Okay,

Let's connect.

Just paying attention inside.

Observing the breath.

And this time let's focus especially on the spaces where the in-breath and the out-breath are changing into each other.

So we try to breathe the same although it's not so easy when we pay attention on the spaces.

But we try to allow the breath to flow free.

But our focus is mainly when in-breath changes to out-breath and out-breath changes to in-breath.

That exact space of no thing,

No movement.

And even if it's affecting the breathing to be slower that's okay for now,

Just for the experience.

And let's add to the awareness or to observation the whole process of the breathing but really stay aware on the space of exchange between in and out and out and in.

Let's consciously breathe a bit deeper and consciously try to make the space of exchange a bit longer.

So we're applying a little bit of pressure,

Let's say,

On the breathing process.

Not too much,

Just to emphasize.

And really try to feel when the breath stops completely because even when it slows down,

When we exhale or inhale it's not necessarily stopping.

Pay attention to that exact,

Exact moment when it stops.

And then let's breathe a bit deeper even and all the time emphasizing that space where the breath stops completely between in-breath and out-breath.

And let's drop the forceful breathing and see if we can move a bit backwards to create more space and observe the breath without intervening,

Without changing anything.

If it's possible for me it feels quite difficult to be completely aware of the breathing process and feel the breath and feel that it's completely free.

I feel that when I'm aware it changes.

As we're staying aware of the breath emphasizing the changing points let's add awareness of infinity above and below and so we're breathing through a channel that extends to infinity above and to infinity below.

Right now it's only this center channel that has no beginning and no end and we try to observe the breathing process as it moves through this channel.

If I breathe from infinity to infinity meaning heaven to earth and from infinity earth to infinity heaven along an infinite channel where is the stopping of the breath?

Let's try to observe.

If there is a stopping let's check.

Okay,

And let's change the awareness to the sun image.

So instead of inhaling and exhaling along the center channel we inhale as if we are sun from the whole creation into the body and we're exhaling as if we are sun radiating back to the whole body radiating back to the whole creation and again we try to feel the whole process of the breathing including that pose as we change keeping the image super clear super infinite super radiant and slowly as we're breathing with that awareness complete awareness let's feel or let's direct our experience to the fact that the one who breathes is the whole creation so we're moving from I am breathing as the center of creation to creation breathe itself and I am the awareness which observing okay so the major shift here is the mind is not saying I am in the center of creation I am the center of my body and I am behaving as a sun radiating receiving and giving to the whole creation this was good until now and now we're shifting actually completely opposite creation am I not I am creation creation am I meaning I am all there is or all there is am I and what we called the traditional me observing the body this human existence is part of this it's not negating existence it's incorporating our existence as infinity and like this we're staying with the breathing process but now we change completely the positioning and what is so amazing is that immediately at least that's what I experience that the ego obsessive ego holding that we always pull into this little person is immediately dissolving in the wholeness there is no importance anymore for this obsession of pulling into the little person it dissolves we stay aware of the breath infinity am I our body is the whole creation our mind is creation itself our breath is creation our heart is creation our senses creation I'm hearing as creation I'm breathing as creation I'm feeling as creation I'm pronouncing talking as creation so stay in that pose between in and out breath out and in breath as creation itself because that space is creation itself it's before creation it's the infinite space before it manifests into something is the no thing and in this moment creation acknowledging it's source obviously when thoughts are crossing it reduces again our existence to the little person and that's normal but we again acknowledging source not outside as the essence of order is now let's drop the control breathing or the focus on the breath and what we focusing is the silence between thoughts same like the breath thought comes thought goes words that written are written in the space lines of the words can be recognized thanks to space all creation is me is manifesting in space we transforming to space itself science teaches us that space is more prevalent in creation than anything else the particles of the atoms has infinite space between them yet we always relating to the thing not to the space now we training being space thoughts are movement in space without space thoughts are not possible yet we always looking at thoughts looking at words looking at lines looking at things looking at us now we training space space in my infinite space in my let's use space being to heal so as space itself we acknowledging a human existence and we checking as space as infinity if that human being called has a name it has some blockages some tension and we staying a space as infinite space and we inviting the forces of tension to dissolve in space so check in that body we tend to call me,

Mine if there is tension and invite the tension to dissolve in the space which you are tension can be physical can be emotional can be energy tension it can be lodged in your chakras in your aura in your mind just screen very carefully and try to discover where tension is without losing that sense of infinite being which we all are which all is and as infinity not from infinity as infinity invite those areas of tension to suffer synchronize completely be very very vigilant scrutinizing really clear try to feel even the most subtle tension in a form of vibration that it's not comfortable emotion that can sit maybe in your heart but don't fall don't dissolve don't become that thing stays infinity and invite it to join to dissolve when you dissolve completely you have no doubt anymore because you have a direct experience I am all there is all there is am I you can't you can't you can't you come home you know who you are you know everything what everything is so let's focus specifically on the heart chakra and invite the heart chakra to harmonize with the truth of who you are remember not to do it from inside out you are not inside you are out being not in being let your mind and your heart synchronize with creation with all there is let's move to the solar plexus below the chest and again invite as infinity the solar plexus to join to harmonize and then let's do the same with the second chakra let it completely dissolve in the truth of who you are of what everything is and then we are asking that the creator will support us in maintaining infinity we can say as our identity but there is no identity there but infinite being is the truth of who we are so our minds will not pull back constantly into the little person and when you feel so infinite so boundless there is no way your mind will forget that because this is home this is the truth of who you are it's billion time beyond any religion that's the source of everything including all religions it's not negating any practice but it's where all practices are coming from it's not negating because it's a cannot negate negation is a mental movement and this is beyond any movement it's the space before movements if you're feeling that infinite infinite existence just allow it to dissolve more and more so any any inch and tiny tiny bit of your being that still holds tension will dissolve in space everything until you don't feel your separation at all even not energetically for sure not emotionally mentally or physically everything dissolves all the way to your toes all the way to your aura all the way to your meridians even the slightest vibration that is distinct out of infinite being is dissolving everything thank you so much for joining this is very powerful and we're very very blessed to be in this space together obviously this space if we are not trained requires silence but really it is silence itself so as much as we are trained and as much as we are blessed which we all are we can incorporate this in our day because this space is not depend on anything it is just we are called to recognize it thank you so much for joining adios
