And before we go into the meditation,
Just to share and to explain the way I perceive the reality.
Maybe it can help you as well.
So basically you can divide it to,
Let's say,
Two realities,
You know.
One is the infinite,
Infinite reality,
Which is all there is,
Everything.
It's the chair or the cushion you're sitting on,
Or clouds,
Or the whole creation,
Doesn't matter.
But it's one energy.
And the second is the mind.
Now both these,
Let's say,
Realities are connected through awareness.
When the mind is very,
Very busy,
It pulls all the attention of awareness into itself,
It agitates the nervous system,
And then we don't feel comfortable.
Even if we feel amazing because the mind is busy with good stuff,
So it's still not connected to the truth.
Now we can stay with infinite mind while we're going through our days,
No problem,
Actually.
But if we let the mind go into excessive thoughts and worries,
And it creates a lot of emotions that are negative,
Then we get into trouble.
So when we meditate,
We try to train and to bring everything to harmony.
And so first,
Normally,
We start with the mind and the nervous system,
Just to calm it down,
So the mind can again get absorbed with its source,
Which is infinity.
So there are different tricks to do it,
Or different ways,
Many ways actually.
Let's start with one way that I feel it's really working very well for me.
I call it,
Let's say,
The golden waterfall.
Okay,
That image that we're inviting the life force in a form of golden light coming from infinity to wash over us,
And to direct the life force and the energy in the body downwards.
This harmonizes the meridian system,
And it harmonizes the nervous system,
And helps it to relax.
And in order to make it even more effective,
Let's divide this flow of energy front,
Sides,
And back.
Let's start with the front,
And just invite the golden light to wash over from heaven to earth,
And to cleanse the whole front of the body.
When you do it,
Try to visualize also a spectrum from deep inside your front,
In the body,
And all the way actually to infinity.
All that spectrum needs to flow downwards.
If you don't see the image,
Don't worry.
Just say,
Yeah,
I'm inviting the golden light from heaven to wash over the front of my body,
Cleansing and harmonizing from deep inside me,
All the way to infinity,
And down to the earth.
Let's be with that for a minute.
And you know it works because things get better,
Your mind calms,
You might feel some saliva building up in your mouth.
This is a very good sign.
And then you have to build to,
And swallow it,
And to direct it to the lower abdomen.
That's the teaching of yoga.
Okay,
Good.
Now let's do the same on the sides.
I'm inviting the golden light that comes from heaven to wash over both sides of my body,
And to cleanse and harmonize from deep inside,
All the way to infinity,
And all the way down into the earth.
Good.
Let's do the back.
I'm inviting the golden light to come from heaven and cleanse the whole back from deep inside to infinity,
From heaven to earth.
We're keeping the same work with the golden light,
But now let's widen our identity,
Let's say,
And let's acknowledge I am the whole creation.
Okay,
So the mind now expands and acknowledges source,
I am all there is.
And while we're holding this new identity and perspective,
Let's continue now the whole body,
Inviting the golden light from heaven to rest,
To wash over and harmonize.
Okay,
If you don't see it,
You can use affirmation.
My mind is infinite,
And in that infinity,
I'm seeing or I'm inviting golden light to wash,
Cleanse and harmonize from heaven to earth.
Remember that you don't need to work here,
You know,
You don't need to do things,
You just say and then you move back and observe,
And that it works.
Okay,
Next step we can use is working specifically with the mind energy in the brain.
That place where the thoughts are created.
So as infinity,
Observe the center of your brain,
Let's say,
But it's not only the physical in the head,
Because the brain radiates light energy.
So go as if you are inside with your awareness in a center of a pond,
Yeah,
Where a storm was dropped,
And it start to radiate waves outside.
When you bring your awareness to that center,
You might find a strong vibration,
Be with it,
Then it will come down.
Be with it as the whole creation.
Okay,
Now,
Keeping this image of the brain or the mind as a radiating or a place where waves are generated,
You're moving a bit further from the center of the brain,
And you're looking again for vibration that doesn't feel right,
Too strong,
Too strong.
Too agitated,
And be with them.
Then expand as if your mind radiates to the whole creation,
But in that radiation it might have layers of tension,
Maybe close to the physical head,
Or maybe billions light waves outside,
Doesn't matter.
You check it because your mind or your awareness is the whole creation,
So there's no problem for you to check anything you want,
Any distance you want.
Check it,
Once you recognize tension,
Be with it.
Okay,
And just to reinforce wisdom or truth,
Make sure that you are very clear that you are actually who you really are,
Is the whole creation.
That expression as a human form or human being is an expression of the whole creation through what you called you,
Me,
But you are everything.
That's why all the work we do,
We do as everything and not as something.
Everything works with the something.
Good,
Now we continue to harmonize a few chakras,
But again as everything.
Let's start with the heart chakra.
I'm inviting my heart chakra to assume the dimension of the whole creation.
So you are creation,
You're calling the heart chakra to harmonize with you as creation.
But that you that is creation is not the same you as the ego you,
That you say I am me.
That you is actually no one because it's everything.
Invite the heart chakra to synchronize with the truth which is you.
Now invite the second chakra to synchronize with all there is which is you.
Keep the mind infinite.
Boundless mind.
And the third chakra,
Obviously when you do it on your own you can do all the chakras,
It's beautiful.
The third chakra we go is the third eye.
I'm inviting the third eye to synchronize with the whole creation which is me.
I am all there is.
Okay,
So as infinity scan or be connected to your human being,
But don't collapse into it.
And check if there's anything else needed to release,
To open.
You might still feel some emotion,
You might feel some tension,
Physical tension,
Or energy tension.
But please don't fall from grace.
Stay infinite because that's the truth.
Do everything as infinity.
And please don't use your mind energy to understand things right now.
Just use your mind energy to acknowledge infinity and to invite every part of your being to join that.
I am that,
That I am.
Now we drop the mind completely.
We don't use it anymore for anything.
Okay,
Awareness or your true self has nothing to do with the mind.
Yeah,
It's always boundless,
Always.
So we use the mind to help us as a human synchronize with us as infinity.
But once you drop the mind,
Then only what stays when the mind completely softens,
Stays only easiness,
Being.
And don't be afraid to drop the mind.
Actually,
It's the best thing you can offer to yourself.
For that,
If you want to approach it more energetically,
Just relax your third eye,
Your forehead,
Your eyes,
Your face,
Then the mind will not bother you.
I'm inviting the energy of the mind to completely dissolve into infinity,
Into the infinite consciousness,
Which I am and all is.
I'm inviting the mind to completely dissolve into the infinite consciousness,
Which am I and all is.
After you say it,
If you need to say it,
No more movement.
So,
Obviously,
This state is so blissful that normally we don't want to get out of it because it's the best.
But we have to do our things during the day,
During our life.
So,
Obviously,
The trick is how can I maintain one leg in infinity and one leg in life as a human.
So,
First of all,
As deeper as the experience,
Let's say,
Now or today or when you meditate,
This experience will follow you through the day.
So,
It's very important to reset,
Very,
Very deep reset.
This is number one.
Number two is to keep the mind in gratitude.
This will remind the mind that actually it's not the boss,
Yeah,
Actually its real place is dissolved in infinity.
So,
You keep it in gratitude.
Number three is to try to be as aware as possible on anything you do during the day.
