Okay,
So before we start,
Let's just dedicate a minute to this waiting idea.
You know,
There is no waiting.
Waiting is only when the mind is,
Let's say,
Confused or not connected,
Then it waits.
It waits for what?
It waits to be nourished by thoughts,
Basically,
Or nourished by stimulation.
That's a waiting mind or a bored mind.
When the mind is present,
Really present,
It doesn't wait for anything,
Because it is everything.
How can you wait for something when you are dead already?
How can you wait for gifts when you are the richest person in the world?
Yeah,
How is it possible?
So we don't wait,
We are.
Obviously,
Maybe especially when we start meditation,
We are not in the same mindset,
You know,
What is he talking about?
Of course I'm waiting,
Of course I'm not the richest person on this planet.
Yeah,
Of course,
This is all a mental thoughts or mental noise.
When you go inwards,
Then you know exactly who you are.
So let's connect,
Pay attention to the breaths,
And really gift yourself,
Gift yourself maybe for once,
And maybe for once and for all,
To liberate yourself from this tyrant called mind that tells you,
That identifies with you,
That it really pulls you away from the infinite being which you are,
The richness which you are.
You can only do it by bringing the mind,
The awareness,
Inwards,
By connecting the mind 100% to now.
As long as the mind moves as a separate being,
Then there's no chance you realize who you are.
Once the mind realizes its true nature,
Which is infinite space,
Then you know exactly what's going on,
Exactly,
And you're not so susceptible to its gesture,
Or to what it says,
Or to how it pulls you.
It's not that the mind stops working,
It's not that it stops being maybe crazy sometimes,
But there's so much space between the infinite being and that power that is moving,
Sometimes completely uncontrolled,
And that space allows us to decide what to do with the noise,
But not to become the noise always.
So we pay attention to the breath,
How it moves in,
How it goes out.
And always we have to pay attention as whom we're paying attention,
Because that wholeness is exactly the mind.
When the mind is identifying with the body,
We feel that I am me and I'm breathing in my body,
Which you can say it's true,
But it's relatively true,
Because as you are this body,
You're also infinity itself,
You're infinite space in the same time.
So why focus on one and not the other?
Why focus on thing when you're also no-thing?
Yeah,
In the same time,
It's a decision and a change of habit.
So as we're observing the breath moving in and out,
Let's observe the breath as no-thing rather than something.
How do we become no-thing?
We just allow the mind to expand to infinity.
How do we expand the mind to infinity?
Actually,
It's not an active thing.
We can do it actively and visualize that the mind goes wider and wider and wider.
We can do that and actually that's a possibility or maybe a step.
The fastest way to do it is not to do anything.
Meaning,
When the mind it just dropped completely,
It's become infinite immediately.
Because even to expand the mind,
We're using the mind.
But when you drop the mind,
Then you see that you are just R,
M,
And the mind is not active in that moment.
Or we can say a different aspect of the mind become active,
A complete awareness and complete space aspect.
This is not the ego state,
It's an infinite state.
So let's focus on this state.
The mind is completely,
Completely infinite.
The mind is completely,
Completely infinite.
With no effort,
It's easy,
You just drop it.
You don't need to work.
Drop the mind and you are there instantaneously.
How do we drop the mind?
Maybe some of you are asking.
This is personal.
For me,
It feels as if the energy of the brain is falling downwards or backwards,
Something like this.
It's the opposite of thinking.
If you pay attention,
When you think what you do,
You see,
If you really,
Really pay attention,
You see that the energy that sustained the thought is moving into the brain to sustain it.
So,
That same movement towards thinking,
You do opposite,
You reverse it,
You drop that movement,
And then the mind has no power to think.
That's strength.
Go backwards,
Drop it.
And this brings you immediately to that state of infinite space.
Effortless,
Effortless,
No effort.
And if the mind bothers you again,
Drop it again,
It's no problem.
As you are more there,
The mind will lessen its power to pull back to thought,
Because it's really satisfied in being nothing.
So,
Observing from no-thing of an infinite space,
Observing breath.
And because mind is identity,
So,
Infinite mind or infinite space is now the identity,
Meaning that the breath is now occupying the whole creation.
It's not negating the body,
It's not negating you,
The person,
But it's acknowledging that it's part of infinite space,
Which you are as well.
Okay,
So,
We're observing the breath in the whole creation.
Now,
That you that is observing the breath is not you,
The regular you.
It's not the ego you,
It's the infinite you,
Which is me,
Which is everybody with everything.
So,
Everythingness,
Which is the new you,
You can say,
Is observing part of itself,
Which is,
Let's say,
The old you or the person you.
It's normal,
And I feel the same now,
Because we just started the meditation,
Our nervous system or my nervous system is still agitated a little bit.
It didn't catch up with the infinite space,
But that's no problem.
So,
Don't worry if maybe your mind is still busy or physically or emotionally you don't feel well.
Don't worry about it,
It will harmonize.
Most important is to establish yourself as space,
Then everything will synchronize with it.
If a thought comes,
It's natural,
Just go back,
Drop it once you recognize and drop back to space.
And now let's drop breath awareness,
Because the breath awareness will keep you in a way attached to the physicality of your existence.
It's always the first step,
But it will lock you into that level of awareness,
So we're dropping the breath awareness.
We just more wanting to connect now to vibrational awareness.
As the whole creation is infinite space,
We are interested in connecting with vibration,
Not only in the body,
Because then you again pulling yourself into the little person,
But in the whole creation and the body is part of it.
Keep your mind infinite and recognize the ocean of vibration,
Which is you and everything.
Vibration is more subtle than breathing,
Hence it will give you a deeper sense of well-being.
And now let's move into more subtle awareness,
Which is sound.
So,
Through your ears you're perceiving the sound of the whole creation.
Again,
You don't need to do and make any effort,
You just ask to perceive creation through your ability to hear,
That's all,
And you just relax there.
Because each perception we get from creation,
From life,
Comes in through a sense.
And that sense is internal and external,
So using the hearing sense to perceive creation.
Don't look for anything,
Just say that,
And it will manifest,
And you hear the sound of creation,
Which is you,
Which is everything.
And now let's shift to the sense of sight.
Again,
Don't look,
Just understand that through the same sense of sight that you're seeing the world when your eyes are open,
Or maybe you see something when your eyes are closed,
Colors or pixels or vibration,
That way you're perceiving the whole creation.
So,
Just say that I'm perceiving now creation through the sense of sight and just see what happens.
Beautiful.
And now we're shifting to the ultimate sense,
Which is being.
I'm just aware,
So the sense of being.
So,
We don't perceive through external sense or through internal sense,
We perceive through being.
So,
What you need to do now is not do anything,
Just be aware of space,
Infinite space which you are,
That's all.
Not through a medium of a sense.
It means that you are so alive because you are now life itself.
You are everything.
So,
As we're going through this process,
The mind softens and softens and softens and kind of finding its comfort and bliss,
Which is infinite expansion,
Infinite space.
And as a result,
That human form,
Human being form,
Is slowly dissolving,
Like melting like glaciers in the ocean and completely synchronizing with the infinite vibration of space.
So,
Slowly you may stop feeling different parts of your body,
Or you might feel that some parts are vibrating more than others,
Or you might feel that there are like islands or area of heightened sensation and others that you don't feel at all.
So,
To enhance this process of complete synchronization,
When you don't feel a separation between your body and the whole creation,
Let's invite the heart chakra to completely synchronize with the whole creation.
So,
Let's say that until now I realized through my mind that I am all there is,
Infinite space.
Now I'm realizing this through my heart,
That I am all there is,
Infinite love.
So,
The heart is now released to feel that love is.
And then once we establish this expansion through love,
We let it go.
Next step to complete synchronization is to check within you if there is any other parts of you,
Of your human existence,
That are vibrating in a different amplitude of vibration compared to infinity,
Which is zero vibration.
I just invite those parts.
For example,
I feel that my thighs are vibrating in an uncomfortable way compared to the silence that I feel in the whole creation.
So,
I'm now focusing to synchronize thighs and infinity.
You do the same for whatever part within you that is not in harmony.
But don't fall back into the little person.
Do it as infinity.
Okay,
And to enhance more this complete dissolving of the solution into infinity as infinity,
Let's say,
Let's use the presence of each other,
The blessing of each other.
Because each one of us who are joined this beautiful space of now,
Of presence,
Is the whole creation manifesting in a human form.
Hence,
Our ability to support each other,
To realize exactly that,
Is immense.
So,
Let's acknowledge that we are sharing the same space.
We're acknowledging the presence of each other.
And through love,
We're wishing that each one of us will completely,
Completely realize its true nature.
Feel it completely.
Be it completely.
Okay,
That's beautiful.
It's really working strong.
And because we are beyond time and space,
This space we are sharing is not only shared by us in physical form.
It can be shared by spirits,
By angels,
By gods,
By loved ones who left the body.
So,
It's a very,
Very rich place to be,
The richest.
So,
Because it's so rich,
Let's invite loved ones,
Who we know they are suffering in this moment,
Family members,
To join this beautiful space.
Because then now,
The infinite space which we are in all is,
It depends on our mind to be acknowledged.
But it's not ours,
Of course,
By joining that space.
So,
Let's invite other people,
Who right now their suffering is too strong,
To be able to expand into this space.
Like we helping each other,
Let's help others.
So,
We're opening this space to other people.
It can be animals,
Of course,
It can be plants,
Any living form.
And let's invite,
Specifically,
Those from areas of deep conflict on this planet at this moment,
That as a result they suffer so much,
And invite them to this beautiful space,
So they can have some relief and relaxation.
