We often navigate life as if we are reading a map, mistaking the ink lines and printed names for the actual earth beneath our feet. We lose ourselves in the definitions the mind constructs—who we are, what we own, and where we are going—forgetting that these are merely mental architecture; thoughts floating in an immense void. This meditation is a radical invitation to drop the map and experience the territory directly. It is a journey to discover that behind the noise of labels and temporary identities, there exists an immutable, infinite, and silent reality that is your true essence.

Okay,

So let's connect.

And today we're talking,

We're always doing the same thing but just different angles and different emphases.

So today the emphasis is the nature of reality.

That's quite a biggie.

And I'm doing it with a lot of humbleness and and with a lot of respect to the tiny I know and to the infinite I don't know.

But I can only share my insights and if it serves anybody,

That's beautiful.

Okay?

So always,

Always,

No matter what,

It's all,

The portal for all of those things are now.

And not tomorrow,

Not yesterday,

It's only now.

So first of all,

We want to establish ourself well in the present moment.

Okay,

So let's connect.

Let's just pay attention inwards.

And I always like to share what I find.

So what I found recently that there's a difference between the energy that flows from heaven to earth,

Front,

Sides and back.

Each one gives us a different,

Let's say,

Effect or affecting the brain in a different way or existence.

So before we go into the main theme,

Let's just play with that a little bit because it's beautiful.

So let's say,

Pay attention to how we're doing,

How we're feeling right now and then emphasize the front of your body and visualize the energy flowing only the front of your body and pay attention how it's affecting your existence,

Your mind,

Your emotions in any way.

Okay,

Take a minute for that.

So if you want to use an image,

So use the image of a waterfall of a white light or golden light that flows the front of your body and cleanse the energy from heaven to earth and in a way reduces or lower the excess energy that normally accumulates in the brain,

But now specifically in the front of the brain.

And just see in what way it is affecting your existence right now.

Okay,

Now let's do the same in the back of the brain or the back of the head.

So only visualize the flow of energy or the golden waterfall from heaven to earth in the back of your brain.

Yeah,

And let it see what it does.

Take a minute or two and see what is the effect.

It is different.

Good.

100% different.

They're very different.

Now we're doing the sides.

So we're cleansing heaven to earth,

This same golden waterfall from heaven to earth,

But we're focusing only on left right in the same time.

Now the tip here is visualize as if it's a moving not only in your body but also away from your body.

Yeah,

As if it's cleansing the center of your body and also both sides but to infinity.

This is for me at least,

This is the power of the sides.

If you feel that your mind is resisting because it's too busy with something,

So you can always use the breath to help more.

So whatever side you're visualizing,

Front,

Back or both sides,

You can utilize the breath and when you exhale you visualize the flow downwards.

Okay,

So now let's just unite the four sides and do it together.

Yeah,

Just invite that cleansing from heaven to earth and all sides of the body in the same time.

Wonderful.

So now when the mind is more relaxed,

Let's say start to pay attention to the nature of reality.

How can we do it?

We must become nothing for that.

Yeah,

And then from nothing appears something and when we follow that flow from nothing to something,

That's how we can trace the nature of reality.

Because we are nothing and we are something in the same time,

So that flow from nothing to something manifests in us all the time.

So it's just a point of observing it,

Paying attention to it.

That's all.

Investigating,

Inquiring.

So how do we go to nothing?

We have to simply,

In a way simply,

Yes,

Drop the mind.

Because the mind is something and the nothing is no mind.

Yeah,

Now dropping the mind is not just moving the energy from the head to the toes.

Yeah,

We have to drop the essence of the mind which is the I-thought.

Yeah,

I-me is the first thought there is.

That needs to be dropped.

So how are we dropping that?

Basically it's,

Or energetically,

It's the relaxation of the forehead,

Of the eyes.

Yeah,

So that energy that the mind needs in order to do anything,

Including to identify I-me,

Needs to be dropped down by physically relaxing the forehead,

The eyes,

The face.

Yeah,

And allowing that front of the body to flow down.

That's how we're relaxing physically,

Energetically the I.

Okay,

But it's not only that.

Also we have to agree to let go.

Yeah,

To let go of everything.

Yeah,

To agree to just to be,

Not to be anything or anywhere or nothing,

Just here and now without even knowing where we are.

Yeah,

It's a complete letting go.

Yeah,

So the mind gets completely unengaged or disengaged from anything.

Good.

So this is the beginning,

But of course if all that is done within the identity that I-me,

Of course,

Is not enough.

Meaning if I do all what I explained until now in my body,

That's very little,

Yeah,

Because I'm not my body.

I'm everything,

The whole creation.

So for that,

What I explained until now,

We need to add the acknowledgement of infinity.

Yeah,

So my mind,

Together with relaxing completely and letting go,

Is also acknowledging that it's boundless.

Boundless being,

That's the kingdom of God,

What Christ referred to.

Yeah.

Okay,

So before we investigate more that state,

Let's help our ego being to catch up with boundless being,

Because although we can expand and we can become infinite,

If our nervous system is very charged,

We might still feel anxious,

Or might still feel sad,

Or might still feel fearful,

Or might still have some pains and aches in the body.

Many things,

Yeah.

So as we're keeping that infinite state of being,

Let's say,

Call first of all our heart center or heart chakra to expand.

And always I remind that the one who does this work now is not you as the person,

Is creation adjusting parts of itself that normally we called me.

Okay,

So the mind,

Your mind now is all there is,

Is the kingdom of God,

It's infinity.

And within that infinite being,

Which all is and you are,

There is a being that normally it has a name called you.

And that being now acknowledging its heart chakra.

Yeah,

And this heart chakra is called by creation to let go its tension.

So who you are as infinity is everything.

You are infinity,

You are the tension,

You are the person,

You are the space,

All there is.

And then what we're doing here,

You don't need to make any effort for that.

It's only about positioning,

Yeah.

You position your being as boundless.

And then within that boundless being,

You invite the heart chakra to synchronize.

And then job done,

And you just observe the effect,

That's all.

Good,

So after we synchronize more the heart center,

Let's do the same with the third eye,

Okay.

This energy center holds a lot of tension because we think a lot.

So it'd be beautiful to synchronize that tension with the whole creation.

Okay,

So as creation we're inviting the heart chakra to synchronize.

That part of me as creation to synchronize,

To let its tension and harmonize.

Keep your mind boundless.

Beautiful.

And now let's focus on our nervous system.

And invite the nervous system to synchronize.

Completely with the whole creation.

Nervous system,

I mean nervousness,

Yeah.

Any aspect of nervousness,

Of anxiety,

Of a general sensation of this ease,

This comfort.

Invite that to synchronize.

Okay,

So slowly,

Slowly as we're doing this synchronization and harmonization,

And the physical form felt less.

And there's a more and more sensation of unity,

Yeah.

That there is no difference between the human form and the infinite form.

It's one energy,

A field of consciousness.

Wonderful,

Okay.

So now we can investigate a little bit the source of creation.

So you are now,

If you're that boundless consciousness,

You are before creation and after creation.

But we need to go one step further before we actually we continue.

And the last step is to stop doing anything.

Even not to synchronize or not to do anything.

Yes,

So the ego,

The mind must let go 100%.

Even not trying to do,

Not trying to be,

Not trying to achieve,

Not trying to synchronize,

To harmonize,

Nothing.

Now it's gone,

Okay.

We're still existing 100%,

Everything is cool,

Perfect.

But we don't make any effort anymore for nothing.

Let's take a minute to be in there before we continue.

Okay,

Beautiful.

So now we are in no-mind,

Meaning the mind is not in an active creative process.

Okay,

So from here we can start to investigate.

So first of all,

Let's be very,

Very clear of no-mind being.

What kind of state is that?

When the mind is completely stable,

Still,

It's not creating anything.

It doesn't want anything.

It is completely quiet actually.

Good.

So this is a no-thing.

From here,

Before we form even a thought,

Just pay attention to what's happening to your mind when you want to activate it,

To use it for a thought or even for identity.

Not only what happened to your mind,

What happened to your whole being.

Normally,

When we are in unity or complete boundless being,

The last thing we want to do is to think.

I'm sure that some or all of us is in that state.

We don't want to think because it's no fun to think.

Much nicer to be blissful.

That's why the Buddha couldn't teach when he became enlightened,

Because he was not there.

There was no Buddha.

There was just pure consciousness.

But because when we're moving and when we're living and when we are acting as a human being,

Only,

Then the mind is all the time active.

So it's very,

Very important to pay attention to it,

How it operates.

So let's just pay attention to what happens to our whole being when the mind creates the most benign thought.

So you can generate a very benign thought,

Not something that will put you in alert and anxious mode.

Just a benign thought,

I need to wash dishes after the meditation.

It's no big deal.

Yeah,

Just feel what's happening to your system and then drop it completely.

Okay,

You can play with it one more time.

And then drop it again.

Now,

Let's say,

Yeah,

Let's create a thought that is more,

Let's say,

More complete,

We can say.

Like you see yourself maybe in a situation that is not easy for you.

Yeah,

In a medical situation or encounter with somebody,

Yeah.

And don't get into the whole story of that situation.

Just kind of present that situation to your system.

Now,

What I'd like you to pay attention is that in order to present your system with that situation,

You need to visualize that situation.

You have to create it,

Really.

So you created a reality,

Yeah,

You brought data,

Yeah.

This data sits on a background of past experiences.

It immediately brings images.

It immediately brings past emotions relating to this data.

And you created a reality,

Like you released a soap bubble that has information in it.

And that information is attached to your ego system.

Yeah,

And now you are attached,

Yeah,

You,

The ego,

As you,

Has like a soap bubble of that creation that your mind created.

And there is interaction,

Probably not comfortable,

Because you created a reality.

You,

Your mind,

Created a reality based on data.

Now let's drop it completely.

Drop,

Drop,

Drop,

Drop,

Drop.

Try to completely detach,

Disengage from what you just created and go back home.

Go back to stillness.

Yeah,

Now you are before creation.

You are in pure consciousness.

Your mind is not dealing with any reality now.

It is completely quiet,

Like complete,

Pristine lake water,

Which you can see all the way to the bottom.

Okay,

So I don't want to interact by creating another reality,

Because if you follow that,

You saw it's not really fun.

To create realities,

Yeah,

To move from nothing to something is not fun.

Yeah.

So I just want to encourage us all to really be aware of that process that we're constantly doing and to put an emphasis on nothing,

At least as much as on something.

And like this,

We're going to feel better in this life,

For sure,

100%.

Okay,

So let's stay in the boundless being,

The pure consciousness.

And if the exercise I guided still has the residues of tension,

Of anxiety within you,

Just invite it to soften like we did before.

Now let's take advantage from the fact that we are here together,

Like-minded being,

Brothers and sisters in the spiritual community.

And we are here,

First of all,

To support each other and to be supported.

So let's take advantage from this beautiful space or energy field that we are sharing to heal and harmonize.

If we still feel tension,

If we need any support,

Just allow that to come to you and to harmonize you.

And allow your being to immerse in the field we're sharing.

Now if you feel that you are in a deeper need and your system is not harmonized,

You can even bring yourself into the middle of the circle and just allow this energy to come deeper into your system and to feel the benefit of the healing of this space,

Which is the most healing space.

And of course,

We can invite loved ones,

Friends,

Family,

Anyone we want.

Animals,

Plants,

Planets,

All welcome to this field.

Because this field is the field of nothing and something,

Where everything that is tight can dissolve.

That's why it has such a powerful healing quality.

Wonderful.

So of course,

When we sit like this,

We don't move.

The prana,

The life force,

Stops moving much,

The mind relaxes,

Then it's easier to connect.

And we start to move even the body.

Normally when the prana moves,

The mind moves,

And then thought comes.

And again,

We can find ourselves engaged and again creating realities.

So in order to help us,

First of all,

It's very important to repeat practicing this state of no-thing.

So to meditate daily,

At least daily.

To do it before you go to bed,

At the instant you're waking up in the morning.

As much as possible,

When you are still with no movement,

Use the time and create this time to practice unity,

Complete unity.

When you are on the move,

We can use the mind,

First of all,

To be humble.

Then the mind is more quiet and is more in harmony with the heart.

Yeah,

So gratitude and humbleness.

We can use a lot the wow technique when we look at life and we look at the world.

Admire life because life is so unbelievably amazing in the way it operates.

Anything you look at is unbelievably amazing.

Your body,

Nature,

A car,

It doesn't matter what,

It's all amazing,

So special.

Look in the wow attitude and you're going to feel more quiet.
