Your thought is born in creation. It is that sacred movement from nothing to something, the way creation learns about itself. But when we forget the truth of who we are, we fall into the trap of being only what the thought is, and that is where suffering arises. We must be brave enough to stay on the edge of the mind's volcano without falling in. When we surrender the 'I am me' ego into the silence, we return to our source—the zero-friction state of Buddha nature where we are everything and nothing at once.

Be welcome.

Let's connect inwards and just pay attention what's happening inside.

And really let's realize that the one that observes is not what it sees.

So we're looking inwards as a space,

Not as the person or not with a personal identity.

First we are space and then we are a person.

A humanness is living in space which we are.

When we are born we start to live as a illusory separate person.

And what we're doing through a spiritual practice is to come back before we die.

So we realize the truth of who we are and we live with the truth of who we are as a human being.

For that we must cultivate awareness.

But awareness not I am the person aware of stuff within me.

Awareness is I am infinity.

Aware of stuff within itself which now is called with a name.

So as we're becoming aware of what's happening within us we're also acknowledging that we're doing it as space itself.

As I mentioned in previous meditation there are different levels you can say.

Not levels of importance but levels of experiences or spiritual practice.

Here we can do spiritual practice as the ego person.

I'm balancing my own energy.

I am connecting to souls but always that ego person is in the center.

And then there's time we need to grow out of that.

We cannot stay there,

We should not stay there.

And growing out is exactly that expansion of consciousness and the shift from identifying as the person to not identifying at all,

Being all there is.

There's a middle space between them or step when we in a way identifying I am infinity.

But we have to grow from that as well.

Because any mental movement,

It doesn't matter if it's in the ego space or as infinity,

It's still a mental movement that separates from source.

Let's say I dedicate some time to meditate with the birth of thought.

Let's pay very close attention to what's happening in our head,

In our brain.

For that we have to first of all relax a little bit the nervous system.

So we can pay attention.

Let the sand sink back to the bottom of the lake.

We're doing it by relaxing our forehead and our eyes.

Softening the face,

The jaw,

The tongue.

Softening our torso from top to bottom.

By doing so,

We're facilitating the flow of that excess normally stuck energy in the head,

In the brain,

And allow it to continue its natural flow from heaven,

Human,

Earth.

When the forehead and the eyes are softened,

The energy doesn't stagnant in the brain.

And then there is less likely to go into loops of thinking.

Then we have to relax the back.

The central nervous system has a close relationship,

Of course,

With the spine and the spinal cord.

And we need to relax from heaven,

Through the head,

Through the spine,

Or the back in general,

Down the buttocks and the legs,

To the earth,

The root.

Okay,

So visualize the beautiful flow of light from heaven,

Taking all this excess energy in the brain and directing it down the back,

All the way deep into the earth.

And make sure that you're seeing it active,

Like a flow,

Like a river.

And then we're doing both sides,

Left and right,

Exactly the same.

We're inviting that heavenly flow to cleanse excess energy from the brain down the sides of the body,

Down the legs,

The feet,

Into the center of the earth,

Rooting deep down.

So just take a minute to observe that you are in a stream of light and invite that stream to take any excess and cleanse it down.

Remember that you are the space where everything takes place.

So don't put that thought,

I am in the center.

And block the flow.

You are the space and you are the flow.

You are everything.

Great.

Now let's pay close attention to our brain,

We can say to our head,

And try to localize areas of tension.

Normally the regular thoughts or most likely the stalk in the front of the brain,

The area of the forehead.

But then thought can manifest in other parts of the brain as well.

So try to map with your awareness what's happening in my brain right now,

As if it's a volcano that has different areas of eruptions.

And what we're doing is we stay on the edge of the volcano.

We don't want to fall in.

We want to look,

To observe.

So observe your brain.

Observe it as space.

And pay attention how there is kind of,

Yeah,

How there's energy there that maybe forms or maybe doesn't form into thoughts.

But the brain is alive,

It's vital,

It's vibrant.

Be intimate with that vibration.

Try to see if you can observe or feel the vibration in the whole brain.

Try to observe if there are differences in the quality of vibration in different parts of your brain.

Remember that you are observing the brain.

You're the space where the brain operates.

Now let's investigate the birth of a thought.

How does vibration that has no form yet,

How do they start?

What's happened as they move from nothing or no form into a thought,

Into a form,

Into an image?

So let's try first of all to induce a thought.

Make sure that what you're bringing is not too agitating,

Like something that worries and bothers.

Otherwise you're going to go off with that thought.

Something mundane like what I'm going to do today.

Or what I did yesterday.

But do it very,

Very slowly.

Try to capture this exact instant when energy transforms into image,

What we call thought.

And as you're doing that,

Also try to pay attention.

Can thought manifest without information,

Like pre-existing information?

Like if I want to make a cup of tea,

Can I do it without knowing what tea is?

Where is the kitchen?

Which types of tea are in the kitchen?

So pay attention,

Not only how the thought is born,

But what is a thought.

Let's pay now attention to what happens to the whole energy of your brain,

But actually of your whole being once a thought starts to be generated from the no-thought state.

What happened when your system engaged with thinking?

Be very quiet and observe that process.

Observe your whole energy.

And if possible,

Generate a thought and drop it.

Generate and drop it.

See how subtle and powerful is the effect of thinking on the system.

Now when the story is strong,

And when the drama is full power,

Of course the engagement is so intense,

It captures all our attention and it draws all the life force to sustain the drama.

Bring a dramatic thought from your life,

Something that you're worried about,

That you're anxious about,

Just for a second.

And see what happened to your system.

And then don't go deep into it,

Drop it,

Relax,

Disengage.

This is the point.

Disengage.

Go back to no-thing.

And let's expand no-thing.

Not only my mind or my brain is not moving and not thinking,

But let's expand no-thing back to infinite being.

It's not only that I'm observing vibration in my body,

In my brain,

Observing as a human being.

I'm observing that as infinity.

It's the infinity,

The creation,

Observing movement in that brain you call my brain.

Your thought is born in creation.

Your thought is that sacred movement from nothing to something.

Your thought is the way creation learns about itself,

Experiencing itself.

And this is so magical.

When we see it,

When you're experiencing it as infinity,

Then we see the sacredness in it.

But when you're forgetting the truth,

The simple way of being,

Then we fall in the trap of being what the thought is.

Then we lose the game altogether and suffering arises.

So let's expand.

Let's say,

Acknowledge the truth of who we are right now.

For that,

The deepest thought or the first thought there is must be surrendered.

And that thought is the I,

The ego I thought.

I am me.

It's not rejecting your ego existence in any way,

But it's amplifying into the whole picture.

Yes,

You are you,

The ego person.

Yes,

You are infinity in the same time.

As ego person,

We're expert being,

We know how to be ego.

That's what we do all the time.

But as infinity,

We've forgotten and we're here to awaken.

For that,

We need to surrender that ego,

Personal ego completely into nothing,

No thing.

Meaning drop the mind altogether.

And don't be afraid of being in the no mind state.

In the beginning,

It's a bit weird,

But then it's the best feeling ever,

Best experience ever.

So be brave enough to be in that weirdness zone until the softness of being overwhelms each and every cell.

Of your existence.

That incessant fascination we have with the production of thinking.

In fact,

It occupies a tiny,

Tiny,

Tiny space in being.

It's like when your system comes back into its source,

That incessant thought production stops.

And then healing takes place.

Deep healing.

As infinity,

Invite your nervous system to heal,

To soften,

To lose tension,

To relax.

I'm inviting my nervous system to synchronize with source.

You don't need to do anything.

You are source,

Inviting part of it to itself,

To synchronize,

To soften.

You just declare what you want and then it will be and relax.

Invite your heart chakra,

The center of the chest,

To soften into source,

Exactly the same.

As infinity itself,

I'm calling my heart chakra to come home,

To realize its infinite,

Boundless being.

An infinite heart chakra is so beautiful,

Is so beautiful,

Is so magical.

And that magic manifests when you stop doing it as the person and you're experiencing it as infinity.

Then you know that creation is love because you are that.

Let's invite our brain to synchronize with infinity.

Your true brain is the whole creation,

That your brain occupies its source or its real dimension.

And now if you feel still any tension in your brain,

In your system,

Invite that part to synchronize like we did with other parts.

Any area that you feel tense,

It's off tune.

Again,

It doesn't mean that it's not part of creation,

But it vibrates now in a way that is not harmonious with everything.

That's why you feel it.

And as you're inviting it to synchronize,

Slowly you stop feeling your body.

You just know,

I am all there is.

And that's the deepest healing possible,

Because there is no tension anymore and no resistance anymore.

Allow yourself to dissolve into that infinite space of being.

Completely.

And before we end,

Let's say invite loved ones or not loved ones.

Yeah,

Maybe there's somebody we are in conflict with.

That when we invite them to this space of healing,

Of pure light,

Pure vibration,

Pure love,

They will relax.

They will realize the same.

Their heart will open and then we can exchange love with them naturally.

So invite whoever you feel like into this space.

Okay.

And then obviously when we don't move,

Our nervous system harmonizes.

When we don't think,

The same,

Of course.

And that's very blissful,

Beautiful state of being.

And then we start to move and do our things.

And then once the energy starts to move,

Normally the mind starts to move.

That's how it works.

And then again,

The illusion of separation flowers into existence.

So first of all,

As much as you realizing the truth,

You're changing your nervous system.

Because the most natural thing is to realize that truth.

It's natural.

But we need to work on this to realign our nervous system so it's aligned with Source.

So first of all,

It's those time that you train into no-thing and you're shifting another aspect or another part of your brain to be aligned,

To be in accord.

So what we're doing now is super important.

And then we can also introduce a lot of gratitude and humbleness.

So our mind doesn't pull into separation constantly.

It feels the love,

It feels the unity.

Another thing that is very important is to be alive.

We're not hermits.

We can dance,

We can love,

We can enjoy our existence.

Yeah,

We can express this love,

This life through action,

Through movement,

Through poetry,

Through painting,

Through so many ways.

So creation,

When it's in a flow,

It's expression from nothing to something.

And it's natural.

So engage in those things that makes you happy,

That makes you creative,

That makes you feel aligned with Source in action,

Not only in meditation of no action or no external action.

Okay.

Blessing to everybody.

Have a beautiful,

Beautiful day.
