So the beauty of meditation is that no matter what,

We can always balance,

Yeah?

I mean,

We try our best always to balance,

No matter what.

So,

And that's the beauty.

We can enter to meditation feeling great and then feeling even better,

Or we can feel really not good and then we feel much,

Much better.

So,

That's the beauty.

It's a great medicine.

It's beautifully balancing the energy and everything.

OK,

We start.

So,

Obviously,

What helps us the most is coming back to present moment because normally we are not balanced because we are not here right now.

So,

To come to the present moment,

We connect to the breath.

It's the easiest,

Although there are many other possibilities.

But before we connecting to the breath and we starting to adjust the energy,

Let's just check what's going on.

So,

We're learning.

Let's see what's going on inside us.

How is the breath before we adjusting it?

How is the energy?

How are the emotions?

How are we doing?

So,

Even if you didn't do energy reading course with me,

There is one way that it's very beautiful to check,

Which is we call it the waterfall check.

And in the waterfall check,

We visualize as if we are under a waterfall.

And then the water comes from above and then they're splitting just above the head to front,

Sides and back.

And we want to see if the flow in the front,

The sides and the back is working good.

So,

Check for a minute for yourself.

And this is very important to pay attention because many of the symptoms that we have are due to very clear energy imbalance.

Yeah,

It's nothing too serious,

But the energy is not flowing in harmony.

And according to the teaching of the Ayurveda or the yoga,

We have prana and apana.

Okay?

So,

Prana is the flow from heaven to earth.

Apana is the flow from earth to heaven.

So,

Both these direction has to go,

Has to flow well.

And obviously,

There is different physiological function.

For example,

When we go into the toilet,

Is the prana moving down,

Pushing what needs to go out?

Yeah?

And the feeling of vitality and feeling alignment and feeling strength is many times power that comes from the earth and gives us vitality.

Or the ability to exhale,

To push the air out.

Yeah?

This is apana.

So,

Let's check the prana,

The flow from heaven to earth.

Check for yourself.

And you can also distinguish between these two forces by observing the breathing and check if you can inhale in the same ease as exhale or vice versa.

Then you know which of the two needs adjustment.

For example,

I feel that it's more difficult for me to inhale,

It's more easy to exhale.

So,

I know that the prana flowing from heaven to earth is not balanced.

And then we diagnose further in details.

Is it not balanced for me in the front,

The sides and the back?

So,

I feel that for me,

The back,

The energy is not going down.

It's obvious.

So,

Check for yourself.

How would you know?

You can have this image of the waterfall and you ask yourself,

Do I get a nice stream of water or energy or light in the front of my body,

For example?

Do I have a nice stream or flow of water in the sides of my body?

Do I get a nice flow or stream of water in the back?

You just compare.

Now,

For my personal experience with myself and with other people,

I would say that the back is the one that gets the most imbalanced.

The front and the sides less,

But as well,

But less.

So,

Maybe for you it's the front or the sides.

For me,

It's the front.

So,

Maybe for you it's the front or the sides.

For me,

It's the back.

So,

We take it as an example.

So,

What do I do?

How do we heal or rebalance if we recognize that one side is not working?

So,

The first thing is just to acknowledge,

My back is not flowing well from heaven to earth.

Only that already changes,

Just the awareness.

Now,

Another tool is to stay just aware of the imbalance and the energy will start to harmonize,

Without doing anything special,

But just being present on the imbalance.

Now,

If you want to transform faster,

You can incorporate the breathing.

So,

In this case,

What I do,

I inhale to the whole body,

But when I exhale,

I visualize that I'm pushing the energy from the back,

From the head,

All the way down through the back,

Through the back of the legs,

To the little toes and out,

Like beams of light shooting out.

If for you it's the front that flows slowly,

Slower,

Or the sides,

So just decide and do the same to the side that you need to harmonize.

Okay,

Focusing on the side that doesn't work good,

And exhaling,

Kind of forcing the energy to move through that side,

Down,

If it's the back,

So down the back of the legs to the little toe and out.

If it's the side,

Down the whole side of the torso,

The side of the legs,

And out from the toes.

Or if it's the front,

The same,

Down the front,

The front of the legs,

The thighs,

The lower legs,

And out from the toes.

Inhaling to the whole body,

And exhaling,

Improving the flow on the side that is slow.

This gives very,

Very fast results,

Very fast.

Good,

But this is only emergency,

Let's say,

It's just to bring the basic balance back.

Now we go deeper.

After we balance more the meridians,

Let's now go deeper and again pay attention to the breath,

And see,

Again,

Compare inhale compared to exhale.

Prana compared to apana.

And normally,

Obviously,

The more blocked is the in-breath,

Not the out-breath.

So,

Try to recognize where is it kind of slowing down or not working very well.

Yeah,

You might feel that your chest,

The breath is shallow.

You might feel that below the chest,

The diaphragm is a bit pushed up.

So,

Try to recognize where is it kind of slowing down or not working very well.

The breath is shallow.

You might feel that below the chest,

The diaphragm is a bit pushed upwards.

You might feel that maybe the lower abdomen is not receiving all the air.

Or maybe you feel oppressed or compressed from the sides inwards.

Just check where is it blocked for you.

And again,

We use the same technique of just being present with the area of hindrance,

Of blockage.

Okay.

Then let's check the ability to expand.

So,

More we're checking now our aura or the sensation of expansion around the body.

Do I feel that the body is oppressed,

As if there is an external force that oppressing on the body and doesn't let the breath easily expand to all direction?

Or do I feel that there is a lot of space within me?

Again,

If you feel any force that is a bit limiting your expansion,

Focus on that sensation of being compressed.

And invite the breath and the energy to expand with the breath.

Don't push it.

Just invite it to naturally transform.

It will happen.

And you can visualize that every time you're exhaling,

You're expanding more.

Like you become more sunny,

More vibrant and radiant.

Now let's continue in the same direction.

And make sure that now when you're expanding with the out-breath,

Your awareness transform to become infinite.

So you're inhaling to your physical form and you're exhaling to your infinite form.

Meaning that every time you exhale,

You're aware that you're actually exhaling to the whole creation.

And your skin,

Let's say,

Is creation itself.

So the whole creation expands with your exhalation.

Don't give this information to your mind because the mind can be very confusing.

It can start to question this direction.

Try just to do it and if it works for you,

Great,

It means it works.

And that's it.

No need to reason too much.

Every time we exhale,

We expand more and more.

Good.

Now let's become more subtle.

Okay?

So we have to move from breath to energy awareness,

But not so physical that happens while we have breath awareness.

Now is energy awareness.

Energy awareness.

So just check again,

How are you doing?

Do you feel light?

Do you feel happy?

Do you feel relaxed?

Do you feel oppressed?

Do you feel love or any other emotion,

What we call positive or negative?

How are you doing?

And then ask yourself,

What is my relationship with infinity?

But this is not a philosophical question.

The question is,

Do I feel that actually I'm completely infinite?

I'm completely dispersed.

I'm completely light and spacious and relaxed.

And having a very beautiful feeling in my heart.

Or do I feel somehow opposite?

Now the relationship with the creation,

When it's balanced,

We have to feel that we are completely spacious.

And our energy is infinite,

Is the size of the whole creation.

If it's not like this,

It means that because of our psychological ego and just life circumstances,

We pull the infinite energy that is available for us and make it coagulate around and inside our body.

That's what I mean the relationship with creation.

So ideally what we want to achieve is relaxation of that coagulation.

Relaxation of that kind of cloud or heaviness of energy that we call me.

So one way to do it is just to say I'm surrendering all tension,

All heaviness,

All negativity that right now is held within my system.

And I'm allowing it to harmonize with the whole creation.

I'm surrendering all negativity that makes my system slow and maybe suffer.

I'm encouraging it to open up and harmonize with the whole creation.

No need to work hard,

Just need to give guidance that's all.

Just say it,

Believe it and observe it,

It will happen.

Most important is to move from this tendency for the ego to pull in,

To pull in,

To pull in all the time,

To be so addicted,

You know,

To pulling the ego into the form.

Relax it,

It's enough,

Relax it,

Let yourself expand and expand and expand.

No need to pull all the time and give the mind so much power.

Relax,

Open up,

Expand.

Your nature is infinite.

Your nature is the whole creation,

That's who you are.

When you feel less than that,

It's just confusion and old habits.

So here we're practicing.

Let go,

Move from this pull of the physicality of the ego inwards to infinite expansion.

Now let's be even more precise and let's work specifically on the heart center,

On the heart chakra.

And let's invite our heart chakra to expand to the size of the whole creation.

I'm inviting my heart chakra to expand to the size of the whole creation,

Meaning infinite.

I'm inviting my second chakra to expand to the size of the whole creation.

Second chakra is below the navel.

And don't worry about colors,

Don't worry about anything.

Just say it and observe.

And then the third eye,

I'm inviting my third eye to expand to the size of the whole creation.

That means that the mind is expanding now completely.

Beautiful.

And now when we brought ourselves to this beautiful space,

Peaceful place,

Place of healing,

Let's invite others to come to the same space.

Loved ones that maybe don't have the opportunity to be here with us right now,

Loved ones that maybe don't have the opportunity to be here with us right now,

Invite them to this beautiful sacred place and space that we are sharing,

So they as well can enjoy and can heal and can let go of the burden of the ego,

Of the mind that creates so much suffering.

Tomorrow is the Jewish holiday of Passover called Pesach.

And really the emphasis of this holiday is the movement from slavery to freedom.

And really it's not about this religion or that religion because all of us as human beings,

We're dealing with the same issue of different tendencies,

Psychological tendencies that are enslaving us.

It doesn't allow us to feel the truth of who we are which is infinite being.

And Spring really encourages and invites us to celebrate this power of freedom that we all have.

So I want to invite us all to utilize this auspicious time that is not related to a religion,

It's just available for humanity to really soften and let go and allow this energy of you that is so radiant,

So bright,

So spiritual to really express to its outmost beauty because it's our invitation to be in this way,

To shine.

And the only slavery is in our mind,

That's all.

So the main enslavement is called Ai,

The ego.

When this is sorted,

We are butterflies.

Okay,
