There is a deeper strength in softness. In this session, we explored what it truly means to be receptive — not passive, but open. When we allow the body, the mind, and the heart to stop pushing, something ancient awakens. The feminine field is not just about gender or roles, but about a living energy that knows how to receive life fully. It holds the space where creation happens — silently, powerfully, from within. We also explored how this field connects to the vast awareness behind everything, and how to soften enough to feel that we are already supported, already nourished. This session offers tools to recognize when we’re blocking life from flowing, and how to rest into the quiet current that is always there — the one that remembers we are already whole.

Hi my friend,

Big welcome.

Let's talk about the attitude of receiving.

Normally in life,

We're pushing,

We're moving,

We're thinking,

We're active.

We're going here and we're going there.

That activity pushes the energy outwards,

Pushing the energy up to our head.

Moving in a young,

In excessive,

In a male energy.

It doesn't matter if we are a male or a female.

It pushes the energy out.

It doesn't allow us to feel the nourishment of life.

That life is here to support us in any way possible.

When we stop for a minute,

And we're kind of calming a little bit the mind,

And we breathe a little bit deeper,

And we start to pay attention to our skin,

We feel a very gentle breathe touching our face,

Our arms.

We start to be appreciative of small things like where we're sitting,

What we're wearing,

The fact that we're breathing.

We're slowing down.

Life has a quality of nourishment,

And it wants to give you that beautiful feeling of being supported,

Being loved,

Being taken care of.

But when we're constantly thinking,

Constantly moving out with our mind,

Constantly planning,

Constantly being so active and anxious,

Then life cannot do it,

Cannot touch us,

Cannot nourish us,

Because we're pushing life out instead of allowing life to come in.

The attitude that allows life to nourish is a female attitude,

Is softness,

Is acceptance.

I want to invite you to allow that attitude at least to be part of your day.

Maybe a short meditation,

A short pose that you're shifting from doing thinking,

Planning,

Into receiving,

Feeling.

There's so much bounty,

So much energy,

So much wellness in that attitude that shifts from pushing out to receiving to feeling nourished.

And this is not only on a physical level or on a health level.

It's the attitude towards life.

When we're constantly planning and imposing what we want,

What we dream on life,

Instead of relaxing and allowing life to dance with us.

Knowing what we want,

But not imposing,

I must have that.

Relaxing.

Knowing that you live in life,

Part of life.

That life as a wholeness is like an organism,

That you are part of it,

Like the cells in your body are part of your body,

Are part of the organs,

Are part of a whole.

As part of life,

Life nourishes you when you allow it to do that.

So let's strengthen this attitude of permission to be nourished and pay attention when we're pushing that energy out of needing,

Of must,

Of anxious existence and shift it to softness,

Perception.

Allowing yourself to breathe and allow life to embrace you.

Blessed day,

My friend.
