Hi my friend,
Big welcome.
I'd like to share with you about sleep positioning from my own experience and I hope it will give you some insight.
Obviously it's very personal and you have to check for yourself,
But yeah,
Listen and see if it works for you.
So I found that the different positioning of my body while going to sleep and while sleeping have complete different quality on my sleep.
So let me go through it and I hope it will help you.
Number one is sleeping on my back.
What I found that I can call it spiritual type of sleeping.
I go very deep while I'm sleeping on my back,
But it's more let's say spiritual,
Meaning that I feel vibration,
I feel the body and I'm entering a very very deep relaxation,
But I cannot sleep like this through the night.
Yeah,
As if the system is still engaged,
Engaged in a spiritual observation of itself.
Okay,
So something is not completely cut off because I found that in order to have a very deep sleep the mind has to be cut off from in a way from its normal observation and if it doesn't do it the sleep is not very very deep.
So on my back it's more let's say spiritual or let's say relaxation type of sleep,
But it's not for the whole night.
Then on the right side,
On the right side I found that I sleep deep but the mind is not completely relaxed.
Yeah,
It doesn't go very deep into relaxation,
So the mind can still be quite active although I'm sleeping.
But the activity of the mind on the right side is not that let's say harsh.
Yeah,
Then on the left side,
Again on the left side the quality of sleep is a very very much disturbed by thinking,
But on the left side normally the thoughts are much more bothersome and really it's not comfortable to sleep like this.
Although my body loves to sleep on the left side so it's a bit like addiction.
Yeah,
The body wants to do it but the mind knows no no no it's not good.
Number four is face down.
When I sleep face down yeah on my front it's actually the deepest sleep I have and I feel that the system goes very deep,
The mind is kind of checking out and I get a very restful sleep.
So if to summarize,
When I just get into bed I'll be on my back in order to start to go into deeper sleep by relaxation.
Then it's possible either to turn completely on my front face down or to do like a in-between position which my favorite will be the right side because there it's like a bit like a fetus position that the system calms down and go deep but the mind is not completely relaxed and then turning on my front and then it's the deepest position.
I'm sure that for you it's different but please check the different possibilities and understand that probably you can use different positioning to achieve different things.
So I hope this helped and I wish you a beautiful night's sleep and a beautiful life.
Muchas gracias,
Thank you so much,
Bye bye.
