
Reaffirming Freedom

In this meditation session titled Reaffirming Freedom, we connect with the spirit of liberation and unity inspired by the essence of Passover. It's not only a remembrance of freedom from external chains, but also a call to free ourselves from the inner limitations of separation, fear, and illusion. We recognize the subtle layers of identity we’ve taken as truth, and gently step into the spaciousness of our infinite being, whole, present, and inseparable from life itself. Let this be a moment of personal rebirth. A moment to leave behind the illusion of duality and reaffirm our natural state of oneness. True freedom isn't something we reach—it's what we are when we no longer identify with division. As we sit in stillness, we open to the reality that all is one, and we are already part of the movement of creation.

Okay,
Great,
Let's start.
So again,
Welcome everybody.
And this meditation is in the spirit of Passover,
Which is the holiday of liberation,
Of freedom,
Of moving from being a slave to being a free person.
So,
Obviously,
It's way beyond religion and traditions.
It's something that is available for all of us any moment we want to move from slavery.
And in this case,
One of the strongest slaveries is the slavery of the mind.
Slavery to the mind,
Not of the mind.
And freedom is when we are,
Again,
Not identifying with the mind and we're seeing the mind for what it is.
So this is the main meaning,
At least for me,
Of this holiday.
And like any holiday,
It doesn't matter from which tradition or religion,
It always brings some universal messages that is useful for all of us to take on board.
So it's an opportunity.
And I believe that most holidays and festivals,
They're really anchored in deep traditions of many,
Many,
Many,
Many years,
Of many generations that relates to the cycles on this planet way beyond,
Again,
Religions and beliefs.
It's just people or human beings on this planet feeling that it's important to record and to make sure that we are connecting to the cycles that relates to the Earth and relates to the creation and relates to the planets.
And it's always very useful for us to be part of it and to use those energies,
Those portals that opening for us for transformation and growth.
So let's go for it,
You know,
Because it's,
For example,
The Jewish holiday,
Either the full moon or the beginning of the moon.
So there are always strong points to connect and to do spiritual work.
Okay.
So let's start by recognizing,
First of all,
What's going on within us right now.
The amount of discomfort maybe you feel that relates in a way to slavery without being too judgmental about ourself or not being judgmental at all,
Actually.
But just acknowledging that because we give too much importance to what the mind says and how the emotions move as a result,
We don't feel well many times.
So let's just see what's the state of that right now.
How much tension in our system.
And please,
No guilt,
No self-judgment,
Just observing.
We're all human beings and we all have a mind,
An ego.
It's very common for all of us.
So we're just looking what's going on.
And then let's make sure that we're also aware of awareness.
As we say,
We are looking at.
Okay,
So we are creating distance from the object we're looking at.
So we can look at thinking,
We can look at emotion,
We can look at physical sensation,
At sensory impulse coming from outside,
Look at objects,
Anything.
When we look at,
It means that we are aware of.
And here comes the seed of freedom.
It's exactly in that distance between the awareness and the object and the gap as much as it's identified and as much as it's wider,
The chances that we fall into slavery lessens.
So let's make sure that the gap is very big.
For that,
We have to observe what's happening within us,
But make sure that we are aware,
That we are the awareness observing the objects.
No matter how the object is strong and pulling,
Still we are aware of it.
And that ability to be aware,
Let's just clarify for ourselves,
Where is it?
From where are we aware?
From where?
Where is that area that from that area or in that area there is awareness?
You can try for a minute.
Become aware,
For example,
Of your heart chakra.
Here,
The center of the chest.
And pay attention how you become aware of your heart chakra.
How?
What do you do for that?
Which part of you is activated to be aware,
To see what's going on there,
To see what's going on there?
Then let's shift awareness to something completely different,
Like the breathing.
Again,
What allows you to be aware of the breath,
The movement or anything related to the breathing process?
Pay attention,
Make it very,
Very clear for you,
That thing called awareness,
Completely clear.
It's no wonder that it relates to the third eye,
Because like we're seeing with our eyes,
We're also seeing from the third eye area.
So the third eye,
Let's say the front of the brain,
Is what allows us to be aware.
Okay,
So now when it's very clear for us how we're using awareness or where is it,
Now let's use it,
First of all,
To become aware of the breath,
How it moves in and goes out.
And remember,
You are not the breath.
You are not the emotions.
You are not your mind.
You are the space,
The awareness in which all that takes place.
Now,
Awareness itself depends completely on identity.
In fact,
By default as a human being,
We take for granted and we're limiting our awareness to the physical form.
So when you try to be aware of the breathing process,
Normally we start to become aware by looking or being aware of the breath in the body.
And this must change,
Because awareness doesn't have to be limited to the physical form at all.
In fact,
Awareness is infinite.
So let's apply this and become aware of the breathing process,
But widen our awareness way,
Way,
Way,
Way,
Way up above the head to infinity,
As if our crown chakra stretches to infinity,
Creates a cone-shape opening through which when we inhale,
We draw the life force,
The air into the body,
And when we exhale,
We exit it back.
So now our awareness is stretched much wider than before,
Above the head,
Including the body.
See immediately how the quality of your breathing and existence changes when you widen awareness.
Good.
Now let's widen awareness even more,
And let's visualize or imagine that our awareness is infinite.
It's the size of the whole creation.
And when we inhale,
We inhale through the whole body,
As if we're pulling the life force into the body from everywhere,
Like a sun that breathes into itself.
And when we exhale,
We're shining this light back out into the whole creation.
And as you're pulling the life force from the whole creation into your body,
Acknowledge that it's full of vital essence.
It heals you.
It gives you power.
It nourishes each and every part of your human being.
And when you're exhaling,
You're visualizing that you become the source of light to the whole creation,
And the whole creation starts to be immensely bright and radiant.
Okay.
So now let's let go of the breathing awareness or the breath awareness.
But don't let go of that connection with the whole creation,
That your awareness occupies the whole creation,
Including your body.
So you're recognizing that actually you are in a sea of life,
Of life force.
And to make it more powerful,
More clear,
Try to recognize that your body is vibrating,
In your hands,
In your fingers,
In your arms,
And gradually the whole body vibrates.
And this vibration starts to move out and out and out,
Transforms into the whole creation.
So the feeling is that the whole creation vibrates and this is your body.
You are the whole creation,
An ocean of vibration.
So we're achieving the liberation,
The freedom,
By moving from a tight identity,
I am this body,
I am this person,
Only,
To infinite identity.
I am all there is or all there is am I.
And as we're keeping an infinite attitude,
Infinite vibration,
Let's pay attention again to the body without collapsing and identifying only with the body and shrinking all your life force into a small,
Tiny existence.
It's like the sun will shrink into a candle,
Doesn't make sense.
So you are infinity itself,
Don't shrink by identifying only as a person,
That's what makes us suffer so much.
Stay infinite,
But include in your awareness as infinity your human existence.
Don't exclude your human existence from creation,
Because this is wrong,
It's not like this,
You are everything.
And while keeping this attitude of infinity,
As infinity,
Pay attention to your human beingness and see if there's any areas that actually are still low on vibration.
Again,
This is not judgmental at all,
It just could be a fact,
Maybe you feel some physical discomfort in your body,
That's normally low vibration.
So you're inviting this part of low vibration,
Let's say physical discomfort,
To be synchronized,
To be healed by the infinite space which you are.
You're calling it to harmonize,
To raise vibration and synchronize vibration with all there is.
Then be even more subtle,
And just check your muscle system and your connective tissue,
Because without paying attention,
You may find that you hold quite a lot of tension,
Maybe in your thighs,
In your forearms or upper arms,
In your facial muscles.
Just pay attention to your physical body without collapsing into the old identity as a human being.
Stay infinite,
Recognize tension,
Just invite that area of tension to synchronize with the infinite being which you are.
So call tension to liberation,
Don't pull tension out,
Because you're not in,
You're everything.
And you know that you're doing well because as your system,
Your human being system,
Synchronizes more and more with infinity,
You feel better emotionally,
Your mind slows down,
And gradually you stop feeling your physical form so clearly.
You have a very clear sensation of oneness with all there is.
Remember,
As much as you are infinite,
The effect is stronger.
As infinity,
You're calling tension to liberation.
Now we're moving a higher vibration,
Or higher altitude,
And we want to drop any identity.
You know,
I'm not even infinity.
Infinity is as well an identity.
I'm all there is,
Is identity.
Meaning,
Identity means that the mind takes position.
When the mind takes position,
Always there is something else.
There is duality,
Even if the position of the mind is infinity.
So we want to go to the highest vibration,
For that we have to drop any positioning.
So we drop the mind.
And what's amazing is that the sense of being stays perfectly the same.
It does not depend on the mind.
So now we don't look for anything,
We don't do anything.
It's just being.
We are not a human,
Or infinity,
Or this or that.
No need to say anything.
Just am-ness.
Peace.
Be courageous not to be.
And you see that you are.
OK.
Now it's a great time to support each other,
Because not always all of us are in the same state.
Sometimes life is stressful,
We had a difficult day,
Whatever.
So let's make sure that we can give a hand and heart to each other.
Let's visualize for that that we're forming a circle.
It's very important that each one of us is visualizing that you become part of a circle.
And you see immediately as a circle forms that something changes in your experience.
OK.
Each one,
Please,
Visualize you taking a place in a circle.
Once you're placing yourself in the circle,
You visualize with your mind that the circle closes,
Made from all of us present here.
And then after you're acknowledging the circle clear,
Then you visualize your heart opens up and unites through the heart chakra all of us together.
Again,
Feel how that image affects everybody.
And then,
In this circle,
We are here to support each other,
To help each other harmonize,
Synchronize and raise vibration.
For that,
When we inhale,
We can receive the power from each other and feel that we are nourished and loved and supported.
When we exhale,
We give the same qualities to the rest of the group.
And it doesn't matter if you're listening to this meditation and not live.
This is now.
And now is beyond time,
So it doesn't matter when you're hearing this meditation.
Now,
If you feel especially low today and now,
Please,
You can place yourself in the center of the circle so you can feel even more intensity of the power of love and light coming your way.
We can also invite other people that we know they are suffering,
They are finding the current moment difficult.
Invite them to this circle,
To the center,
So they can heal.
Wonderful.
To maintain this state of unity,
It requires a complete commitment.
Complete commitment.
Meaning that we try to educate or to create habits of the mind to be present as much as possible to whatever we do.
We're introducing gratitude and humbleness into our life.
And we're introducing,
If possible,
At least one time daily meditation to help us harmonize and synchronize.
This work we're doing is extremely beneficial for each one of us personally.
But when we raise vibration so much,
It's affecting very,
Very powerfully the consciousness of humanity and helps everybody feel better.
So,
In a way,
It's a joy and a duty to do this work.
