It's the point of shifting those sensations and life shines again and you feel again ready to go.
So please make yourself comfortable and let's start this beautiful journey.
First of all pay attention inwards and just check how you're doing right now.
Check your emotions,
What you're feeling and where you're feeling it.
Check your mind,
How fast it's moving,
How busy it is.
And not only that,
Try to pay attention which part of your head is affected by the busyness,
Is affected by the busyness of your thoughts.
And let's start to relax our system by softening the forehead and the eyes,
Softening your face,
Your jaw,
Your tongue.
Allow your shoulder to relax,
Your mind to become heavier,
Directing its excess energy downwards like a beautiful blue stream that flows,
Taking the excess from the top all the way to the lower part of your body.
And then let's pay attention to the breath.
Without changing it,
Just observe how it moves in and out.
And first of all let's introduce gratitude.
Even if your mind says,
What shall I be grateful?
Even if your mind says,
What shall I be grateful about?
Look at my life,
Please let's go beyond that.
And you'll see that when you're expressing gratitude,
Your mind will relax.
Be grateful when you inhale in,
Be grateful when you exhale out.
Just say thank you,
That's all.
It'll shift your mind and will open your heart.
Inhale saying thank you in your mind,
Exhaling with gratitude,
Thank you.
And you're saying thank you not because of what's happening and what is difficult in your life,
It's because you're choosing to be positive,
So your life will manifest in a beautiful way.
You're choosing to take responsibility,
To be the king or the queen of your life.
And by introducing positive affirmation and gratitude,
Your mind softens,
Your heart relaxes,
And you start to feel better.
Inhaling thank you,
Exhaling thank you.
And then let's be grateful for more specific things,
The fact that you are lying in a bed,
That you're warm,
That you're breathing air,
Air that is nourishing you.
And again,
Let's pay attention to the emotions,
And let's focus on the heart center to soften any negative emotion.
Inhaling to the center of your chest,
Into the area that might feel heavy and uncomfortable emotionally,
And then exhale and visualize that the tension is gone.
The tension expands and relaxes outwards.
Every time you exhale,
Your heart space feels wider and softer.
And let's do the same to your solar plexus,
The energy center,
Just below your chest,
The upper part of your abdomen.
This area,
As well,
Normally holds a lot of tension.
So,
Inhale to that area,
And again,
When you're exhaling,
Allow the tension to soften and relax.
And then let's shift our awareness to our energy field,
And when you exhale,
Visualize that your energy field becomes luminous,
Radiate,
Glowing.
So,
Every time you exhale,
You become wider and wider,
Brighter and brighter,
Inviting all the tension which is inside your body to expand to infinity.
Feel that you're creating more and more and more space,
That your body is not so tense anymore,
Not so heavy.
It's wider,
It's brighter,
It's radiant.
And remember that this transition from tension into expansion can be done as well during the day.
