So no matter how we feel,
How we slept,
We can always transform.
So the magic is always available for us to connect to the now and to feel amazing.
It doesn't matter how crazy is our mind or whatever we feel,
We can always come to balance.
So let's do it.
So always the breathing is the most powerful tool to bring us from,
Let's say,
The physical dimension to more energy dimension.
So let's observe the breath,
How it comes in,
How it goes out.
Breathing a bit deeper than normal.
And let's acknowledge immediately by widening our awareness that the breath comes from the whole creation.
Reminding ourselves that who we are is who we think we are.
And there is no reason for us to keep our identity in the size of this body.
If we are infinite in our identity,
Then everything goes easier.
So we're expanding our awareness to infinity and like this we're breathing.
So our mind includes the whole creation and our body in the same time.
And like this we breathe.
Breathing slightly deeper,
A bit stronger breathing than normal.
And if you feel any tension in your body,
Which is normal when we wake up,
Unless you're going to sleep if you're in another part of the world,
It doesn't matter.
So any form of tension when we exhale,
We try to soften,
We try to release,
We try to allow ourselves to become lighter and not hold to the drama of life.
So that we have to be very vigilant,
Very precise,
Meaning that we need to recognize clarity areas or forms of tension within us and to soften them.
Tension can be a bit sneaky or light even,
But still tension.
It can be just a rim of energy tension around the body.
Can be some heaviness in the chest.
You know,
It doesn't have to be something really severe.
And we know we feel tense if we're not really,
Really happy and really,
Really relaxed.
If you feel our physical body still very clear and very pronounced,
We know we're still in tension.
If we feel that the breath is still short and not very deep,
We're still in tension.
If our mind is still moving fast,
Still in tension.
So slowly,
Let's recognize tension and soften it into infinity.

Hits and Remember the awareness of infinity,
This is very important,
To transform fast.
And acknowledge that your body is the whole creation,
That your body never ends.
Of course your physical body ends.
But the sense of being is infinite,
That's obvious.
There's no need to allow the mind to say,
No I'm only 2 centimeters around my body,
Or 1 meter my aura.
No need for that.
You can say,
Which is true,
I am all there is,
And feel it,
That your aura is the size of infinity.
And like this you breathe.
A system functions the best in the environment of infinity.
Because then there is no tension,
There is no resistance.
So as much as we can harmonize and synchronize our physical existence,
Our human existence with infinity,
Then we feel better,
Faster and clearer.
To facilitate that even deeper,
There is no need for us to think,
I need to do everything on my own.
Because grace,
Love,
Abundance is all around us.
So we can ask for grace to support this transformation into no thing,
From some thing.
To support our synchronization,
To support the process of acknowledging the light which we are.
So we can say,
I'm asking for grace to support me in realizing and experiencing the infinite consciousness which I am.
So there is a lot of humbleness,
Where the mind lets go of its arrogance,
Me,
Me,
Me.
Then we go into humbleness,
Me as everything.
Me as divine expression of the creation.
And then we are acknowledging the presence of a spiritual community,
All of us meditating right now together.
To support each other,
Because some of us it's easier,
Some of us more difficult,
Some of us has a difficult time,
Some is easier.
So it's normal that it's not so easy for all of us to shift fast,
To feel this pure essence which we are.
So we are supporting each other with so much love,
With so much gratitude.
Because each one of us,
It transforms into pure light,
Raises the consciousness and the power of humanity and in the whole creation.
So it's in our benefit to support each other,
Because it helps us.
So we are breathing with love,
And we are sharing this love among a community and among of course the human race,
And among of course all life form,
In any shape and form.
And among of course the all forms of life on earth and in the whole creation.
Because the light which I am is good for the sun as it's good for my wife.
The love which I am is good for the moon as it's good for my daughter.
So acknowledging the light which we are raises consciousness in the whole neighbourhood called creation.
Some of especially of humanity hold a strong resistance to peace,
To love,
Just because of ignorance,
Not because of anything else.
So let's invite those who hold a lot of power,
Financial,
Political,
Social,
To enter into this vibration of pure light.
So with the power of love and unity they realize the source of who they are and transform the power which they hold into peace and love.
And in order to do it we don't need to think,
We just need to think about that person and to bring them in front of you,
To feel that you are sharing love with that person.
That's all.
No thoughts.
The first thought is just the person and that's it.
Okay,
And I saw the same thing from people we know that struggle.
Friends,
Family,
Anyone.
Just bring them again in front of our heart.
Just say I love you.
And I'm sharing with you the pure consciousness,
The light and love,
Which me and you,
The same.
And then bring in front of you somebody you have conflict with,
Or your head in your life.
Same.
I'm sharing love with you.
It's not my love.
It flows through me.
And I'm sharing it with you so it will flow and be you as well.
And again,
Just drop everything.
Drop any image,
Any thought.
Keep the mind completely soft,
The heart completely open.
Let's just enjoy.

As we about to finish this meditation.
If you point to go to pay attention during the day,
As we move into our physical form into engaging with life.
One.
So try to be as much as possible aware of anything we do.
The most mundane things.
Pay attention.
Try to do things opposite different than normal,
Just to bring awareness.
To gratitude.
As much as possible.
To anything as much as possible.
This will keep the mind and the heart in tune.
Three.
Try to remind yourself that your body is the whole creation as much as possible.
This will create a lot of peace in your heart and give you a sense of pleasure in your existence.
Remember that as we entering into the realm of thinking,
We're sinking.
Thinking,
We think.
We sink immediately into the ego and we shrink into very small existence.
So as much as our mind is infinite and our heart is full of love.
We're keeping the danger of sinking into this very negative existence away from us.
