Let's be honest, everyday life pulls us away from ourselves – jobs, worries, that nagging to-do list. Before we know it, we've lost touch with that deep, limitless part of ourselves. This guided meditation isn't about escaping your problems; it's about finding the calm, spacious awareness that exists beneath them. We'll practice tuning into the present moment... and rediscover the 'unity of being' that's always available, even amidst life's chaos.

Okay,
Let's start.
So,
Let's first of all pay attention how we're sitting.
Ask yourself if you do anything that is habitual in the way you're sitting.
Maybe you put your right hand over the left or your legs in a certain way.
Pay attention and maybe do something different.
Yeah,
So we're moving out of the ordinary,
Out of the habitual.
So,
We try to train our mind to do something different.
Okay,
And the image for this meditation is the rocks and the ocean and that the power of the rocks and the power of the water to constantly work with each other.
So,
Years and years and years the water are carving the rocks and this is the image we're taking on this meditation that when we keep our practice very steady we get results.
And a practice is not only sitting and meditating right now,
Of course it is,
This is like going to the gym.
But the practice has to be really 24-7 like I wrote in the invitation for the meditation.
It means that we try to bring awareness all the time and practicing what?
So,
What do we practice really?
What we practice is to be able to be present and to realize the truth of who we really are.
And this is very challenging because the world we're living in and the relationship we have with ourself is a dual relationship.
There's me and me.
Yeah,
I think,
I feel,
I want and there's me and the world.
Yeah,
I see,
I hear.
Yeah,
It's all two and the truth is one.
So,
The big,
Big challenge is to move from two to one and then actually to zero.
Yeah,
And there's no thing before the something.
And this is really the rocks and the water.
Yeah,
Because the rocks is like the ego,
Is that I that is very personal.
And the water is the awareness that constantly brings us back into being and being and being and being.
So,
Realize the truth of who we are.
And not only who we are,
The truth,
Period.
Because there's only one truth which is beyond all the truth there are.
Because when you apply the mind,
So there can be infinite truth.
But when you apply no mind,
You don't apply anything,
There's no even truth.
There is is that you cannot express in any way.
And this is what we're doing and this is what we're training.
Actually,
It should not be even a training because you surrender into that.
So,
The training really is about remembering and remembering and remembering and remembering and trying as much as possible to remind ourself that place which is complete unity of being.
So,
When we meditate,
It's a great opportunity to practice exactly that.
So,
Let's start.
We can close our eyes if we want.
And let's just pay attention how we're doing right now.
Okay?
It can be anything,
Sensation,
Emotions,
Physical,
Energy,
Anything that comes up when you bring your awareness inward.
And as well,
We are very aware that the awareness is what really aware of all those things.
And the awareness is the truth of who we are.
Awareness is the moving part of pure consciousness that doesn't have any form.
Again,
Awareness is the moving part of pure consciousness that doesn't have any form.
So,
Awareness is the closest thing to no-thing.
Awareness is the closest thing to no-thing.
And no-thing equal,
We can say God,
Equal pure consciousness,
All these words.
But no-thing is just no-thing.
We don't need to give it a word.
So,
The no-thing awareness is aware of something,
Many somethings,
Yeah,
Emotions,
Sensations,
Sounds from outside,
Thoughts from inside,
Many things.
But the awareness,
The no-thing is the truth.
So,
Let's focus on awareness and what appears in the infinite space of awareness.
Yeah?
So,
We're focusing more on awareness than what appears within it for now.
Yeah?
There is infinite space,
Yeah,
Of awareness on which sounds coming up,
Emotions appearing,
Thoughts and mental movement appearing,
Physical sensation appearing,
Endless things appears.
But let's strengthen awareness.
How do we strengthen awareness?
And we ask ourselves,
Is awareness only in this form I called me?
Or awareness is actually infinite?
Try to check for yourself.
That part within you that is aware,
Is it limited to the size of your physical form?
Do you feel that awareness ends in your skin?
Obviously not,
Because we are aware of things coming from outside,
Of sounds,
Of smells,
Sensation on our skin,
Of the breath coming from somewhere and entering to the body.
So many things are appearing from outside and we are aware of them.
Okay?
So,
When we realize that awareness is not limited to the body,
So we expand awareness actually to infinity.
So,
The space we open is an infinite space.
The space our mind expands to is infinite.
And in that infinite space,
Things manifest.
So first,
We are infinite space.
And now as infinite space,
We start to make some order in that thing called me.
As infinite space,
Let's pay attention to the way the breath moves inside this body.
Remember not to collapse into a little person,
Because you are not a little person,
You are infinite.
And feel how the breath moves in and out as infinity.
As infinity,
As infinite space,
Observe places within you that might feel a bit obstructed,
That the breath is not moving free.
Just acknowledge,
Just be aware.
Remember,
Awareness is the moving part of infinite consciousness.
Hence,
When you are aware of any obstacle or blockage within you,
You synchronize it immediately with the whole creation.
If there are sounds or any stimulation coming what we call from outside,
Use it to enhance moving inwards,
Because the mind likes distractions.
But actually,
It likes much more peace.
Okay,
So gradually,
As infinite space,
There's a lot of space for the breath to move in,
To soften,
To relax.
Now we move into emotions,
As infinite space that occupies the whole creation.
We're inviting emotions to harmonize and synchronize.
So,
We connect to our heart center,
To the heart chakra,
And we're inviting our heart chakra to harmonize with the whole creation,
With infinite space.
Then we're moving into our energy body,
And we try to check if there are any vibrations that don't feel appropriate,
That don't feel comfortable in the arms,
In the legs,
In the face,
Anywhere.
And we're connecting to those vibrations,
But we're connecting to them as infinite space.
And we're inviting those vibrations to harmonize with all there is.
Remember that awareness is the moving part of infinity.
It's the most subtle thing in no thing.
So,
Awareness will always bridge and synchronize nothing with something.
So,
When we rest awareness on the energy that is imbalanced within us,
It'll call it to harmony.
All the time,
Make sure that your awareness is infinite,
That you're inviting whatever blockage you're recognizing to synchronize with that infinity.
And as we're connecting with the energy body,
Let's gradually expand and expand to make sure that our aura is soft.
If you see colors,
The colors of the aura are soft,
Beautiful colors.
If you feel vibration of your aura,
Again,
It's soft vibration.
If you find colors that are heavy,
That are not comfortable,
If you find vibration that are not comfortable,
Again,
Invite those vibration or colors to harmonize with infinity.
To connect with the aura,
It's actually quite straightforward.
You're just gently moving your awareness from the center of the body outwards until you feel or see something that doesn't feel right.
And then you're just resting your awareness gently there and it will transform.
Okay,
Now it's normal that some of us are feeling better or less right now,
According to how much we could release,
According to where we're coming from today.
Maybe we had a difficult day.
So,
Let's support,
Let's dedicate time to support each other now.
Because as a group,
We can help each other so much,
Although we don't know each other necessarily,
And although we are not in the same physical space,
But we're all sharing one space called Now Presence.
So,
Let's acknowledge that we are here together.
Let's visualize that we're creating a circle,
And that circle made from Light Being,
Sister and brotherhood of a community,
Of spiritual community,
Sangha.
So,
We're visualizing that we're closing a circle among us.
And that from that circle,
We breathe together.
We inhale in receiving Light and Love from each other.
And that Light and Love melts any resistance we're feeling within us.
We exhale in supporting with Light and Love our sisters and brothers,
So everybody can transform and raise vibration.
I feel immediately now the effect of you guys supporting me,
And I believe that I support you,
Or I see that I support you.
Every breath,
We get more vibration,
More Light,
More unity.
Inhale,
Receive.
Exhale,
Give.
And allow this beautiful quality that you receive from brothers and sisters to heal and soften and harmonize any leftover resistance that you might see and feel within you.
And to get even more power,
Let's invite spiritual beings that are not in a physical form.
Let us invite gurus and enlightened masters to share these beautiful circles,
So we can all evolve together.
Inhaling Light and harmonizing.
Exhaling Light and supporting.
And then,
Once we create or we're connected to this beautiful,
Beautiful space of Light,
Let's invite loved ones that need support,
Needs help,
That are not necessarily in the same position as we are now,
But we can invite them to harmonize and synchronize with this beautiful,
Beautiful space we're sharing now,
So they as well can heal,
Transform,
And feel better.
And as well as inviting friends and family,
We can invite countries and areas of conflict to harmonize,
To move back into peace,
To let the mind connect again with that beautiful source of Light and Love that is beyond any religion,
Any dogma,
Any idea.
It's a source of everything.
Nothing can exist without this infinite space.
