Hi and welcome my friend,
Let's meditate to shift a negative mind.
So just find a comfortable position and just know that by choosing to shift a negative mind 50% of the job is already done because you become aware that your mind functioning in a way that is not good for you and you decided to do something about it.
So already big congratulation for that step and now let's take it deeper.
We are not here to resolve why your mind is anxious or is busy or is conflicted.
We are here to relax the mind,
To calm the mind.
Then later whatever you need to deal with will be easier for you.
So we're finding a comfortable position and we start by observing how the breath moves in and out and it's normal that your mind because it's very busy and conflicted it will try to pull you back into dealing with the situation.
So just gently tell it later.
Now we're calming down.
Okay and we're inhaling deep and we're exhaling and softening and relaxing and letting go.
Again inhaling deep and exhaling and softening and letting go.
Now your mind by nature is trying to help you by trying to resolve the reason why you're not feeling good but now the all focus is not to resolve the reason but to just harmonize the mind so it'll calm down.
For that let's use an image of a beautiful channel of light that extends from the head or crown chakra to infinity.
A beautiful channel of light and through this channel we're going to start to breathe inviting beautiful light,
Beautiful energy,
Beautiful connection with the source into our body.
So inhale with that image drawing the light into your system,
Drawing the light into your body.
When we're exhaling visualize that you're pushing the light with all the negativity out of your body down through your feet into the earth.
Inhaling from that infinite channel of light into your body exhaling and releasing tension.
All the negativity flows back and down to the earth.
And to support the mind that maybe still runs into thinking let's use gratitude.
Let's use gratitude.
I'm inhaling and I'm saying thank you.
I'm exhaling and I'm saying thank you.
And it doesn't matter what we think and it doesn't matter what we are thankful about.
Just saying thank you has an immense power to calm the mind and to harmonize the heart.
Inhale with gratitude and thanks.
Exhale with gratitude and thanks.
And then we're introducing humbleness.
Again it will help the mind realize that life is much bigger,
That existence is much bigger than its own like small mind that is just dealing with itself all the time.
So when we inhale with gratitude giving thanks we're also acknowledging the immensity of the creation.
We say thank you and we are aware of the immensity and the love that flows from life from everywhere into a system.
Inhale with gratitude and humbleness.
Exhaling with gratitude and humbleness.
And the last thing we're going to introduce is the breath of the sun.
So let's change the image now and visualize that we are a sun in the center of the creation so immensely big and powerful.
And when we inhale we're pulling the light into the body to soften,
To harmonize,
To melt any form of tension.
And when we exhale we're radiating so much light to illuminate the whole creation.
