Hi my friend.

Let's take a minute to connect and allow this nourishment aspect of life to support us.

Make sure you're sitting or lying down comfortably.

Pay attention how the breath moves in and out.

And pay attention to the state of your being right now.

If life,

If life has a sacred nourishment quality,

Are you available for it right now?

Are you pushing out energy,

Needs,

Anxieties?

Or you are in a receiving mode,

Allowing life to caress you,

To touch you,

To embrace you,

To warm you.

And this doesn't go against anything that we want to achieve,

But it changes the attitude.

So let's pay attention and let's strengthen this sense of in,

The female quality of allowing life to give us.

Pay attention how life gives you life with each breath.

Pay attention how the breath is coming full of life,

Full of nourishment.

And revitalized your whole being.

Pay attention to the soft touch of the air on your face,

On your arms,

Hands.

And feel its gentleness,

Its love,

Its softness.

And allow those qualities to enter to your heart,

To enter to all those places within you that are challenged by the stress of being alive.

Allow those qualities to replace islands of stress and tension.

Knowing and feeling that you are life itself.

And as being life and part of life,

By surrendering that mind that constantly pushes out and shifting into a receptive mode,

You start to be nourished,

You start to harmonize.

The stress is exchanged with calmness.

The tension with warmth and caressing.

The anxiety with love.

And all those qualities are available for you all the time.

We just need to take time and to allow ourself to feel,

I am life,

I am nourished,

I am loved.

This meditation is a subtle and profound experience to explore and allow life energy to flow into your relationship with it. During this meditation, I realized that I was partially blocking the flow of life. I was able to slowly allow it in, after which a nourishing current enveloped me.
