Hi my friend,

Be welcome.

I'd like to support you today with your sleeping,

Talking about sleep hygiene.

Like we're brushing our teeth and preparing ourselves to go to sleep,

It's very important that we be aware that any action we do,

I would say before going to sleep,

But actually in the evening and for me even in the afternoon,

Affecting my quality of sleep.

So there's a few main things personally I like to observe and I hope it will be useful for you.

Number one for me is diet.

I found that for my body type,

Any stimulant that I consume before sleep or even in the evening will affect the quality of my sleep.

So stimulant can be coffee or can be alcohol or can be green tea,

But can be for me and maybe for you as well,

Any strong spiced food.

So any heavy spiced food can alter the quality of sleep.

Any heavy meal will alter the quality of sleep.

Any heavy processed food will alter the quality of sleep.

So it's very important that before we go to sleep,

But because digestion takes time,

So if we're talking about digestion,

It should be let's say from 6 something like this,

Assuming you're going to bed let's say at 10,

Between 10 and 12,

So after 6 is the time to start to pay attention what's going into your body.

Okay,

So number one is to observe diet and if you start to be very very clear about it or even making a journal,

You'll see a very clear connection between what you ate and the quality of sleeping.

Number one.

Number two,

It's what goes through our eyes.

Yeah,

So the classic one is watching the screen.

So ideally we'd like to go to sleep with soft information,

Not with harsh information.

Yes,

So not using the screen to consume stuff that is toxic,

Violent,

Loud.

A system is very gentle,

Is actually very vulnerable.

Yeah,

And everything that goes in need to be digested.

Food of course,

But exactly like food,

If you're bringing in information that is toxic,

It will alter your sleep,

Because the system need to digest it.

So please don't consume any harsh content before going to sleep.

Number three is the type of thoughts.

So again,

As more toxic the thoughts,

More difficult to fall asleep.

Okay,

So we talked about diet,

We talked about screen consumption,

And we talked about thinking.

So this is what not to do,

What yes to do.

So if we talk about diet,

Is anything that is light,

Yeah light meal,

Fruits,

Maybe some milk or vegetable milk to be drinking.

Anything that is very light and you know that it will not make any hindrance or problem.

Number two,

I mean first of all you don't need to consume screen,

You can also read something.

For me personally,

I like to read spiritual stuff before going to bed,

That will elevate vibration.

So poetry,

Spirituality,

Anything that makes your soul happy.

Yeah,

Nothing toxic,

Nothing that pulls you down and connects you to the drama of our human existence.

We have to always remember that everything we're putting in,

In any level of vibration,

Must be consumed and digested by the body.
