This isn't about suppressing anxiety but transcending it — allowing your mind to flourish in the expansive dance of the cosmos. So let's start,

Let's connect to our breath,

Just pay attention how the breathing moves in and out,

Only that,

Only the breath,

Not what I'm gonna do,

Not what I did,

Not the political problem in the world,

Nothing,

Only breath,

Not who I think I am,

Not my problems in life,

Only breath,

Pay attention exactly with details what's happening with the breath,

How deep it goes,

How the body is responding,

How wide or shallow,

Is there any tension pushing against the breath,

Only that,

When you recognize some blockages or some restrictions focus your awareness on that,

Your mind,

We're meeting our mind especially as a thinking entity which is a low vibration of the mind actually,

The highest vibration of the mind is pure stillness,

Is awareness,

Is its ability to connect us to the source,

The low vibration of the mind in its addicted connection or identity that I am me,

That's a low vibration,

The highest vibration is that I am all there is and from their perspective we're connecting to tension right now,

Not from the little person,

Because this is illusory,

Completely illusory,

So let your mind connect with the breath but make it or allow it to be infinite,

Let it assume its true infinite dimension because that's the truth,

It is like this,

It creates us so much problem because we're reducing its existence to something that it's not true,

It's not natural,

It's not natural,

Let your mind be the whole creation,

This is natural,

It doesn't mean that it's not also the body,

Of course it is,

But we must keep infinity and finity together,

Let's keep the mind infinite and from there observe the breath and from there focus on specific areas of your body that feel a bit restricted,

Not responding to the breath very well,

Let's be very vigilant and let's say connect to only the emotional system and let's see the connection between breaths and emotion and infinity,

So just ask yourself am I happy right now and don't give the answer to your mind yes because this and that,

It's not like this,

We know if we're happy or not and if we're true to ourself that's all come immediately and then whatever you feel try to locate the sensation where is it and then offer that sensation to the breath and to infinity,

So observe the interaction between emotional tension,

Breaths and the whole creation,

In order to do that your awareness is wide as the whole creation including the whole creation and your body and the breath and attention,

Everything together,

If you do it correctly there is no way there will not be transformation,

Impossible,

If your mind keep jumping and telling you stories,

Keep it back,

Bring it back to that instruction,

Infinity,

Emotions,

Breaths,

If you do it correctly you feel the reaction,

You feel that your system softening,

You feel that your emotion are calming down,

You feel that your breath become more harmonious,

Good,

Let's just ask if there's any other emotion reflected in our system right now,

In other place because normally the chest is on the front of the emotion,

But we might feel something in the stomach,

In the throat,

In the lower abdomen or maybe other places in the body,

So search for emotion that doesn't feel comfortable and let's work in the same way,

Infinity,

Breaths,

Awareness,

What we're doing is a technique,

It's not a religion,

You can call it whatever you want,

But it's a technique of feeling amazing and the key,

Most important key here is understanding that your mind is here to serve you and to serve you by acknowledging the truth of infinity,

Now let's go into physical tension and just search your body and see if there's any anywhere in your body that there is some tension,

Discomfort and use the same technique,

Pay attention how the breath interacts with that area and widen your awareness to infinity and let the tension synchronize with the whole creation,

Meaning that the mind is kept infinite and in that infinite space transformation takes place,

Let's be super vigilant because maybe we don't have like very serious pain,

Discomfort,

But maybe there's a slight discomfort,

Offer that as well to infinity,

Let it synchronize,

Then you're going to feel much much better and let's go more subtle and look for energy discomfort,

Energy discomfort is recognized either a chakra feels tight,

The aura feel oppressed,

Imbalances of vibration between left and right or anything on the vibrational level that doesn't feel right,

So scan for that and use the same technique,

Always step number one is infinity,

Is the space in which everything takes place,

Step number two is offering tension to the infinite space and then if you want you can continue to also work with the breath,

To direct the breathing to that area of tension,

But this is optional,

If you don't feel like working with the breath now that's okay,

Because as we're working more and more subtle and the breath is already a bit heavy in relationship to the subtlety we're working with,

So if you feel better and better,

More in harmony,

You understand the power of the medicine and the theory is so simple and so powerful that the tension comes from contraction,

When the mind is identifying only with me as a little person,

That creates a lot of tension that creates illness,

A lot of illnesses and when we widening to infinity then everything has a space to breathe,

To relax,

All our tissues,

Cells,

Molecules,

Atoms functioning so much better in the infinite space,

So now take time to search freely and see if there's any left over tension on whatever level,

Emotional,

Physical,

Energy or even mental and just offer it to synchronize with infinity,

Okay,

Now let's go deeper,

Because until now although we are in a super wide and let's say deeply spiritual vibration,

It's still the ego in a way,

Because I am dissolving,

I am dissolving,

So still the mind holds some identity,

Now let's drop everything,

Truly everything,

So we're not aiming at anything,

We're not wanting to do anything,

We're not guided or guiding,

It's a complete complete dropping,

It's allowed the mind to fall completely,

Losing your name,

Losing your identity,

Losing any any construct that the mind holds as in relationship to what we call this reality,

Drop drop drop everything,

It's like jumping from a cliff and not knowing where you're gonna end and land,

You have to be brave and drop everything,

That's the only way for liberation,

The only way,

There's no other way,

That's the only way to enter to the sacred,

Most sacred place called now,

You cannot take anything anything anything with you,

Especially not you,

This where we aiming and then the aim as well has to be dropped,

Because there is no aim there,

It's nothing,

Completely nothing,

No thing,

No one,

Nowhere,

Nobody,

If it's boring for the mind,

So the mind is not relaxed enough,

It's a no mind,

It's the essence of everything,

It's the truth,

The only truth,

Beyond truth,

Anything,

On this beautiful place that we are,

Let's invite others to join us,

So we can visualize people,

Animals,

Places that need support and just hold them in our mind,

In front of our heart and invite them to enter into this sacred place of love,

Of unity,

If people you know are dealing with specific ailment,

Mental ailment,

Physical,

Emotional,

You can focus on that specific part and just invite that part to harmonize,

Synchronize with infinity,

The same like you need for yourself,

Awareness doesn't care who and what it is aware of or with,

It can be what we called we or I,

Can be somebody else,

It's the same,

So the healing you offer to yourself,

You can offer to somebody else exactly the same,

And as much you are more established in that field of now,

This sacred,

Most sacred field of now,

The power which you are connected to is immense,

And as we're holding a person,

We can hold nations,

Areas of conflict,

So let's offer this to any area of conflict,

Like between the Palestinians and Israel,

Or any other place that you choose,

Or the whole conflicts on planet earth,

Between people and families,

Between countries,

Between races,

So many things the confused mind of human beings invented,

Inventing to create suffering to itself and to others,

So from this beautiful place of peace,

Visualize areas of conflict and just let it come down in front of you,

In you,

Don't let your mind be confused and lose track of peace,
