This is not about forcing your mind to be quiet; it is about withdrawing the "fuel" of your attention from the thinking process entirely.

So,
Yeah,
Let's dedicate this meditation and combine it with some kind of teaching.
Okay,
So we're combining some teaching and meditation and I want,
We can say,
To go to basics because as much as we are super spiritual and we can have beautiful journeys and see lights and we're still human beings and we have a mind and this mind can drive us crazy,
At least my mind.
So we need to make sure that we have the tools to harness it,
You know,
Like a horse.
Slow down,
Man!
So,
And if we go back to basics,
Energetically,
Or actually physiologically,
Most of the thoughts are happening in this part and when we are softening this part,
Basically,
We feel better.
This is one of the most important points to pay attention to,
That I can just relax this area and I feel better.
Now,
Obviously,
There are two ways of force,

This force goes one against the other,

The part of the mind that wants to shut down and the part of the mind that wants to think and they're fighting each other in a way.
But if we manage to soften this area so the thinking mind slows down,

Then you can continue to relax downwards,
But only this already will help a lot.

So it's this kind of switch that we have on off here,

But it's not easy,

You just sit and you don't move and you start to work with the awareness and paying attention to this relaxation.
So slowly the system enters into a circuit and this circuit on itself is like,
Imagine like there is a flood or a river and then the river just takes all the debris slowly,

Slowly and cleansing some blockage in the river.
Same here,

The minute you are not moving,
Even if you're thinking,
So slowly,
Slowly the system will start to pull the tension in the mind into the circuit and you're going to calm down,

We have to be aware and we have to try not to accelerate thinking,

And to really pay attention to what we're doing.

But if you just let the mind just be without giving it power,
It slowly will relax on its own if you don't move.

So the diaphragm is pushed up so you cannot breathe deep.

They will transform completely when you harmonize the energy always.

We try not to go into the symptoms.
We try to go into the energy instead of to the symptoms.

We try to balance the energy,

When you check sensation in the head or other symptoms,

Most important is if another reversed energy.
Most important is who is looking.
This is really the most important.

This is really what changes the whole ballgame.

So before we harmonizing the energy,
Let's try to play with that a little bit and see who is looking and from where.

From where do you recognize the imbalance?

So normally the answer that we give from the ego perspective is I'm looking and maybe I'm looking from the third eye,
The same place where I'm thinking.

This is the most common answer.
But then,
And this is completely true as well,
But we can widen this awareness.

When we don't lock the awareness only one-sided,
Meaning forehead to body.
Yeah,
Or I am looking into myself,
Meaning that the awareness is only acknowledging that I am me.

This is a,
In this way we're cutting ourself completely from the truth.
We're cutting ourself from the magic.

Because the truth is that there is no division between you and the whole creation.
It's one thing.
This is the truth and that's what we are awakening to exactly here.
So that awareness that is observing your system should not cut itself from where it's,
From its source.

So it's a portal rather than something that is like a projector that only projecting one direction.

It's a portal.

It's a portal for the whole creation to be kind of channeled through your awareness into whatever object you're choosing to observe.
So before again,
Before we focusing on the imbalance,
Let's acknowledge that.
Let's and acknowledge that your awareness is infinite really.

It is not a personal awareness.

That your third eye,
Let's say,
Or where the awareness is felt,
Is actually like a portal through the whole creation,
From the whole creation into your personal being.
Wonderful.

Let's soften the face and the jaw and the tongue.
Let's soften the whole front.
So we're starting from the chest and then we gradually softening down and down and down.

So now when we are more relaxed,
When the energy flowing much better,
Let's first of all widen our awareness on this a vertical axis,

Like heaven to earth and try to feel,
Acknowledge,
See that the life force that entered to our system comes from infinity.

You can say it come from infinity and then it's kind of channeled or funneled through the crown chakra and enters into the body with a golden or pure light.
And cleanse and heals and softens.
And then it continues down the legs,
Into the feet and into the earth.
Great.
So this is a,
Let's say,
The first part.
It's still more in the ego realm,
Because because we are aware more of the body and the energy that enters to the body between heaven and earth.
So now let's work more on the aura or the energy field.
So instead of focusing more on what we did right now,
Heaven to earth,
Let's try to acknowledge the energy field surrounding our body.
Let's try to feel that the space around us is completely vibrant and alive.
And the crazy thing is,
Is that this space is not only around you.
The crazy thing is that actually it is you.
So in the same time you are the ego person with a name,
With a story,
With a history.
And you are the whole creation at the same time.
You're the dream and you're the dreamer.
You're the subject and you're the object.
And you're the space where everything manifests.
All that is you.
Now this is not a theory or philosophy.
This must be felt right now.
How do we feel it?
We feel it by allowing our mind to be infinite,
Without any force,
Because its natural state is infinity.
We don't need to force it and push it and visualize it growing and growing and growing.
No.
It is like this.
It's always been like this.
We've just forgotten it.
So acknowledge the infinite being which you are.
Now the struggle for us as human beings is always that in order to function on this planet,
We need to function with awareness of the ego,
While at the same time we are infinite.
That functioning only as an ego creates a lot of stress,
A lot of stress,
A lot of anxiety,
A lot of discomfort and illnesses.
So now as we're meditating,
This is a great opportunity to offer that infinite space to the tension being created as we're moving along as a human being with our psychology and history and challenges.
So what we're trying to do is to invite the tension in our human form,
And human form is not only the physical,
It's also emotional,
Psychological,
Ancestral.
We invite those tensions to soften and to synchronize with that infinite,
Infinite being which we are.
So let's start with the emotions.
The emotions,
A lot of them are felt through the heart center,
Of course,
In many other places as well.
So let's invite the heart circle,
The heart center to expand and synchronize with that infinite space which we are.
When we,
In parenthesis,
Doing it,
We don't doing really,
We inviting and allowing and observing,
That's really what we sort of do.
Okay,
So we just say I'm inviting my heart center to synchronize with souls or with infinity,
And then we're just observing what's happening.
When we do this work or this practice,
The indication that it's working are a few.
One is that we feel better,
Our mind is more relaxed,
Our breathing is deeper,
There's not so much tension in the head anymore.
And then another is that we gradually stop feeling our physical existence.
So we are more and more feeling that we are energy or we are space,
Something like this.
And as our human form synchronize with source,
It loses its distinct separation.
And all the tensions are starting to harmonize and synchronize and soften.
So gradually we stop feeling that we have a body,
Because we are now in synchronization with source.
That's normal,
That's perfect.
So after we synchronize our heart center,
Let's do the same with our third eye or with our brain,
You can say,
And invite the energy in that region to synchronize as well.
Now really what's supposed to happen in this synchronization,
Especially in the area or in the realm of our mind,
Is that the energy of the mind and the energy of creation they start to vibrate exactly the same.
So when that happens,
There's a sense of being and not a separate being.
I am that I am,
Exactly that.
Beautiful.
So let's say go into the solar plexus,
Because this is another energy center that holds a lot of tension for us human beings,
And invites synchronization there as well.
I'm inviting my solar plexus to synchronize with the whole creation.
Creation am I,
Yeah,
You're not inside pushing something,
You're not pushing something.
You are already everything inviting part of you as creation to synchronize with itself.
And like this,
You know,
When you practice on your own,
You can just continue and invite different parts that are still felt,
It means that are not in accord with all there is,
They are still in different vibration.
Or distinct vibration,
You just invite them to synchronize.
And many times you don't feel anymore your existence as a human,
You just feel all there is.
Okay,
So now let's say take some time to invite others to be with us,
To be in this beautiful space which we are sharing.
So they as well can enjoy this beautiful energy,
They can enjoy the truth of being.
The same as you harmonize your heart chakra,
Your third eye,
Your solar plexus,
Etc.
Anyone you're calling to this space which we are sharing will benefit exactly the same,
Because you are everything and that person is part of you exactly like your heart chakra,
There's no difference.
So call them to this space and let them dissolve or soften their tension.
Wonderful,
So obviously when we finish this meditation and you walk around,
You do your things,
It will not be the same,
Because your system needs to function,
So you're going to feel it in a way like a separate being or organism.
So how can we keep the connection with Source on the move?
So first of all,
This practice that we are doing and we just did,
Train your nervous system to be in accord,
So it happens automatically,
You don't need to make an effort.
Number two is to watch our mind,
This is also happening automatically and we try to pay attention to it more and more,
So the mind doesn't tell you stories that they accelerate the sense of separation,
I'm not this,
I'm not that,
I should,
I shouldn't,
Why they,
All those tendencies of separation we try not to do at all,
So your system doesn't get blocked so much,
Because the system wants to be in accord,
In harmony with Source.
The minute you're pulling an ego attitude into your psyche,
Then it's creating separation and tension.
