Something change.

You see,

I'm talking now more quiet,

More deep,

Because the system is changing.

Where is the vibration now?

Like you're hunting it.

You're going after it.

Because the breathing is already deep,

It's no problem now.

The emotion,

It's much better.

Again,

No problem.

But the vibration changes not so fast.

So you're searching for areas in your body that you're feeling that they are standing out in vibration that is a bit nervous,

A bit uncomfortable.

Or maybe it is comfortable,

But it's standing out.

It should not stand out.

Once you're zooming on an area with that quality of vibration,

Again,

You're resting your awareness on it.

And then just be quiet.

It will change,

And then you continue like this,

Go deeper and deeper.

Normally,

When you tackle kind of the main imbalance,

The superficial imbalance of breath imbalance,

Emotion imbalance,

And vibration imbalance,

Once that gets a bit better,

Normally the energy start to move into the energy channels,

The meridians.

Now,

The meridians are running inside the body,

Of course,

But it's easier to recognize the meridians on the limbs,

On the arms,

And on the legs.

So what we can do now is pay attention to vibration,

Especially on the arms,

Especially.

And then if it works,

Also on the legs.

Once you recognize an area on the legs and the arm that vibrates outstanding,

In an outstanding way,

You're focusing there.

And just wait until the vibration shifts,

Moves from that area,

And we'll start to play and move to another place,

Like this,

Constantly following,

Don't let go.

We call it chasing the dragon.

Now,

To make it even more powerful,

What we're doing,

We're starting to expand awareness.

Meaning that the focus,

Instead of being only in the body,

It's also outside the body,

Far away.

Okay,

So the awareness recognizing the vibration inside the body,

And then it's also recognizing the infinite space around the body in the same time.

This will give infinite space for the vibration to soften and relax and synchronize with the space around the body.

Okay,

So let's just give some time to follow the vibration.

Just to say,

As you're staying focused on the vibration,

That this,

The vibration is not sporadic,

At all,

Okay?

It's actually very super organized.

There is a cycle of energy that when the body is not balanced and you apply awareness,

By you being aware of the vibration,

You're supporting the body to move through cycles of energy imbalance from superficial to deeper and deeper and deeper.

That's why,

If you pay attention on the vibration,

You see that it's shifting positions.

That's exactly the cycles that the energy moves through the meridians and going deeper and deeper to harmonize the energy system and the internal organs.

Remember the infinite space around,

This is super important.

Okay,

So obviously we are not in the same process,

Everybody,

Because we have different training and maybe different state of experience right now.

But let's move on.

And let's say now focus on the vibration.

Only outside the body,

But so much outside that we let our awareness be as wide,

As big as the whole creation.

Now,

It's not only the awareness is big,

As wide as the whole creation,

We're now shifting identity from only identifying as me,

As the person,

To me as creation itself.

But not me,

The person,

Yair,

In this case,

Me as everything.

Yeah,

So it's not a personal me,

It's an infinite.

You can say me,

But there's no need even to say me.

It's just a being,

A sense of,

I am all there is,

Or all there is am I.

Including the person.

We can acknowledge that our body is actually shifted from being only this small person body to the whole creation,

Yeah?

So my body is the whole creation.

My being is the whole creation.

Yeah.

And this is a super healing state because as being as all there is,

It has zero friction,

Yeah?

So there's no problem in that state.

And now we are in the beautiful position where we can invite the personal person or personal being we call me,

I,

To join infinity.

So let's start and call as infinity our third eye or our brain to synchronize with all there is.

But again,

You're not in the center pushing it out like we normally do.

You are everything calling it to synchronize with everything.

I'm calling my brain to synchronize with infinity.

You just say what you want and you wait quietly and it will happen.

No need to work hard.

You're already that what you want,

That where you are.

So any trace of nervousness,

Of anxiety,

Of worry,

Not only in the brain,

But in the whole nervous system is called to harmonize,

To synchronize with the whole creation.

Again,

You just say what you want,

You define who you are,

And you let things manifest.

Trust and relax.

Surrender completely.

You are nature,

You are part of nature.

And the synchronization between access to infinity,

Infinite space is the most natural thing there is.

So once you declare who you are and what you want,

Then it will happen because that's nature.

It must happen like this.

You just surrender,

Let go.

You,

The ego person.

Perfect.

Now let's add synchronization of the heart with infinite love.

So again,

We're all the time,

All there is,

And we're calling our heart chakra to synchronize with the infinite space,

Which we are and everything is.

Nothing to do,

Just to say,

And it will happen.

Like when God said,

There'll be light,

There was light.

You know,

It happened.

It didn't just went to do it or something.

It's the same.

You visualize and you relax.

Now let's do the same with the lower chakras.

So the second chakra below the navel and the base chakra,

The area of the pelvic floor.

Again,

As infinity,

Call that area to harmonize,

To synchronize.

Stay infinity.

Don't pull back into the drama,

Into the story,

Into the little person.

Stay the truth.

You are everything.

Okay.

And now let's say,

Use the fact that we are here together,

A community of like-minded being,

You know,

Brothers and sisters of the spiritual path.

And let's form a circle.

Yeah,

A virtual circle among us by visualizing that each one of us is occupying a space in that circle.

Wherever you visualize,

Go there.

And once you are in the circle,

Allow your heart to open up,

Visualizing that you connecting like a thread of love and light between your minds and between your hearts among all the participants,

Everybody.

Amazing.

And I mean,

I feel it very clear now that we are,

We formed a circle and that changed the whole sensation or experience now.

Now,

This circle is a very powerful entity right now because we are in a very powerful state.

That's why it's a beautiful opportunity for healing to be given and to be received.

So just invite yourself to receive healing as you inhale from the rest of the members.

Feel that when you inhale,

So much wellness,

Healing,

Light,

Love enters to your body,

To your being and caresses you from inside and heals you from inside and touches every little part that you feel needed support.

When you exhale,

You do the same,

You give the same quality to the rest of the circle.

And now to this same circle,

Let's invite those that we know that are finding it difficult at this moment,

From whatever reason.

And if you want to place yourself in the center of the circle because you're in a difficult position at this moment,

Please visualize that you're in a circle in the center of the circle.

And you feel even more that you're in a circle and you feel more strongly that you are healed by this beautiful communal energy that we're sharing of complete unity with Source.

Great.

And as always,

Towards the end of the meditation,

We have to acknowledge that it's easier to be in this state when we sit,

When we don't move and when we are really focusing,

Especially together as a group.

So we need some tools that will keep us going when we stop meditating.

So first of all,

It's like going to the gym,

Is I think very important to meditate daily and to realize the truth and to experience the truth,

Not truth as a religion,

But truth as just being all there is.

It's just what it is.

And this immediately creates very deep balancing.

So,

But it's very also very important to train your mind to be present and to develop habits of a complete presence to what you're doing.

Yeah,

Starting with very small things like the way you dress up,

The way you comb your hair,

The way you brush your teeth.

Slowly,

Slowly start to develop awareness to as many things that you can.

And you'll see that it just builds up and builds up.

So most of the day,

You really pay attention what you're doing.

And the reason is not to comb the hair with like this or like that.

The reason is not to think uncontrolled,

Not to let too much.

So to develop awareness to the way your mind operates,

Not to let it just roam around and just think with no purpose.

Yeah,

For that,

The mind has to be trained to be present in what is done right now.

And that's a training because overthinking is addiction,

Is really an addiction.

The other thing is to try to develop as much as possible the habit of gratitude and the habit of humbleness.

We are part of unimaginable wisdom and manifestation of the creation.

And it's beautiful to connect with humbleness to all there is because it's really unperceivable the enormity of creation.
