Good morning everybody,
Let's start our meditation by connecting to the breath,
Just pay attention as it moves in,
As it moves out,
Observing how the breath interacts with the body,
Observing how the breath fills up different parts of the body and maybe other parts it doesn't reach,
Observing how the breath fills up the right side and the left side,
Keeping a very clear awareness of the shape of the body and how the breath interacting with that shape,
Most important is the connection,
The awareness,
The rest just takes place on its own let's expand our awareness outside the physical form into the energy field surrounding the physical form and stay connected with the breath while you're aware of the physical and the non-physical energy field no effort is needed,
Just a clear connection with the energy field surrounding the physical form you don't necessarily need to see it,
You just need to acknowledge i'm breathing the wider space than my physical form when you close your eyes and you're connecting to your physical form it's also an imagination you're creating it so the same you can create the energy form around the physical and as you're breathing in this way just become aware how the breath distributed in the body and outside the body again with no effort,
Zero effort,
Just awareness and if you're paying attention that some places are lacking vitality energy compared to others just become more aware of those places and the life force will start to nourish,
To penetrate those areas and now expand your awareness to infinity so your mind is boundless so exactly like when we were breathing to the body and then to the aura and every identification create a different experience,
So now the identification is infinity my body is boundless and that's the awareness as we're breathing no effort,
What makes the difference is the acknowledgement,
That's all the awareness recognizes breath and infinity and allow them to interact in the way they interact,
Just staying aware and now let's move from a breath awareness to vibrational awareness so the same field we are breathing into now we're just aware that it's vibrating,
It's completely alive and exactly the same as we did when we checked how the breath distributes in the physical and the non-physical infinite being,
Now let's do the same with the vibration because that field is completely alive,
Buzzing like electrical field that is so vibrant and vital the only thing you need to do is define the field then what's in will just start to manifest and normally beside the body with its physical,
Emotional,
Psychological and energy,
Form or expression all the rest it's just vibration,
It's just peace so as you're aware of the infinite vibration of creation invite the body or your human expression to synchronize with that ocean of vibration meaning that every part is a physical,
Emotional,
Mental or energetical that you're feeling in your human form if you do feel it it means it's not in harmony yet with infinity so the only thing we need to do is encourage that part of our human form to synchronize with the infinite vibration if you feel any physical discomfort try to define that part in your body that doesn't feel well and then invite that part to synchronize with the infinite vibration if you're feeling any emotional discomfort any emotion like sadness,
Fear,
Anger,
Frustration,
Anxiety just recognize which part of your body it is manifesting and invite it to synchronize with infinity and you'll be more successful if you will not think why you're feeling or anything just recognize and invite synchronization so that the emotional discomfort will synchronize with the infinite vibrational ocean and like everything the emotions as well are manifesting in layers where the most prominent is on the surface and then after this start to dissolve something else will come just underneath that just follow gently as it's a undissolved as it's relaxing and then let's try to recognize the energy body so again you are inside the infinite ocean of vibration and if you pay attention to your personal vibration your human vibration you might feel or find that there are layers of vibration that are not in accord with infinity that when you bring your awareness to that layer suddenly you feel that you cannot breathe very well or something is too thick or uncomfortable there just check for yourself normally it manifests as layers like an onion layers that you can check from the center out and you will find those layers that are not vibrating in the orchestra they're off tune and there again even if it's a energy the process is exactly the same your awareness recognizing the infinite ocean of vibration recognizing the tension and inviting synchronization okay okay and now let's just acknowledge the awareness itself yeah without losing that beautiful space you're acknowledging and you're harmonizing without losing that connection with all there is which you are pay attention to the awareness itself that allows you to experience all those things and try to differentiate awareness from what it is aware of this is tricky and maybe one way to differentiate it is what vibrates and what doesn't vibrate what appears and what in a way doesn't appear what is a completely completely clean and transparent to what is colored what is moving and what is not moving what is empty and what is full what manifests and what doesn't and where is that unmanifested it's a bit a contradictory question but it is relevant so let's be brave and dive into the unmanifested what is the unmanifested it sounds maybe strange but actually it's very simple what they differentiate manifests from not manifest is a mental movement that's all so when you stop moving the mind looking for things acknowledging things yeah feeling things and suddenly you are in the source as the source so let's invite the mind to stop moving searching identifying etc and allow that unmoving part which is the awareness to be aware of itself meaning creation or the manifest or the unmanifest is aware aware of itself and then what appears is magic what appear is that the manifest and the unmanifest are actually the same thing like waves and calm ocean is water so the manifest and unmanifest is consciousness this is not philosophy this is must be directly experienced when your mind stop moving i am that i am you are the infinite boundless being never bound born never died always is this recognition is what we're doing here on the planet planet earth to be the unmanifested and the manifested in the same time and it's not about only sitting and meditating it's about acknowledging it so as we're moving around doing our thing we know who we are who am i we know it and when we stop doing again softness unity unity bliss as if the spider project its web and then it's kind of bring it back into itself but all the time connected and that state of being is extremely powerful not only for you but for the whole creation it's change and transforms the vibration of creation because you are creation and you are the source of creation and when you are in that state of being you allow creation to know itself now all the suffering afflicted and on on humanity is exactly coming from the separation so let's help ourself that's what we're doing in this meditation and let's help others that maybe they are not aware of that simple truth so let's invite whoever you want into this circle that right now because their last circumstance doesn't allow them to be and to inquire and to have the space the mental space emotional psychological space to connect to souls life is too challenging at this moment let's invite those into that space we're holding right now to be with you but to be with you not as you as the person to be with you as consciousness knowing itself and embracing other manifestation into itself those other manifestation or anyone who feels separated right now that's what we did earlier when we embraced our emotions our physical and energy form that's what you're offering to others because those others are you you as infinity beautiful thank you so much for joining many blessings for everybody have a beautiful day a beautiful life bye-bye
