Okay,

We'll start in a minute.

I just want to say a few words about the idea behind this meditation,

I mean it's always the same,

Just different directions,

Different angles to enter to the space of being is always the same.

It cannot be different,

Because that's what there is,

That's what we are here to do.

So how can we do something else?

We just have to adapt what we need to do to who we are,

Meaning that each one of us has their own way of connecting.

There's no one way,

Of course.

And we should learn for ourselves what is the way that works for us and try different things.

So I call this meditation the eternal Aum,

Because that's what I feel.

And Aum is this Sanskrit character,

But really Aum is the vibration of creation.

So every,

Let's say,

Every sense has its,

Let's say,

Its aspect of vibration of creation.

So Aum relates to the sense of hearing.

So through the sense of hearing,

We connect,

We connect to creation,

To the vibration of creation.

But it's not hearing that we are listening to some external sound.

It's the adjustment of our own being with that sound.

So it's a,

Let's say,

Internal Aum that connects us with the Aum that is the Aum of creation,

Vibration of creation.

The other sense that we can perceive that is through the sense of feeling,

So we can feel the vibration.

We can hear the vibration.

We can see the vibration.

So people say the vibration of the creation is pure light.

We can feel the vibration as pure love.

So we can connect to the vibration of infinity through different angles or different sense in inner senses.

But we should not look for those senses as external.

So we don't look outside for the light.

We look through our inner sensory organs to connect to the vibration.

Okay.

So because that Aum normally is not easy to hear,

It's a bit difficult,

At least for me.

So we do a pre-connection through vibration,

Which is more physical.

So it's easier to feel the vibration.

And then we stack it from vibration into the Aum,

Into the hearing vibration,

Okay,

Or auditory vibration.

And let's take a minute to connect inwards.

And this is not just another meditation.

You know,

Any meditation is not just another meditation.

It's an opportunity to maybe the most profound transformation that you ever did since the beginning of time.

That's how you should look at it.

That's how you should approach it.

Every moment gives you that opportunity,

Every moment.

So I pray for all of us that we achieve the highest possible from this meditation.

And in order to achieve the most highest possible outcome,

We have to calm our mind.

We have to calm our nervous system.

Okay.

Because to achieve that profound connection with Source,

Doing it through thinking is a way,

But not normally it's the easiest way.

As Papaji said,

And now I'm going to read,

He said in one of his satsang,

Papaji is the devotee of a Ramana Maharishi,

Yeah,

He's a Ramana Maharishi.

Papaji,

I don't have his image here,

But he's a devotee,

You can see him on YouTube.

And he said,

Don't think,

Don't make any effort,

Stay quiet.

And ask,

Who am I?

Okay,

That's his instruction.

And I'm saying that using the mind too much is not very helpful.

Okay,

We can use it,

Sometimes we should use it,

But we have also to know when to give it a rest.

Okay,

So we're connecting to vibration.

So we do use the mind to recognize vibration,

Yeah,

We're starting like this.

So we want to feel that our body is alive,

It's vibrating.

And it can be vibration in one part of the body,

Or in another part of the body.

And use which area you're feeling first,

Connecting to its vibration.

Use it as a,

As a vibration that tells you that's how it should be felt in the rest of the body.

So if you feel it in the fingers,

In the palms,

In the toes,

In the feet,

Slowly try to widen your awareness in the body to feel it in the whole body.

Okay,

What Eckhart Tolle calls the inner body,

The inner body vibration.

You're feeling like the essence of your existence when you're feeling the vibration.

It's the energy field on which your physicality is,

I say,

Is posted on,

Or is built on,

Or is held by.

And this is activated by your soul.

The minute the soul leaves the body,

Bye-bye vibration,

Bye-bye physicality,

And then the soul again is liberated.

Okay,

So we want to feel the vibration all over the body together.

And a vibrational field that is in the whole body,

Is felt in the whole body.

And this vibrational field in the inner body gives you such a strong feeling that I'm alive,

That you're alive,

Because you feel you're vibrating.

Yeah,

Like a star,

Like a sun,

Like anything that is alive.

Good.

Once we acknowledge the inner body vibration,

We expand the awareness outside the physical body,

And we want to feel the outer body vibration.

In fact,

There is no difference between inner body and outer body,

It's just the mind creates divisions.

It's exactly the same.

But just to make it easier for the body,

We say,

Okay,

I felt the inner body,

Now I'm feeling my aura,

My energy body.

So I'm feeling that the vibration is as well outside the physical body,

As well as in the body.

It's all a game,

Really,

Because the truth is that your vibration is the whole creation,

That your body is the whole creation,

That your body is creation.

This is the truth.

Okay?

But we play a game with the mind because the mind is very limited.

It's not limited,

It's been limited.

The mind is okay.

So slowly we're teaching the mind that it can extend from the physical form to the energy form to the infinite form.

You just need permission to acknowledge that the truth of who we are,

Who you are,

Is the whole creation.

Your real body is the whole creation.

There's no difference than feeling the vibration in your body and feeling the vibration in the whole creation because you just say,

My body is the whole creation,

Then you feel it in the whole creation.

Wherever you place your awareness on,

Whatever you place your awareness on,

That's what you're going to feel.

So if your awareness is permitted to occupy the whole creation,

You feel it in the whole creation.

I am all there is.

All there is,

I am.

So the awareness holds the inner body vibration and the whole creation vibration and saying,

Ocean of vibration,

Am I?

Not,

I am an ocean of vibration.

It's not an ego declaration.

It's an infinite acknowledgement.

Ocean of vibration,

Am I?

So it's not only that you feeling that you are everything.

You take it one step further and you say,

Everything,

Am I?

So the sense of being has nothing to do or it does not separate from the physical form.

The sense of infinity is not separate from the physical form.

So your awareness now is infinite as the whole creation.

Your sense of being is infinite as the whole creation.

And now to feel better,

Because maybe you don't feel very good,

It could be.

Maybe you had something difficult.

Maybe physically the body is not in a perfect condition.

Maybe your mind is not completely relaxed.

That's all possible.

So we want to invite those parts that feels a bit imbalanced to synchronize with the infinite being,

Which you are.

Okay,

Just again to make it very,

Very clear.

You are first of all everything and then you are something.

Like the ocean is first of all water,

Then it's vapor or waves or calm sea.

But first of all it's water.

And the water are first of all atoms,

Etc.

So the same,

First of all you are all there is and then you are something.

First you are possibility and then you are creation,

Reality.

Those two aspects of existence of nothing and something are existing in the same time.

And you are that.

So we don't have only to identify as the person and forget the source and vice versa.

You are both,

You are everything.

Just feel it.

It's actually a beautiful feeling,

Amazing feeling,

Blissful feeling.

Because it's not bounded,

It's not restricted,

It's not limited to anything.

This is before birth,

During life and after death is the same thing.

It's beautiful.

Now,

Because we said probably there is,

For some of us,

There is things that doesn't feel so amazing right now.

We are acknowledging infinity and I am all there is.

But let's say emotionally I feel a bit heavy.

So as all there is I am calling that heaviness to synchronize,

To harmonize,

To relax into that infinite space which am I.

So let's call the heart chakra to soften,

To relax,

To open up.

Not from inside out here.

Let's forget this ego centered attitude.

Don't be inside your body pushing tension out.

No,

No.

Be everything and call tension to soften in you.

As if the ocean calls a wave,

Relax my friend,

Just calm down.

As if the sun calls a candle,

Come to me,

Become part of me.

As if the ocean will call the river,

Come and join me.

That's how your infinite awareness calls your heart to soften.

Then let's call our nervous system to soften,

To synchronize,

To harmonize.

Our nervous system is not balanced and how we know it?

Because we feel nervous.

We feel anxious.

So try to recognize,

Even if you feel pretty,

Pretty good now,

Check maybe there is a layer within you that feel a bit off vibes.

It feels not right.

It's not completely in synchronicity with the underlying peace which you're part of,

Which you are.

So recognize any nervous tension within you and call it home.

Call it to synchronize,

To harmonize,

To soften in the infinite being which you and all there is.

I'm calling my nervous system to calm down and to join the infinite space.

Remember you are the whole creation calling an aspect of it that called you to join.

You are the whole creation,

You are that.

And you're calling fragments that are kind of in a disharmony to join the bliss which is nature.

As you're harmonizing your nervous system,

Maybe generally you feel better,

Much,

Much better,

Much more harmonious and calm.

But maybe now underneath there is a deeper tension somewhere.

So try to become clear and use the same technique.

You are infinity calling fragments of tension to come home,

To harmonize and synchronize vibration.

And you know it's working because you start to feel less distinct,

Less off from all there is.

You're like feeling that your whole system is synchronizing to a point that you don't know where is your physical form.

You feel that it's all one vibration.

And those parts that feels off,

They need some attention to synchronize.

But in the same time don't tell yourself that if you don't feel super blissful,

Something wrong with you.

Of course not.

You are infinity as a storm or as a quiet sea,

It doesn't matter.

You're just nicer and easier,

But it doesn't matter.

So now when we harmonize into bliss and softness,

Now we can connect to Aum.

How are we doing that?

We just say as infinity,

I like to experience infinity through sound.

That's all.

And then see what comes.

Don't make any effort.

Just invite your auditory sense to perceive infinity.

That's all.

Whatever comes is perfect.

Now let's use the fact that we are here together.

A community of like-minded people,

Of sisters and brothers on the spiritual path.

And let's support each other.

First of all by acknowledging our presence,

That we are here together.

And let's say I visualize that we're forming a circle.

Then once you take your position in the circle,

You start to nourish and being nourished through your breath,

Through your acknowledgement of the other people,

The other infinite light beings.

So it's very important that each one will visualize your position in the circle.

Because right now we're sharing the same space.

So when we're sharing the same image,

Yeah,

Almost done.

You can feel it.

The minute everybody's positioned,

The energy changes.

Good.

So now when we're on the circle,

Let's make sure that we're supporting each other.

That when we inhale,

We're receiving from each other so much power and light and love.

And when we're exhaling,

We're giving those qualities to our friends.

And like this we can support and also release tension and feel held.

This entity that we are forming is a group of a community.

It's the same as a single body.

It has its own flow and it's also subject to exactly the same process of undoing tension,

Of synchronizing.

So as much as each one of us is in unity with Source,

Then the whole behaves the same.

And even if you are listening to this meditation as a recording,

This is a timeless meditation.

You enter and join exactly like anyone here.

And even if you are connecting to this meditation without a human form,

Exactly the same.

It doesn't matter.

We're connecting here as souls,

As spirits,

Beyond time,

Beyond space.

And this is a good time to invite those friends,

Families or anyone that we know that are in a big need for support.

That are suffering right now.

And we're calling them to the center of the circle so they can feel helped,

They can feel that there is hope,

That they can feel healed,

They can feel supported.

So how do we keep this state of being after the meditation?

Amazing way to do it is by keeping connection with this vibration that we connected in the beginning of the meditation.

By acknowledging that even when you open your eyes,

That ocean of vibration is all the time around you,

In you,

Everywhere.

So when you're walking,

You try to feel that you're walking through that ocean of vibration as vibration.

Like particles moving inside particles.

That's exactly what it is.

And when you're sitting,

Try with open eyes,

First connect to the vibration in your body and then the vibration around you.

Acknowledge that the space that's surrounding you is completely alive.

And from that unity,

In body,

Out body vibration,

Any object that you will connect to,

That you look at,

Will start to be alive,

Completely alive.

Please put an effort,

It will change your life completely.
