Be welcome my friend.

Negative thinking is not a must and it's possible to work with.

Let's dedicate this meditation to guide you how to let go of negative thinking.

Make sure you're sitting comfortable.

Pay attention that your feet touching the ground.

Pay attention to how your body is positioned.

Start to follow your breath,

Taking a deep breath in.

Allow the breath to flow down all the way to your pelvic floor.

And then exhale and allow a sense of relaxation,

A sense of letting go.

As if the exhalation takes all the stress out of your body.

Again,

Inhale deep.

And exhale,

Release all form of tension out of your body.

Let's start by relaxing our forehead and our eyes,

Our face,

Our jaw,

Tongue.

Visualize as if there is a beautiful river of light that flows down our body and cleanse all the tension from the head downwards.

Remember that thinking in general can only take place in that area of your forehead or the front of the brain.

When you're physically relaxing that area,

Softening your forehead,

Your eyes,

Your face,

Your jaw,

Your tongue,

You're again facilitating that blocked energy caused by thinking to flow down.

And the mind,

When it doesn't have this energy,

It cannot think.

Simply like that.

As you force more energy downwards,

Let thinking take place.

As we relax the front of our body,

Let's also relax the back,

Starting from the head and then relaxing down the neck,

The back,

The legs,

All the way down to the feet and down to the earth.

Again,

Keep this image of being nourished and cleansed by a beautiful river of light that comes from heaven and cleanses you down all the way to earth.

If your mind engages again with thinking,

Just soften your forehead,

Soften your eyes,

Your face,

And again you're more comfortable.

Now let's pay attention to the awareness that allows you to do all that.

That awareness that allows you to become aware of anything you do.

The fact that you're thinking,

The fact that you're feeling emotions,

Different sensory stimulation coming from the outside world,

Pay attention to the awareness that allows you to do all that.

That awareness is your saviour because that awareness is always completely spotless,

Completely clean.

It'll be aware that you are anxious or thinking in a negative way,

But it itself will never be affected by that.

It's always clean,

It's pure light.

That awareness must know.

As you're going deep into meditation,

You start to create space between that awareness and the thoughts,

That awareness and the emotions,

And then you're realizing that you are not what you are aware of.

You are not those thoughts,

You are not those emotions,

You are aware of them.

They are inside you,

But they are not you.

You are the space in which they manifest.

Take a minute and allow yourself to acknowledge that.

Allow yourself to be the space where everything manifests.

Practice,

And as you practice,

This space will open,

Will widen,

And will give you more,

And will allow you to be more.

And will,

And will,

And will,

And will,

And will,

And will,

And will,

And will,

And will,

And will allow you more liberation,

More freedom.

Freedom of being instead of overwhelmed.

The freedom of being instead of being overwhelmed by negativity.
