Okay,
Let's start.
So let's start by harmonizing heaven and earth through the breath.
So let's visualize that when we inhale,
We're pulling the life force through the sole of the feet,
Through the inner legs,
Up to the chest,
And let it spread from the chest outside.
And when we're exhaling,
We're inviting the waterfall of the heavenly energy from infinity to spread and nourish down front,
Sides,
And back.
Okay,
So we're inhaling from earth through the feet,
Through the inner legs,
Up to the chest,
And we feel the warmth and the nourishment and the beautiful quality of Mother Earth is supporting with love our heart.
And then when we're exhaling from heaven,
We feel the love of the heaven as the nourishing front,
Sides,
And back.
When we exhale,
It's important to visualize that the life force flows like water coming from a waterfall,
That they're gently touching our crown,
And then from there it spreads to the front,
Flowing down,
Both sides flowing down,
And the back flowing down.
That's really the young meridians that are coming from heaven to earth.
Front is stomach meridian,
Sides are gallbladder meridian,
And back is the urinary bladder meridians.
When we're inhaling and pulling the energy from the earth,
We do it through the yin meridians.
It's the spleen,
Liver,
And kidney.
Just continue and try to make sure that the flow are moving all the way through all the meridians up to the chest and down to the earth.
Especially when you go down to the earth,
You might feel that the flow on the front is different than the back on the sides,
If that's the case.
So when you're exhaling from heaven to earth,
Focus more on the meridian that feels a bit blocked.
Just to say,
To be even more precise,
That if you feel that the back energy is flowing slower compared to the front and the sides from heaven to earth,
So you can focus on the little toe and visualize that as the energy coming from heaven to earth,
It flows down the back and exiting through the little toe and shooting light to infinity.
Now let's say,
Let go of that image of heaven and earth and just observe when you inhale how the life force and the breath entering into your body and try to distinguish areas that maybe are not responding as good as possible to the in-breath.
Just invite those areas to soften,
To release,
To let go,
So gradually the breath enters deeper and nourishing a larger inner space.
And now let go of the breath awareness and just for a minute observe the heavenly energy like we started with the breathing and without paying attention to the breath or connecting to the breath,
Just check how are you nourished from heaven to earth,
Do you feel that the life force is flowing nicely on the surface of the body but also inside the body.
And again exactly like we did with the breathing,
Just do it with awareness,
Observe if there is any flow or area of flow that is a bit slower or blocked compared to other directions and just be present there,
Let the energy awaken,
Let the body receive the energy.
And now let's shift our awareness and connect to vibration in the body,
In your limbs,
In your torso,
On your skin,
In your head,
Try to be as clear as possible about vibration,
If possible try to feel that the whole body is vibrating.
And now gradually shift your awareness from inside the body,
Outside,
Starting with your skin and then expanding to the first layer of your aura and gradually expanding but all the time paying attention to vibration,
All the time paying attention that the body vibrates and then that the outside vibrates and gradually we want to acknowledge that the vibration is inside the body and outside the body.
As you becoming aware of the vibration in and out,
Allow your awareness to expand to the whole creation,
So you are acknowledging that you are in a sea of vibration,
In an ocean of vibration.
As a united awareness of inside the body and outside the body,
The experience is more profound.
Now it's important to understand that vibration is one way that energy is shown to us or that we can perceive energy through vibration,
But also important to understand that vibration is a,
Let's say,
A low form of energy,
So we have to go to a higher vibration now that is not through the sense of feeling,
It's through the sense of seeing.
So instead of feeling vibration,
Now we want to see vibration or to see energy.
So until now our perception was through the sense of feeling,
Sense of touch,
The inner sense of touch.
Now we're shifting to the inner sense of sight,
So exactly like when we opening our eyes and looking in the world,
Now we're perceiving the energy through the eyes without opening them.
Just say I'm perceiving the life force through my eyes,
Your awareness will connect to that way of perception,
And you start to perceive the energy through the eyes,
Which is very different than through feeling,
Feeling sensation.
In whatever way that comes to you that's perfect,
It might be colors,
Might be pixels,
Or might be images,
Whatever comes is perfect.
And here as well we're perceiving the vibration of the life force in the body and outside the body in the same time.
So if you pay close attention you see or you feel that as you're focusing through the sense of sight the more coarse or harsh you can say vibration that we perceived earlier is becoming more subtle as well.
Now let's say move into higher vibration and let's use just pure awareness,
Just pure awareness.
I'm aware of my being in the body and I'm aware of the infinite space around me,
This is much subtle type of vibration that will help us to feel unity,
Complete unity,
But not through a sensory organ.
Now we're shifting identity,
So until now we meditate as the ego.
So I'm in the center and I'm observing things inside me and outside me,
So everything is related to the me,
To the ego.
Now we're shifting and we say I'm all there is,
So my identity now is infinity,
Is everything and everywhere instead of the person.
I'm not negating the existence of the person but I'm including it in the truth of who I am which is infinite being,
Beyond time and space.
So for that we're kind of moving from being the person to being the whole creation.
I'm all there is,
Including that person I call me.
So as I am all there is,
I'm inviting areas that I might still feel intention to join that infinite being which I am and everything is.
So if I feel maybe still some emotional tension,
I'm inviting it to dissolve.
If I feel physical tension,
I'm inviting it to dissolve,
Etc.
Any form of tension,
Invite it to involve,
To dissolve in the infinite space,
Infinite being which you are.
So you know it's working okay,
Working great,
Because slowly you don't know anymore if you are the person or you are infinity.
All the boundaries start to dissolve completely and there's only sense of infinite being,
Not a separation or dual existence.
That can only manifest when your mind acknowledging infinity and inviting the human existence of you to synchronize completely,
To harmonize and to dissolve in that infinite being which you are.
Now obviously this state of being requires silence,
Requires concentration.
So the question is how is it possible to maintain this state of being once we move into our day.
So in my personal experience what I noticed that as I'm going deeper into that complete unity in the meditation,
Then as if there is a deep memory of that existence that follow my existence through the day.
And because it's so pleasant and so healing to be in this state,
The system is striving for it,
Yearning for it and from inside it helps me to remember,
Let go,
Open up,
Reunite,
Acknowledge that you are infinity and not the person.
So as deeper as we experience it in meditation,
As stronger as it becomes our nature as we go through our day.
Enlightened or enlightenment means that we are in that light all the time,
That we are not differentiating anymore.
So this takes practice and takes 100% commitment and awareness.
So my blessing to all of us is that we will never stop,
We will always thrive for unity until the day that we don't need to sit for meditation.
We can but we don't have to,
We are that light and full awareness of that light,
I am that,
I am all there is,
Then we don't need to sit for meditation because we are meditation 24x7.
