
My Mind Is My Friend

Let's start with some meditation and today again starring our lovely mind and today I just want to focus on the fact that our mind is our friend.
Before we start on a spiritual journey so we don't separate from our mind and we think that we are the mind.
So any thought,
Any emotion,
Any feeling,
Anything that happens in our body we're identifying with it and as we start to pay attention we see that actually we are not the mind and then sometimes we start to have a negative relationship we don't like the mind we think oh this is not a very good friend it tells me to do things that I don't want to do yeah it made me think in a way that I don't want to think so we start sometimes not to like our mind at all and so let's pay attention how we can have a good relationship with the mind yeah we can only have a good relationship with the mind when we don't identify with it when we able to take a step away and to look at it and say okay so you say like this that's okay it doesn't mean I need to follow you you say like this about me that's okay you say like this about somebody else but you is not me I see you yeah I see you but I'm not you yeah so then the mind start to be our helper instead of our enemy and we can use the mind obviously in the best way to pay attention to what's happening in the mind yeah so we use the mind to pay attention what's happening in the mind we use the mind also to distance from the mind and we use the mind also to do whatever we need to do in our life starting from going to the toilet making a cup of tea and and just supporting ourself in any way that we need we have to use our mind we cannot do it without it okay so the mind is not an enemy and it's a great helper but we need to know when we have to throw the stick as I explained in other time the stick that they use in Varanasi when they burn the bodies on the pier yeah they put their bodies and then with the stick they put the logs in in in in yeah so you get the ashes because everything burned but then you throw the stick this is the mind yes so we use the mind we use it we use it we use it we use it to be more subtle and more subtle and more subtle and then we live it we practice today now what does it mean a we use the mind to anything we do so we use the mind in a good way if we want to calm ourself so we can use it in affirmation I love myself yeah instead of I don't like myself we can use it in breathing awareness and you need the mind to be aware of my breaths we can use it in Reiki or in channeling yeah in more subtle way and we can use it in feeling different vibration we use it in observing colors we use it even in channeling things or even in just knowing information just comes to us and then slowly we become more subtle with the mind yeah and slowly we use the mind but less and less and less in a physical way and more and more in a subtle way yeah so the most the most subtle is just awareness I'm aware I'm still using the mind yeah and then after awareness I'm letting go of the mind so let's practice all that so it'll be yours or ours and our theory so let's start just by paying attention what's happening in our mind right now and we already can pay attention that we are paying attention to the mind yeah meaning you're not the mind otherwise you cannot separate yourself so pay attention to the mind now pay attention is not actually an action it's actually you're moving into being space and as space you're observing the mind so you're space observing movement let's try that movement are not only thoughts can be emotion can be physical sensation or any sensory input you know of anything that we hear we smell we touch everything is observed now still it's the domain of the mind because the mind is both the space that observing and what is observed yeah but it's all mind next step is that we want to give more attention to the space and a bit less attention to what's in the space for that we have to calm the nervous system so the easiest way is breath awareness so let's just become aware of the breath how it moves in and out and remember that you are not the breathing you're not the breath you're the space and use your mind to help you work with the breath okay so we're observing the breath and then let's widen our awareness outside the body and visualize that we're pulling the life force through the center channel meaning the awareness goes to infinity way way way above the head and then we increase the above the head and then we inhale and we're pulling the life force into the body as if we download it downloading a golden light into the body when we inhale and then we exhale and we give it back up and out in the same channel so like you opening a channel of light outside and inside the body next step is to widen awareness outside the body and now we're still inhaling but we're inhaling from the whole creation so the mind already goes to the whole creation infinitely wide and we're like we're pulling the life force into the body from the whole creation and when we exhale let's give it back to the whole creation with sunlight yeah with an immense light all this is mind all this is beautiful mind inhaling and nourishing the body with beautiful beautiful power life force light from the whole creation and exhaling and giving it back to the whole creation even more radiant more powerful next step we drop the breath awareness so we become less physical it's still the mind yeah but the mind now is less physical is more subtle so we just become aware aware of the life force that is in the whole creation and we are part of it and the easiest or the let's say the next level of vibration after the breath is vibration awareness so awareness of vibration okay so we're feeling vibration in the body and outside the body we feel that the whole body vibrates and we feel that the whole body is vibrating okay so we're feeling vibration in the body and outside the body we feel that the whole body vibrates and outside the body vibrating so we slowly getting this sense of a ocean of vibration that the whole creation vibrates in and out same way it's still the mind we're using the mind to observe vibration make sure that each and every tiny tiny tiny cell tiny molecule is vibrating within you you are completely vibrational everywhere vibrates and of course as you're aware inside you're aware that the whole creation vibrates and there's no difference in and out is one vibration if you don't feel it very well don't worry about it just say i'm vibration in and out and that's it and it will come to you or vibration mi now we become more subtle so we're dropping like sensory awareness and we're moving into pure awareness okay so we don't we don't try to connect now to the life force through our senses we try to connect to the life force through being so here we just say i am all there is that's it and then you get a sense that you are all there is you know that you are completely alive and part of life and life itself is you that you have a sense that you never start and you never end that you are all there is now this can only be perceived when the mind is surrendering completely you know when we still have me me meaning a little person an ego person and the world so it's difficult to feel unity but when i'm allowing myself to feel that i am everything i'm erasing this imaginary border that the mind puts between the skin and the whole creation this is imaginary is not true so allow your mind to acknowledge unity i am all there is all there is am i yeah so i am the all the whole creation now this state is very very beautiful is very healing so let's use this state to heal tension discomfort anything that doesn't feel right in our human existence because we have to understand and to feel that we are everything and everywhere we're not only this person in the center of the creation and around me is everything is not like this i am everything including this person or everything am i including this person so first we have an awareness of the whole creation not outside of us as part everything is one and then once we have this awareness we start to look into what we call me the human form or the human being and we start to recognize areas in our human form that feels a bit stagnant or maybe a bit heavy or maybe a bit tight or whatever or maybe a bit emotional i'm inviting those parts to synchronize to harmonize to soften with the infinite being which we are as well and this is the magic once you understand that you're not only the little person you're everything including a little person that's completely different point of a view you can say or of being so with infinity itself let's connect to our heart chakra first of all because it's a very very powerful place and let's invite our heart chakra to assume the size of the whole creation i'm inviting my heart chakra to open up and fill up the whole creation with its beauty its love but don't become again the human person the human being don't stay infinity and observe how the heart chakra responding to your infinite being and trust you don't need to do too much you just say infinity am i i'm calling and trust you don't need to do too much you just say infinity am i i'm calling my heart chakra to synchronize with infinity that's it and it will happen remember to be meticulous to be very very precise so you invite the heart chakra to open up that maybe it open only in the front of your body but not in the back maybe in one way but not in another way to just pay attention very carefully and invite all aspect of your heart chakra to fill up the whole creation back front sides anything and everything feel that your heart chakra allows you to experience that the creation is not only an ocean of life force ocean of vibration it's also ocean of love love am i i am love now let's invite any stagnant emotion in the body maybe in your stomach maybe in your throat or maybe anywhere else that you feel it invited to harmonize with infinity and now pay attention maybe there is vibration in your body or in your energy body that doesn't feel harmonious what does it mean actually if you feel vibration it's already not harmonious because vibration is a low vibration of energy so if you feel vibration that's great just invite it to synchronize with infinity then you slowly will not feel it and you the sense of bliss will get stronger vibration can be in the physical body can be also in the skin can be also in the aura in the aura but don't collapse into the little person don't do that you are the whole creation this is your personality yeah your identity yeah infinity am i from there you do all the work so you are infinite yeah cannot be conceived your dimension okay and now specifically let's invite our nervous system to synchronize with infinity so get a sense of your nervous system you might feel that it's buzzing and then invited to synchronize synchronize okay and now if you have any specific area in your body that feels that needs special attention maybe you have some chronic condition maybe you have just now something happened in your physical form just invite those parts that doesn't feel right to harmonize to harmonize with you yeah you are everything beautiful now because you are infinity we all infinity meaning that we're sharing one energy really yeah because we are not in the human identity now we are in the infinite identity so there is no difference between us zero it means that we can also invite other beings or as a human beings or animal beings anyone we want to that space so they as well can harmonize with infinity so this is a beautiful opportunity to invite those that you know that they're having hard time right they're having hard time right now invite them to this space so they as well can transform can heal can harmonize there's no limit how many people how many chickens cats or horses can be in this space this space is infinite you can invite everybody but if you know somebody specific it's more powerful because you as infinite consciousness connecting like you connect to your body in your infinite consciousness you invite another part of you which is not called you your name it's called another name but it's part of you this is very powerful position and let's invite because unfortunately there's a lot a lot of war and difficulties at the moment on our lovely planet so let's invite those areas that there's so much conflict there as well to this space because the space we're sharing is beyond conflict beyond religion is beyond conflict beyond religion beyond anything it's the source so anyone that is exposed to souls will feel better so let's invite those areas there is so much conflict to relax to harmonize beautiful so obviously our mind always shrinks back to the little person it's natural as much as we practicing infinity am i it's easier for us to acknowledge the truth you know that i'm everything a human being and infinity in the same time and this will help us not to get and so absorbed in the drama of a reality what called maya yeah not to be absorbed into maya and to stay as infinite being and it's normal that we get absorbed so it's very important that we make sure that we're practicing you know as much as possible we're taking time to connect to that truth of infinity it doesn't matter what religion we have it doesn't matter it will support everything we do will make it powerful stronger beautiful and unique thank you so much for joining i want to say that and this space that we're sharing is very sacred and as much as we take responsibility to stay in this space it will be helpful for us for our loved one and for the whole humanity because humanity one and for the whole humanity because humanity need your identity as infinity yeah unless your identity is this or that a sign of a certain conflict we need to establish yourself in unity in infinity like this we can support each other the best let's
