In this meditation, we’ll come together in a space where love, light, and unity are fully present. When we gather with this awareness, something powerful happens—our energy uplifts, our nervous system settles, and healing begins. This shared field of presence allows each of us to be nourished by the light of the whole. As we breathe and soften into stillness, we recognize that we're not alone—we are supported, seen, and strengthened by the simple act of being together in truth. By tuning into this shared vibration, we activate our capacity to heal, harmonize, and return to our natural state of balance. This isn’t about effort—it’s about allowing the space to hold us. Together, we raise the frequency not only for ourselves, but for everyone in this unified field. Let’s remember the strength of connection, and how our presence is a gift to all.

And let's start by acknowledging the presence of each other,

Visualizing that we are in like a hot tub or like a space of water,

Of warm water,

That actually it's not water,

It's our being.

And we're sharing this space of being,

But it's a living space,

It's a warm space,

It's vibrant,

Cozy.

And we're acknowledging that together with me in this space,

And this space is powerful,

It's rich,

It's cozy.

And this space we're harmonizing,

Because the space is in harmony completely.

And we're synchronizing with that harmony.

But because we're acknowledging that we are together in this space,

So the minute I feel better,

Those vibrations go to my friend.

Each one of us that holds in its mind and its awareness another person and holds the space in the same time,

Offering the highest healing one can offer.

And let's add to this space love,

Like a spice,

A spice of love to the infinite space,

Meaning that together with the mind acknowledging the unity in the space,

We're inviting the heart to acknowledge the unity in this space through love.

And as we're being,

As we inhale and exhale,

As we're feeling our body,

We're bathing in that energy,

That the ailments get stronger.

And we allow that quality of love,

Of peace that we are sharing to penetrate to area within me that might feel a discomfort,

Emotional discomfort,

Mental discomfort,

Physical discomfort.

And the key here is to open up the mind and to be spacious,

To acknowledge the space and to acknowledge the presence of each other,

Allowing ourself to receive the love as we are giving just by being in love,

In a space of love,

In a space of light,

In a space of warmth and nourishment and healing.

It's all arrangements or programming of the mind.

It's the reality that we invite the mind to connect to.

Your nervous system and your organism in any way is responsible for perceiving anything including the sun in the way it shows to you,

The air in a way it feels to you,

Everything that you are experiencing comes from your organism.

Therefore when you program your organism in a way that suits you,

The reality changes.

So the program we're offering to our organism is infinity.

The program we're offering to our organism is love,

I am in love,

Unity,

I am part of all there is,

Healing,

I'm receiving wellness,

Health,

Balance from my brothers and my sisters and this space we're sharing from the space itself and this heals each and every imbalance within me and as my vibration rises from the bounty I'm receiving,

I'm contributing a higher vibration to the space I'm sharing and like this we grow together.

Let's keep our awareness that feels like the mind,

It feels like our mind,

Constantly synchronizing between tension within us and the no tension at all around us,

Synchronizing with the space we're sharing with each other,

The space of love,

Aligning our cells,

Our tissues,

Our organs,

All aspect of our being to synchronize and vibrates in love,

In warmth,

In light.

Make sure that your mind can recognize areas of tension,

Can be subtle tension,

Vibration that doesn't feel right and offer that vibration to that magical space we're sharing.

Let it synchronize and undo your being,

Your body,

Your emotions,

Your mind,

The life force flowing within you is craving unity,

Is craving synchronization with all there is,

And you have the ability to allow that to happen right now,

Simply using awareness to synchronize,

That's all.

Your awareness includes the tension and includes the no tension and then you just offer,

Offering it to synchronize and harmonize.

Let's expand our awareness to acknowledge that the space we're sharing is not small between those of us who are sharing this space of meditation,

It's the whole creation.

The space,

The small space we can call between us and the infinite space of the whole creation actually has no dimension,

Space is space,

Only the mind makes it small or big.

So let's go grand,

Let's go big,

Infinite,

And make infinity as our home and in that home we're sharing the love.

In that home we can harmonize and relax,

That's what you do at home.

In this home we can let go of all worries,

I'm here to rest.

Make sure that each and every tiny cell,

Molecule,

Tissue of your being is synchronizing.

So all tension loses its tension since it's synchronizing into the light,

Into love.

And now let's make sure that we're shifting in a way our position of viewing the reality instead of me inside the body balancing with the infinite space.

Let's shift completely and say that I am the infinite space and I'm inviting what I call me to synchronize with me as infinity.

So my defaulted identity is all there is.

Since the all there is state including the person I called me for now,

Then that automatically will lose tension and synchronize.

But for that you lose the small person new identity and you're shifting into infinity,

Am I,

All there is.

When you keep this infinite state of being no tension can live there,

All will dissolve,

Just be patient and invite all tension to synchronize and dissolve in the infinite space which you are and all is.

This state of infinity is actually we can say the truth or our natural state.

But there we fell from grace for many many eons and we learn to identify ourself as a little person separated from infinity which is completely completely wrong,

Completely.

You are the whole creation in a human form.

We're experiencing it now as a human form.

When you leave this body you're going to experience it in a different form.

You're always infinity and that's what we're all here to grasp,

Only that.

And as this meditation gonna finish teach your mind to stay in this connection as you go through your day.

Meaning if you think about for example bicycle and how the center is connected through these spikes to the wheel that's your connection with creation.

So you move through the day being aware of infinity through your body,

Through your being.

Feel it now and just arrange in your mind how can I take this feeling with me as I move from the meditation.

It takes a lot a lot of commitment and awareness,

A lot.

But it's possible.

When we say infinity am I,

It's just a step until the mind drop all identities naturally.

It just become easiness with no identity and zero definition.

It just is or being.

That's why the Buddha was so loving to humanity when he came back to teach after he become illuminated.

Because when you lose identity as infinity you don't want to talk.

Because you're absorbed as one with all there is.

You lose identity.

Okay,

So again to make it practical as we go through the day.

Choose a time that will be your practice time.

That from there you're gonna expand this practice of moving through the day connected.

So maybe you say I'll be connected just in the next 15 minutes or I'll be connected as I get up from the bed in the morning and I go to the toilet.

Okay,

Choose a very small part fraction of your day and make it as a habit to be connected then.

And then by nature it will expand.
