In this session, we tune into the infinite matrix that holds all of existence—a vast field of consciousness that has no beginning and no center. It is everywhere, always present, and deeply alive. Through gentle awareness, we open ourselves to feel how this living matrix supports us, nourishes us, and connects us to each other in subtle but powerful ways. As we breathe and listen, we allow the energy of life to move freely through us. We receive its wisdom, and from the heart, we give love back to it. This exchange is natural—pure presence flowing in every direction. In stillness, we remember that we are not separate from life, but a vital part of its endless, unified dance.

We can start and let's say I use the image today of a spider web or a matrix this matrix or spider web is multidimensional okay and there's no one in the center because it has no center it's infinite and this matrix is what connects all living form together so let's focus on our breathing and feel that we are nourished from all direction through the matrix of life when we inhale and when we exhale we sending power we sending light we sending love through the matrix of life to life on all its form now this matrix in you is also a matrix yeah it's not stop in your physical form each cell it's each atom each part of your existence forming part of this matrix and your liver is affected as well by saturn or by the tree next door as well as your whole organism your whole being you called you so we surrendering the mind to that matrix of being so we make the matrix the life force be available to each and every part within us and outside us which is also us inhaling and receiving the life force and exhaling and sharing the life force the one who breathes is your body your being and that body being is the whole creation like inside you there are atoms and very tiny particles we are self also forming the particle of the infinite existence called life so we part of it and we are that as well receiving the life force from the whole creation inhaling and exhaling and illuminating through this infinite matrix of being the whole creation illuminating the waves of the sea the wind flowing the mountains the snow dolphins the stars the galaxies everybody needs to be heard to be acknowledged like each cell within us the whole creation needs you to acknowledge it so inhaling as creation exhaling as creation each and every cell within you organ tissue is creation itself it must be felt part of everything and as we're breathing as we're being as the whole creation as part of the whole creation let's acknowledge the presence of each other who are in this meditation together to support each other each other through this acknowledgement i see you i'm with you and i feel your presence within me to to strengthen strengthen by the acknowledgement of the presence of each other strengthen our unity and support each other to to feel part of everything we're breathing together as one being we're exhaling together and now let's say pay attention within our human form human being to areas that maybe holds tension it doesn't allow a complete unity with the matrix with all there is and invite those parts to join to join the matrix let's invite our physical heart the heart organ to join the matrix let's invite our whole chest organs and the the heart chakra to join the matrix let's invite our nervous system to join to be as effective as possible for example when we're inviting the nervous system try to recognize where the blockage is existing in your nervous system could be a specific area but could be a general feeling of a vibration that is not comfortable like some nervousness in the muscles or in the tissues or connective tissues and invite that discomfort to join infinity remember that you are not inside or outside you are everything you're the whole creation itself and you're inviting part of you to harmonize with you then let's invite our third eye to join this infinite matrix of being feel the softening as your third eye forehead more the upper frontal part of your brain is softening and joining this infinite matrix of being yeah so when we shine awareness on attention the action can be compared to when you build a sand castle on the beach and suddenly the wave come and slowly it disintegrates yeah and all the sand losing its castle shape and again forming the sand or like a glacier gently melting into the sea or like a river that joins the ocean it's the effect of awareness touching tension and invited to join all parts of your human form is craving unity craving must be in unity it's yearning for that and you are that so once you recognize the truth of who you are then you're just calling all the different parts to join so you can feel whole again and you know you're whole because you feel amazing you feel no distinct vibration or tensions or nothing you know i am all there is with no doubt let's bring awareness into the area of the lower abdomen second chakra the low digestive system and invite that area of our body to soften and to join our infinite being or infinity itself the key here is always to recognize with your mind mind with your awareness that you are all there is here to allow your mind to expand and expand and expand until you feel that it occupies infinity itself the whole creation and from there you're calling attention to soften this matrix of life is including all life all life of course so let's say invite those that we know that are now suffering can be friends family or anyone that we know they are finding this moment very difficult and invite them to this matrix they are part of it but because they feel right now in a difficult situation so the mind cannot recognize it and they are locking themselves into the separate ego identity so we can invite them with our mind and we can see that they are softening into this beautiful matrix of light and their body their being become again a living part that allows a life force the light to flow through and like this to feel much better so let's take time to invite to this matrix those who suffer so is the question is when we finish this meditation how do we keep this state because obviously this state relates or can be achieved a lot by being quiet not moving much or not moving at all so first of all when we are reaching this state of complete unity we offering or remembering that state which is natural that if you look at a child it is in this state if you look at a little puppy yeah look at a bird a flower that's a natural state and we are that as well so when we are training when we meditate our nervous system our organism remembers that so it's easy to just manifest it on the go so number one is training like we train anything we train that number two is awareness of what we do in life yeah we try to bring awareness to to remember that i'm here that i'm present so we try to introduce habits that help us be aware of what we do through the day number three is gratitude we try to soften the mind and make it less arrogant and separate from life by giving gratitude to what we're doing to what we're receiving to where we're walking where we're sitting as much gratitude the mind stays present
