Life throws curveballs – that's just how it is. Job changes, unexpected news, relationship struggles... We can try to fight every wave, exhausting ourselves, or we can learn to flow with the current. Inspired by the ocean's power, this meditation is about embracing life's changes with grace and resilience. Imagine yourself as the water, not the rocks. We'll practice surrendering to the present moment, finding flexibility amidst uncertainty, and discovering a deep inner strength in letting go of control. Think of this as a flexible practice for your mind and soul. It's NOT about becoming passive but empowering yourself to navigate life's currents without being swept away.

Inspiration for tonight's meditation,

The waves,

Very big waves in the sea,

When they hit the rocks,

These endless,

Endless particles of water.

And it just inspires me to talk about that life changes all the time.

That we live in the past and in ideas that we want but we don't let go and continue.

So that the water teaches us transformation,

The water teaches us adaptability,

Flexibility to be soft and to be able to transform always.

So we have to learn this because life changing all the time.

So let's connect to the breath and the breath we can compare it very much to the water because it will enter very well everywhere it can enter.

So let's pay attention where the breath does enter with no resistance because where there is resistance it will not enter.

So pay attention how your breathing is working,

Where it enters and where it doesn't.

And the interesting thing is that where it doesn't enter normally is where you're holding against life normally because this is a blockage in your chest as well in your body.

So pay attention where does the breath enter or does not enter.

And where it doesn't enter check if there is any resistance that you can kind of point to it with your awareness.

And then without going into the psychological mind but try to see what you're feeling there because maybe there is some kind of a heaviness exactly from holding something that we didn't let go.

I need that,

I must have that,

Why I didn't receive that,

Relationship that didn't work,

Relationship that didn't work,

Anything that relates to letting go,

Letting go,

Letting go.

Because our relationship with life must be in a flow all the time.

Then like the water we flow and then the breath can enter and nourish us very well.

So see if you are completely available for the flow of life expressing through the breath to enter to you,

To nourish you,

To give you life.

And those place that the breath doesn't enter very well just be with it.

Don't try to analyze why,

It doesn't matter right now,

But understand that it's some form of resistance to life,

Conscious or unconscious.

And just be in that area that the life force cannot enter,

The breath cannot enter,

Just say I'm choosing to come back to complete synchronization and harmony with life,

Complete.

Be sincere,

Be completely sincere.

It doesn't matter,

Be willing to let go completely of whatever the reason that blocks that area.

I'm choosing to let go of whatever obstacle I've been placing between myself and life,

Conscious or unconscious.

And invite life to come and irrigate those place in you that been lacking life.

Okay,

So breath is more physical,

Let's say,

Expression of the life force.

But now let's go more subtle,

Let's go to the energy.

And again,

Pay attention if the energy flow within you in harmony,

How would you know that?

I mean,

If you do energy flow in harmony,

How would you know that?

If you're reading with me,

Of course,

You know already,

But if you don't or you didn't,

So just pay attention if there's any vibration in your body that doesn't feel comfortable,

Harmonious,

That the vibration there is too heavy,

It's too much.

That the vibration there stops your breathing a little bit and maybe make you feel or connecting you to some sensation that is not comfortable.

This is the energy that is blocked.

And again,

Like we worked with the breath,

Just be there and invite the life force to come and harmonize that area and invite yourself to enter to complete synchronization with life,

Letting go of any blockage that unconsciously or consciously your ego mind is creating.

And be sincere.

I'm inviting the life force,

The energy to synchronize completely with life.

And I'm surrendering and letting go of any obstacle consciously or unconsciously I've been placing.

So like a river,

The life force can wash through me and cleanse any obstacle.

The trick in this stage of the meditation is to stop being you,

So seriously you,

Because this me,

Me,

I,

Mine,

Me and life is illusion.

It's not true.

There's no I,

Really me.

But because we take ourselves so seriously and we holding to the illusory idea that I'm separate from life,

That's why even when we're harmonizing ourselves,

We do it with an idea that there's me and life.

That's how I've been guiding until now.

But it's just to ease the mind into the letting go.

So now we're moving to the next phase that is beyond illusion,

That I am actually infinite.

I'm not this little person that's fighting all the time,

Wanting and not wanting,

And have craving and anxieties.

Yeah,

It's happening,

But I'm not that.

I'm as well that,

But I'm an infinite being.

I am the whole creation.

This is me.

This is you.

Infinitely,

Infinitely,

Infinitely wide,

You can say,

But it has no boundaries.

It's not wide.

It just is.

This is who you are.

So,

Let's first acknowledge the truth of who you are,

And then open up.

Allow your mind to expand,

Which is infinite.

It's no body.

That's your body.

This is not theory what I'm talking.

It's not philosophy what I'm talking.

Let your mind expand and you'll feel it.

It's direct experience.

Let your mind expand and expand and expand,

Acknowledging I am all there is.

This is your body.

Now,

You have a lot of space to release tension,

Much more than when we started.

So,

Into that infinite body of yours,

Invite the infinite body of yours to be the infinite body of yourself.

Invite the life force that was blocked,

That we saw just a minute ago.

Invite to harmonize and expand into the infinity which you are.

Now,

It's not the little you anymore.

You are the infinite being and you recognize that part of you,

Very,

Very,

Very tiny,

Tiny,

Tiny,

Tiny part of you is struggling.

Before,

You thought that this tiny,

Tiny,

Tiny part is you.

But now you understand that actually you are everything and this tiny part of you that is struggling.

And please invite this tiny part of struggle that felt as if it's everything to join you.

Enough.

But for that,

You have to be really established in the truth of who you are.

That you are infinite being.

Your name is infinite being.

Your mind is infinite.

Your heart is infinite.

Your energy is infinite.

Your light is infinite.

Your love is infinite.

Then for that infinity which you are,

Very tiny part of you chosen to incarnate as a human being.

And to understand exactly,

Exactly what we're doing right now.

To understand that this is not who you are.

And to allow that little something that blocks your life to join the truth of who to join the truth of who you are.

I'm inviting all my little fragrance of stagnation to join me in light,

In love,

In my infinite truth of being.

Just say it and wait.

Don't think,

Don't visualize,

Don't work hard because you are already at home.

Just relax.

Forget for a minute about this little person with all its troubles and just rest at home.

You're at home already.

Allow yourself to soften,

To relax,

To enjoy.

When we come home,

We take our shoes off,

We eat something,

We drink something,

We relax on the sofa.

We can be ourselves 100%.

Allow yourself to be that.

And again,

From that infinite being which you are,

Let's again check that little tiny person and see if it still holds any blockages.

And like we started,

Let's start with the breath again.

But now our body is not the person body,

It's infinity.

So when we inhale,

The breath is the whole creation.

That's pretty big breathing,

But it's effortless.

You inhale and the whole creation expands.

You exhale and the whole creation expands even more,

Like the brightest sun there is,

With crazy shimmering light that comes from the whole creation because of you.

And to that powerful,

Beautiful,

Shimmering existence,

Again,

You invite any leftover blockage to harmonize with the truth of who you are.

Breathing like the whole creation,

As the whole creation.

Exhaling as the whole creation.

Each and every cell of your being,

Each and every tissue and organ and atom,

Is craving just that.

When you keep your mind infinite,

Every part of your existence feels good.

The only thing you need to do is stop being the ego person.

Stop holding it so strong.

Relax.

If you feel that emotions come and you want to cry,

Because there's infinite space for the emotion to express,

Let it happen.

If you want to laugh,

Let it happen.

There's infinite space for expression.

So,

Invite your heart.

Each and every chakra needs to be the size of the whole creation.

Each and every breath,

The same whole creation.

If there's any thought,

It's the whole creation thinking.

If there's any sensation,

It's the whole creation feeling.

If words want to be expressed,

It's the creation talking.

Be very thorough and make sure that each and every part of you is dissolving into infinite being.

Every part that holds any tiny or big tension,

Let it dissolve into infinite being.

Any tension,

Let it dissolve like ice dissolving in water,

Transforming into the infinite ocean of being.

To support each other,

Because obviously we are not in the same place.

Some of us are facing difficulties.

It's not so easy to shift the mind into infinite being.

So,

Let's make sure that we're supporting each other to vibrate the highest vibration possible by visualizing that we're creating a circle of light beings.

So,

We are infinite being,

Visualizing that our,

Let's say,

Physical forms are forming a circle where we're sharing love between us,

Where we're sharing energy between us,

When we're sharing the same attitude of infinity between us,

When we're sharing the will that each other,

Each one of us will shine,

Will vibrate the highest vibration possible.

This is my highest,

Highest wish.

And then we inhale and we're receiving so much blessing and so much power and so much light from each other.

And we exhale,

We're giving the same quality to the whole circle.

And if you find that you have issues that you need to transform,

Use this power of the Sangha,

Of the spiritual community,

To receive those qualities and soften even more.

And then,

As we're supporting each other,

Let's invite to the center of this circle those people that we know that needs a lot of help,

Either they have physical ailments,

Or they're in a difficult life situation,

Or anything,

Or they need to make like big choices,

Anything.

Just visualize them in the center of the circle,

And they are softening,

They get the wisdom they need,

They get the healing they need,

Everything they need,

Everything they need.

Beautiful.

Now the challenge is when we finish the meditation,

Is to keep those qualities we're connecting right now,

Which is such a high vibration,

To keep it working,

And to keep it through the day,

Through the night.

That takes a lot,

A lot of commitment.

If not,

It will not happen,

Because life will pull you back into the little person.

So,

A few pillars that helps us to keep it.

One is trying to be aware 24,

24 seven,

As much as possible,

To what you're doing.

And for that,

If you can do things opposite,

It will help,

It will train your mind to pay attention.

So,

This is one thing,

To pay attention as much as possible to all what you do.

Don't let your mind just fly and go everywhere.

Number one.

Number two,

To give gratitude to anything that you do,

As much as possible gratitude,

Again,

Will keep your mind connected to your home.

Number three,

Humbleness.

Again,

To bring humbleness into your life,

So the mind feels smaller and is not so attached to its problems.

And number four,

Is to ask yourself as much as possible,

Who am I?

Now,

This question will not bring you into a philosophical discussion,

Should not.

It certainly should bring the mind into its source,

Which is infinity.

So,

As much as you ask yourself,

Who am I?

Who is talking?

Who is thinking?

It will guide the mind home.

And of course,

Meditate so you can,

You know,

Like go to the gym of being and practice more and more.

So,

This will be easy for you to be in this state.
