Hi my friend,
Let's talk about identity Most of us putting a lot of energy to keep certain identity and give it a lot of power and importance for example Maybe we have a body identity that we have a beautiful body and maybe we go to the gym to make it beautiful and make It strong Or maybe we have an identity that relates to being a good mother Or being a good child or being a good husband many identities We have to really check in to see how much energy that identity takes from us How much importance we giving to that identity?
Nothing wrong.
And actually it's beautiful to go to the gym and have a beautiful strong physical body To be a wonderful mother or wonderful father or anything else that you choose to do But what about the identity behind it meaning that if my identity is physical and I'm connecting my identity to having a very beautiful a strong body and Suddenly,
I cannot go to the gym or suddenly something happened to my body.
I'm lost If something happened in my family and suddenly I'm thinking that I'm not a good mother.
I'm lost If somebody told me but how you did that and why you did that and touched our identity We are lost and we are lost in a way that we Trying to defend our identity as much as we can and if we lose it,
We're in a big trouble Again nothing wrong with accomplishing what we want to accomplish and do it the best way we do But the identity is a different story Because I don't identity consume a lot of energy Okay to the point for example that if my identity is relates to my body and even if my body is weak I need to rest I'll push it because subconsciously my identity relates to the the way Because subconsciously my identity relates the way my body operates the way my body looks So we all need to be very conscious about that tendency to Relate to identity and to identify according to that identity that we created Because really identity is a thought Somebody can have a beautiful body but think it has a ugly body Somebody can have not a nice body thinking they have a beautiful body It's all a thought really all identities are really a thought I thought that the ego being attached to and now it's became our identity If identity is threatened in any way,
Let's say somebody told us something we don't like or we cannot keep identity Then we get into a deep trouble Yeah,
Because identity is what the ego accomplish and hold as me But who you are is not the identity who you are is the space where the identity operates seen This is most important to understand Who you really are is beyond identity Who you really are is the space?
Where everything manifesting If you realize that and you experiencing that then you won't be so obsessed about identity Keeping identity fighting for it You will not make others suffer because they hurt your identity because you know who you really are and not who you think you are what your mind thinks you are I Really want to encourage you to really think about it and really embrace it if you have any question always I'm happy to discuss and talk and it's not an easy journey because the mind will do its best to hold identity The mind will do its best to push anyone and anything that will threaten your identity so I encourage you to really go into it and really reflect on it and as much as possible realize the space which you are and Give less important to that identity again Take care of yourself Be the best in whatever you want to be but try to pay attention to the ego.
