Okay,

Beautiful.

So,

Again,

Big welcome to everybody and we're so blessed,

Yeah,

Extremely blessed to be here together.

You know,

They say that the human aim or only reason to be here on planet Earth is to unite to his source,

To realize the truth.

And that's what we're doing.

And it looks like it's working good.

And it looks to me that it's become more and more and more accessible,

You know,

It's not something way out there somewhere.

It's become very,

Very tangible,

You know.

It's not like some kind of mysterious idea of that the Buddha is somewhere there or Jesus managed to connect.

It is possible for us,

For you,

For everybody.

Yeah.

And as much as we grasping it and really being that,

I believe that's the only deep transformation on planet Earth.

Okay.

So,

We're very,

Very lucky to be here together and very blessed.

Okay.

So,

Always the only way to do it,

Or the only space to do it is presence,

No other way,

Because that's where reality takes place,

Not in the future,

Not in the past.

Even the mind,

When it thinks about the future and the past,

It's in the present moment.

That's always like this.

So,

That's our point of access always,

The present moment.

So,

Let's connect inwards.

Yeah.

We always traditionally close the eyes and we have like a ceremony,

Which is good.

It's important.

So,

The mind knows what it's about to do.

Yeah.

And then we bringing awareness inwards.

But I just wanted to say that when you walk,

When you sit,

When you do your daily chores or whatever you do,

You don't close your eyes.

So,

Awareness,

The presence,

It's not related to closing the eyes.

Of course not.

Yeah.

It's related to bringing the mind to the present moment,

To whatever you do.

But it's more than bringing the mind to whatever you do.

It's synchronizing the mind with the present moment.

This is really the point.

Synchronizing the mind with the present moment.

It's synchronization.

Because the present moment is a quality.

It's a vibration.

It's not an idea.

Okay.

And when we're synchronizing with that vibration,

Then we are cool.

Then we know the truth immediately.

We are the truth.

Yeah.

So,

It's not a theoretical idea.

It's a harmonization or synchronization,

Really.

Okay.

Because as long as we're bringing the mind and the mind as a separate entity is connecting to external object and say,

I'm present with this object,

It's not it really.

It sounds good,

But it's not it.

It's only when the mind synchronize vibration with the vibration of presence,

With the field,

Then it's cool.

Then you know you're at home.

Only like this.

For that,

We need to recognize the vibration of presence and the vibration of the mind.

Yeah.

So,

We can harmonize.

Let's focus on that.

Okay.

So,

Let's first ask ourselves,

What is my current vibration?

And what does it mean?

It means how I'm feeling,

How I'm doing.

Do I feel relaxed?

Do I feel nervous?

This is the vibration.

Do I feel calm?

How is my body?

How is my mind?

Yeah.

So,

This is the vibration.

So,

Check inside.

And here is already the magic is in this very moment,

Because the one who checked is the awareness,

Who's checking the awareness.

The awareness that checks the quality of vibration or the quality of how you're doing is presence,

Is infinity.

And what infinity presence finds when it checks what's happening within you,

Whatever is it doesn't feel right,

It's exactly what needs to be synchronized.

Okay.

So,

In you already,

You have the infinite vibration of presence as awareness,

And you have parts that are out of order.

When the awareness holds those two parts together,

Then they start to synchronize.

It's so straightforward.

So,

Paying attention,

For example,

To the breath,

How it moves in the body.

But all the time,

When you pay attention as awareness,

As the infinite awareness,

Not as the ego identity person,

Meaning that your mind is infinite,

Yeah,

You're acknowledging its infinity.

Yeah,

It's not in the size of the person.

It's a size of our creation.

And as the whole creation,

It checks or connects to the breath.

Now,

Really,

It doesn't matter what it finds,

You know.

It's not about it must find peace or it must find some imbalance.

Whatever it observes is perfect,

Is part of it.

So,

That infinite awareness,

When it's connected to the breath,

The breath must relax.

It has no choice.

It will do it.

Any object that you're shining,

The infinite awareness will harmonize,

Because the minute you're aware from that perfect vibration of being,

Which your mind is already in,

Or your awareness is already in,

With something that is vibrating in this harmony,

It will call it to harmonize,

Always like this.

Okay,

So your vibration,

The breath,

The body are slowly dissolving in the field of infinite awareness.

And let's forget for a minute,

Or let's let go for a minute,

In a way of that obsessive tendency we have with ourself.

Forget it completely,

You know.

We're not interested to harmonize,

To synchronize.

Let's leave it to the side for a minute.

And only focus your awareness on its infinity.

Yeah,

Like you're taking a break from all this dealing with your human existence.

Let it be on its own for a minute.

And just allow yourself to soften,

To relax,

To take a break,

Resting at home.

Even if in your human existence in the moment,

Not everything is perfect,

Physically,

Emotionally,

Or in a life situation.

Just leave it to the side for a minute.

And just allow yourself to enjoy the truth,

Which is home,

Which is the pure vibration which you are,

As part of the whole creation.

Okay,

So what's taking place is that awareness that is attached to your mind,

And it's infinite in the same time,

It's just a resting resource,

A source.

Even if what's attached to it,

Maybe it's trembling,

Maybe it's sad,

Maybe it's not comfortable.

But we have to train not always to condition how the human being feels to the truth.

You know,

Allow yourself to feel a bit off,

Or a lot off,

Without losing the truth,

Without losing infinity,

Without losing that connection between mind and pure consciousness.

And normally the side effect of that attitude is that our system starts to harmonize without us doing anything,

Just by resting in Source,

As Source.

Each part,

Tiny or big,

Of your human existence,

It can be an atom,

Or particle of an atom,

It can be an organ,

Tissue,

Cell,

Or part of a cell,

Is craving it functions the best in the environment of unity.

So when you're resting at that infinite space of being,

You're creating the best environment for your system to calm down.

Okay,

So now we can invite consciously different parts of our system that maybe they are still off in vibration in relationship to the whole creation,

Or to Presence.

Okay,

So let's invite the nervous system,

Which is the part within us that manifests imbalance very,

Very closely.

So if you feel a level of nervousness in your system,

Just call it to synchronize,

Call it to harmonize with this pure consciousness,

Which you are and everything is.

Always do it as infinity,

Not as the person.

Okay,

So you're feeling that who you truly are is that ocean of infinite vibration.

And you're calling parts that are not in the right vibration to synchronize.

You are the consciousness of the whole creation.

And you're calling beats and pieces of you to harmonize.

And as your nervous system relaxes more and more,

You might recognize some focal points of tension that you can invite specifically.

Maybe the solar plexus,

For example,

Tends to hold a lot of tension.

Call it to calm down,

To synchronize.

And remember,

The key all the time is the sense of,

You can say,

Oneness.

That you're,

Let's say,

Identity.

It's not identity,

But sense of existence is infinite.

Not I am me,

You are here.

Balancing the energy in me and around me.

This is gone,

This is old.

We move from that place.

It's not like this at all.

I'm all there is,

Harmonizing parts of that all there is-ness.

Right now it has a name.

After this form is gone,

Will not have a name.

But that consciousness which you are is forever.

Okay.

And then let's focus on the heart chakra,

The center of the chest.

And the same,

Invite the heart chakra to synchronize.

Okay.

So as the infinite consciousness which you are,

It's a beautiful opportunity now to invite other people that might,

That you know that might need or may need at this moment,

The same movement of synchronization that you are going through.

Remember that you are the whole creation.

Like you're synchronizing what you call you,

You can synchronize anyone.

Because you are,

Let's say,

God consciousness,

If we give it a name.

You're not a personal consciousness.

So just invite to that space which you are vibrating as,

Anyone that you know that could use some support at this moment.

Just hold them in that infinite space which you are,

Like you're connected to your nervous system,

Your heart chakra.

Invite those to be part of that vibration.

Beautiful.

So then always comes the question,

How do I keep it?

Okay,

Now we see it,

We don't move.

Yeah,

And it's all perfect.

But what happens when I start to go,

To move,

To do my things?

So,

A tool that helps amazingly is that awareness of vibration,

Okay?

As much as that awareness of vibration in the body and outside the body is intact,

Then you're safe,

Then your mind is in the present moment completely.

Remember,

It's not you,

The ego that is present,

It's the vibration in you synchronizing with the vibration outside.

That's how it works.

Yeah,

So as much as you keep the vibration intact,

You're good.

And not only that,

Everything you see,

Everything you connect to,

Will feel completely alive.

Okay,

It's very magical to be in this level of vibration.

So,
