This short meditation invites you to notice the emotional currents moving through your body—not to fix or avoid them, but simply to allow them to be. Emotions are part of how the mind expresses itself through the body, and there's always a layer of them present. By meeting them with steady attention, you allow the system to settle and shift naturally. As you rest in awareness, you may notice that emotions begin to lose their grip. Without resistance or attachment, they soften. This is not about controlling how you feel, but about learning to be with what is, without urgency or judgment. A few minutes of this quiet presence can teach the body that emotions can pass through safely and with ease.

Hi my friend,

Let's dedicate this meditation to harmonize emotions.

Make sure you're sitting or lying down very comfortably.

Just start by breathing deep,

Filling up the body with a lot of air,

And exhaling and relaxing,

Letting go of tension.

Again,

Breathe deep.

Exhale and release tension.

Now bring your awareness to the area of the throat and your chest,

And try to recognize any emotion.

An emotion doesn't need to be a strong one,

Like strong anger or anxiety or fear.

It can be very subtle.

Just some kind of a subtle feeling that we call emotion,

That when it's not bliss or love or happiness,

Joy,

It feels a bit like heaviness,

Some darkness maybe,

Cloudiness,

Something like this.

Now we tend to take it very seriously,

And when we don't feel happy,

Meaning happy emotion,

We get alarmed and we know that something is wrong.

We try to fix it.

Let's use this meditation to connect to emotion,

But actually as a guideline that guides us into liberation.

So look for that emotion around your chest,

Some heaviness,

And just quietly be with it.

It doesn't matter why it is.

It doesn't matter what it is really.

We don't need to give it a name.

Just presence.

Now the trick is to shift from an ego presence,

That I am this body,

This person,

Looking at my emotion,

Into infinity presence.

So what we do,

We're expanding the space of our mind to include the whole creation.

Infinite mind.

And from that perspective,

We're being with the emotion.

Now the one that really is being with the emotion is not really what you call the ego you.

It is creation itself.

So by expanding our awareness into the whole creation,

We're inviting creation itself to harmonize emotions we feel within our human form.

So we,

The ego,

The mind,

Is serving as a mediation agent.

That's the connection.

Okay?

So we're just gently,

Gently being with the emotion as infinity.

And very fast you notice that that emotion is melting,

Is dissolving,

And could move deeper into a deeper layer of emotion.

And then you're staying present with it again as infinity itself.

And then you go deeper.

So the way it works is that as one layer of emotion resolves or melts,

You're going to recognize another one underneath.

Nice.

And like this,

You move in a way from heaven to earth,

From the top of the body to the lower part of the body.

Technique is always the same.

Acknowledging infinity and as infinity being present with an emotion.

As less as you identifying as you,

And you just invite infinity to do the job,

And you're just experiencing,

And the process goes deeper and faster.

After you move from top to bottom,

The vertical axis,

You start to move from inside out,

Horizontal axis.

So you're searching for layers of emotion,

Starting very close to the center of the body.

Let's try.

The minute you're on a layer that is charged,

You're going to feel it in your whole being.

You're going to feel that the vibration doesn't feel comfortable,

That the emotion is heavy,

That the breath becomes shorter.

If you see color,

They'll become darker.

If you see images,

Again,

They will not be pleasant.

So the whole system reflects tension.

But don't get alarmed.

Stay infinite with your being,

And just offer the attention to dissolve.

And like this,

You're expanding horizontally from the inside outwards,

Gradually dissolving and dissolving the layers of tension,

Until you feel that you are becoming or uniting completely with the infinite space.

This might take time,

It's no problem.

We have time.
