There’s a subtle tension we carry deep inside—a resistance that keeps us from knowing our true nature. It might not show up as stress or emotion. Sometimes it’s just a slight pressure, a holding pattern that’s been there for years. In this meditation, we’ll bring our attention right to that quiet place and allow it to open. This isn’t about effort. It’s about recognition. When we stop resisting, the tension softens on its own. And when that layer dissolves, what remains is truth—undisturbed, spacious, and always present. This is a moment to rest and remember what’s real.

Hi my friend,

Big welcome.

Let's dedicate this meditation to release the deepest tension that holds us away from the truth of who we are.

Make sure you're sitting or lying down comfortably and start by observing how the breath move in and leaves the body.

Every time you exhale you feel more relaxed,

More comfortable,

More peaceful.

When you inhale try to widen your awareness,

Visualizing as if your body is like a balloon,

Expanding to all direction with the in-breath and then softening and relaxing as you exhale.

Now expand your awareness to acknowledge that around your physical body there is energy body,

What we call the aura,

And make that as you balloon.

And when you inhale allow that energy body to expand gently,

Gently stretching outwards.

And when you exhale it's releasing and softening.

Now let's expand even more and visualize that our body is actually the whole creation.

And when we're inhaling the whole creation expands.

And when we're exhaling again we feel more relaxed and more comfortable.

And now without losing this expansion,

This connection with all there is,

Observe again with a detailed observation the area in the top of your chest.

Ask yourself if there you can feel any emotion.

If there,

There is a point where you feel that the breath is meeting some obstacle.

Again,

Not lose the infinite positioning of your being,

And while keeping this infinite being state,

Observe the breath with much detail how it enters.

And ask yourself if you can recognize a small area of tension in your chest.

This place holds the place of separation that from eons keeps you away from the truth of who you are,

From the truth of what everything is.

This place is where the tendency to constantly hold the ego alive is alive.

This place is actually the crying of your core being to unite and to connect back home with all there is.

In fact,

You can compare it to a prisoner that actually is inside an illusory imaginary prison that you can just step out,

So it's aware of the infinite light all around,

But it's still imprisoned within itself by keeping that sadness alive.

Let's invite this area of sadness in the top of your chest to soften and synchronize with all there is.

But do it as all there is already,

Not as the ego person that you constantly pulled back to be and to identify as.

Do it as infinity itself,

Calling part of it,

That part of sadness,

To unite with Source.

No need to work hard,

Just acknowledge the truth,

The infinite truth of who you are and invite that part to join and that's it.

The rest will take place on its own.
