Anxiety and tension are always due to separation.
This meditation will guide you how to open up,
To acknowledge the infinite space which you are,
And then all the tension accumulates within you will have so much space to soften and relax.
Let's connect.
Pay attention inwards,
See what's going on.
Observe the breath,
How it moves in and out.
Observing the mind.
Is it agitated or soft?
Observing the physical body.
Let's start paying attention specifically to the breath.
Just observe how it's moving in and out,
And how deep it moves inside the body.
Don't try to push it or anything,
Just observe.
And as you're being aware of the breath,
Try to widen your awareness to the whole body.
So although you might find that the breath is a bit limited,
It's a bit short,
But your awareness is including the whole body.
And gently as you're holding the awareness in the whole body,
The breath will slowly move deeper and deeper.
Just keep your awareness in the whole body,
Observing how the breath is reacting to that.
Energy follows awareness.
Energy follows image.
So if you're visualizing the whole body,
While the breathing is short,
Because the focus is on the whole body,
The breath will start to harmonize with no effort.
Then let's expand the awareness to our aura,
The energy field.
And here there is more space for the breath to express.
So what we need to do is only keep the awareness of the wider field.
Just observe how the breath is gradually expanding and expanding,
Because it has more space to do so.
And now let's widen our awareness to infinity.
And again in that infinite space,
Observe how the breath is interacting with the awareness of infinity.
Next step,
Let's stop becoming aware of the breathing specifically.
But stay aware of the infinite space that your mind is acknowledging now.
And start to become aware that this space is extremely alive,
Vibrant,
Tingling.
You might see infinite pixels like dots.
You might hear that it's alive,
Or only know it's alive.
If you're acknowledging now the life in the whole creation,
And without losing that perspective of being,
Connect now to the image of a waterfall,
A waterfall of light that's streaming down from heaven and gently caressing your front,
Your sides and your back.
And allow yourself to enjoy that image and to enjoy the sensation it brings.
Okay,
So on one hand,
You have the sense of infinite being,
Boundless,
Boundless in the whole creation.
And together with that,
The image of the waterfall of golden light flowing down,
Caressing and relaxing your mind.
Your emotions.
Your physical body.
And your energy body.
Is to invite the heart chakra,
The energy center in the center of your chest,
To open up.
And to unite with infinity.
Now here it's very,
Very important that you will acknowledge that you are not only this person.
In fact,
You are the whole creation and a person.
So there's no need to push the energy of the heart chakra from inside out.
What we're doing is we're just inviting the heart chakra to synchronize with the whole creation.
You are all there is.
And you're just calling beats and parts to synchronize with who you are already.
And that's for your human existence to feel better.
I'm inviting my heart chakra to open up and synchronize with the whole creation.
Please don't do too many things.
Just acknowledge that you are infinity calling your heart chakra to come home and then relax.
It'll do it on its own.
It's like you're releasing a spring that was pushed and pressed and immediately it's coming back to its natural dimension.
All your organism,
All your human existence is yearning to synchronize with source.
Each cell,
Each molecule,
Organ.
So once you give it the permission,
It'll happily do it.
Next we're inviting the second chakra below the navel called also the sacral chakra to synchronize.
Remember that you are the whole creation.
I'm calling my sacral chakra or second chakra to synchronize with me as all there is.
Now that me-ness is not the ego you.
It's the everything you.
In fact there is no need to give it an identity because it has no identity.
Next is the whole creation.
We're calling our nervous system to synchronize with the whole creation.
And we're recognizing the nervous system as nervousness.
A sense of maybe slight anxiety,
Agitation,
Discomfort.
That is general,
It's not in one place.
But generally we can recognize it in the system.
All that invitation is done in the infinite space of being.
Don't collapse into the little person.
Be the truth of who you are.
To recognize this nervousness we can look for layers or a layer that feels in the whole body as a layer of tension.
It can be inside the physical body or outside in the aura,
In the energy body.
It doesn't matter.
Once you're recognizing that layer make sure that you are,
As the whole creation,
Inviting that layer to soften.
You know that layer because once you're connecting to it your breathing becomes short,
You feel more tense,
More agitated.
After you harmonize one layer expand further out and probably you'll find more layers of tension like rings around a circle.
Now there is a possibility that you,
As the whole creation,
Is tension.
There is a possibility.
Check that as well.
And it's not only one or two layers.
In fact,
It's your whole existence holds tension in the whole creation.
If that's the case just be with it because your awareness is free.
Your awareness doesn't have any tension.
So no matter where and how the tension manifests even if it's in the whole creation once you're aware of it,
It will dissolve.
This tension in the whole creation is not only yours.
It's the tension that is a result of separation of life from its source.
It doesn't matter if it's an angel,
A fairy,
A human.
Once a creative phenomena separates from source it creates immediately blockage.
Your awareness is source.
And that's the magic of being a human being.
That in you the whole creation exists.
As you're holding the awareness as the whole creation and you're holding the awareness of tension you're supporting the most sacred movement from the beginning of time when creation become aware of itself and harmonizing itself.
So now when we're sharing this sacred space of being it's a time to invite others friends,
Family animals,
Plants the earth itself humanity,
Whoever you feel like invite them to that space that we're sharing because if you're acknowledging this infinite space if you are that infinite space everything that enter to that space will vibrate the same.
So let's invite those that we want into that space so they can harmonize and relax and synchronize with source.
That space that we're sharing is extremely powerful because we are connecting we're connecting to each other as a group we're acknowledging this space and like this we're supporting each other because the power that generates here between us right now and it doesn't matter if you do it now live or if you're listening to a recording is extremely powerful and that's because we're all sharing and doing the work we can say of being.
Now when we move out of the meditation into our day and it's not so easy to keep that space but first we have to know that once we touch this space it's like something very deep changes in our system like our tissues our whole being recognize its source so we don't have to worry even if we kind of pulled out and again we are involved in the ego identity but something changed right now but we can help on the go and we can help by becoming more aware of everything we do during the day as much as possible by making sure that we interacting with high energies as much as possible during the day if it's food if it's social media if it's people we meet what we drink as much as possible so it will be a high vibration that will not pull our organism and then just keep practicing and nobody will stand in your way Blessing to everybody Thank you so much for being here and creating this magical space Blessings
