
Know Thyself

In this meditation session, Know Thyself, we’ll reconnect with the deepest truth: your mind is infinite. Even amid stress, doubt, or mental noise, there is always a part of you that is aware, clear, quiet, and spacious. This session invites you to recognize that you are not the storm of thoughts, but the sky that holds it all. That awareness is not separate from your busy mind—it includes it, and reaches far beyond. As you rest in this deeper knowing, you'll begin to sense the vastness within. This isn't imagination—it’s direct experience. The same force that lives in every star, every atom, is present in you. The more you remember this, the more unity begins to shape your life. You are not a fragment. You are the field itself. Let this session guide you back into that knowing.
Transcript
Let's start by taking a few deep breathing,
Filling up the whole body with a bit more air than normal,
And doing it with awareness that we're filling up the whole body,
We see the body from inside.
The air,
The energy goes to the toes,
To the fingers,
To the skin,
To the internal organs everywhere,
Receive nourishment,
And then when we exhale,
We visualize that we're letting go of tension,
Releasing tension,
Breathing deep,
Introducing air and energy with awareness to the whole body,
And exhaling,
Softening,
Releasing,
Letting go.
Let's continue breathing a bit deeper,
But now let's widen our awareness and acknowledge that when we inhale,
We inhale from the whole creation into the body,
When we exhale,
We're exhaling to the whole creation,
And then let's let go of the stronger breathing and just observe how the breath moves in and out naturally,
And try to observe it again from a very wide perspective of an infinite mind.
Remember that your mind can be infinite,
And can be finite,
Can be identifying only with the person,
So even if it's busy now with thinking and worrying or anything that is difficult,
Try to acknowledge the awareness part of the mind that is seeing this and expand the awareness to infinity,
And like this,
As infinite being,
You're observing the breath moving in and out to the body.
The awareness is actually like a channel between the whole creation and between the body,
Our existence,
And to get the best result,
Awareness must include infinity and what we experience inside the body,
So the mind has to serve as that channel and not to close,
To put a door or a gate between the whole creation and between its,
Let's say,
Personal experience.
It has to be one continuous experience of unity.
Obviously,
It's more difficult when the mind is busy,
Is worried,
Is anxious,
But as we put in the intention,
Even if that's the state of our mind right now,
Just by the intention and acknowledgement of the unity from infinity to the person,
The mind slowly comes down and starts to experience.
Infinity is always balanced,
And the body,
The mind,
The emotion,
Almost always not balanced.
First of all,
This must be approached with compassion,
With love,
Because we're human being and we're trying our best to survive on this planet,
And that means interacting with the mind to help us survive,
To live,
So the mind is constantly occupied.
Occupied by our survival,
So we have to be very compassionate and not to judge the mind or what we call ourself for not being in harmony with Source.
So let's bring this attitude of compassion,
Not thinking too much about it,
Like not activating the mind too much,
But feeling the compassion as your heart opens up and being compassionate to your existence as part of the creation,
Which means that we're adding to that connection between heaven and the body or infinity and me,
The heart experience of love,
Of compassion.
So we're feeling that our mind is infinite and our heart is infinite.
When we establish the connection with these two fundamental tools or experiences,
Then we can deal with the rest,
Because the fact that we have the mind infinite and the heart infinite doesn't mean that we feel good already,
Because when tension gets lodged in our human being,
Can be in the physical,
In the emotional,
In the mind,
It leaves a lot of trace of tension in the muscles,
In the emotions,
In the skin,
Actually everywhere.
But once we establish connection between all there is and the body,
Through the mind,
Through the heart,
Then it's easier to call the rest to harmonize,
Then we feel amazing.
But even if you're not doing anything active and you just stay with this connection,
Slowly your whole organism,
Your whole being will melt and join that.
But to make it a bit faster,
Let's call different parts of our existence to unite with all there is.
But again,
Most important is that you keep your mind infinite,
Including the whole creation and your body.
You're keeping your heart infinite in the same way.
So expansion and love.
Just experience these two qualities living in your experience as part of the whole creation for a minute.
And now let's invite different parts or different systems of our human personal existence to join the infinite being which we are.
Okay,
So first to acknowledge that it's not that you are living inside a little person and you experience from the inside the outside.
We're changing completely.
You are everything and as well the person.
You are the whole existence manifesting as a person.
So the fact that you're moving on this planet as a person doesn't mean you have to forget the rest of you,
Which is billion and billion and billion times bigger than who you think you are.
That's called awakening.
That's called enlightenment.
That's called coming home,
Whatever we call it.
So from that position of infinite being,
Infinite love,
That's called our nervous system to synchronize,
To melt into that infinite being state.
Okay,
I'm calling my nervous system to join and harmonize with Source.
Now how do we know what is the nervous system?
Where do we connect to?
So the nervous system is what feels nervous in you right now.
Can be your skin is shaking a little bit,
Not comfortable.
Could be a certain level of anxiety,
Shortness of breath,
Mind that feels tight,
That you feel parts of you are nervous.
That's a nervous system.
And try to acknowledge it as a whole.
So if you feel the head is tight,
Emotions are tight,
Skin is tight,
Whatever,
Try to acknowledge it as one entity and invite that entity we call the nervous system to synchronize with you as the whole creation.
And just keep your awareness on infinity and the nervous system in the same time.
That's the whole trick.
Awareness on object and no object in the same time.
And trust the minute you positioning,
Your job is done and you're just observing transformation and enjoying the results.
This is the most profound healing there is because you introducing or offering the Source of all creation to your personal existence.
And that's the environment,
The best environment that everything that is manifested vibrates.
So as your nervous system synchronize with Source,
It has an ability or it has an opportunity to soften completely.
In a way to completely re-establish its connection with its origin and like drink straight from the Source,
Not through all the tubes and the pipes that bring the water to the home,
But straight straight from the fountain.
And you know it's working because you're disappearing.
You as a person,
You as a separate vibration is disappearing,
Is melting.
You're losing the sense of your physical form,
You're losing the sense of your emotional form,
You're losing the sense of your mental form.
You're dissolving and dissolving into pure being,
Just one.
Okay,
So we invited the nervous system to dissolve.
Now check in,
But don't check,
Don't collapse into the person.
Stay creation with a person,
That's the whole the whole key for that work.
And try to recognize what's still in you,
In your human form,
Didn't dissolve,
Still vibrates differently.
You know it because you feel it.
Whatever dissolved,
You don't feel anymore.
And that feels amazing.
But maybe still some parts of you,
Maybe emotional part,
Maybe physical part anywhere,
Maybe mental part,
The mind,
Or energy part,
That you don't feel pain or something physical,
But you feel that parts of your human existence are still kind of vibrating in a way that it's not harmonious with creation.
So whatever you're paying attention to,
Again use the same technique,
Infinity and object,
And the awareness cover covers it all.
And call that part consciously,
Let's say I feel,
Let's say,
Tension still in my solar plexus or in my thighs,
Call those parts to synchronize.
And try to be as detailed as possible,
Not general.
Try to recognize with your awareness exactly where the tension is.
And if you work energetically,
You can recognize tension in layers that are still holding some vibration that doesn't feel harmonious.
If you work physically,
The same.
So awareness,
Infinity,
Is the most powerful tool.
And when you introduce it and synchronize it with any part of your human existence,
It will melt into it.
And there's no limit to how detailed you can be to tiny layers of tension calling each and every part of you to synchronize.
This is a great moment to invite others that we know that they're having a difficult time right now,
Invite them to that presence.
Who you think you are is just a thought.
And through that thought,
You synchronize who you think you are with the whole creation.
The same thought that identified you as you and offer it home,
Offer it synchronization,
Can invite anyone and do the same process with anyone.
Okay,
So if I invite the loved ones that I know they have difficult time right now,
I'm keeping my awareness on the whole creation and on that person in the same time.
And like this,
They're receiving the same process or going through the same process as I did what we call with myself.
And you don't need to do really much.
Like you did with parts of you,
You do with somebody else.
I'm inviting so-and-so to synchronize with Source.
And you are holding their awareness for that.
And obviously,
It's not limited to one person,
As many as you want,
Because this space is not,
Is infinite.
Beautiful.
So obviously,
When we sit like this,
Don't move,
And with such a calm and beautiful concentration,
It's easier to achieve that complete unity and this transcendental state of being.
But as we move from the meditation,
Start to go,
To think,
To do,
It's not so easy to keep,
To be in this same state,
Of course.
So the way to try and keep it,
Or keep,
It's not exactly the same experience,
Is by,
First of all,
Becoming aware of what we do.
Yeah,
Because when the mind is focused on the go,
On any action,
This awareness is infinity in action.
And this awareness doesn't allow the mind to drift and to go to places that are not useful.
So first of all,
Training the mind,
Developing habits of 100% awareness,
Whatever we do.
And do it step by step,
Yeah,
Otherwise it's difficult.
Say,
For example,
I am committed to be aware when I'm walking from my bedroom to my toilet,
Only that,
Then add what you're doing in the toilet.
Then,
Like this,
You build up and slowly you find that your mind is learning to be aware of everything.
It's number two.
Sorry,
Number one.
Number two is the same,
Training the mind to live with gratitude and humbleness.
Again,
It should be trained step by step.
Maybe when you sit to eat,
You say gratitude.
Maybe before you go to bed and when you wake up,
You give gratitude.
And slowly it will build up to many other things.
This will calm your mind and connect it to your heart.
Number three is make sure that you have the practice that we did today together,
That you do it,
If possible,
At least once a day.
And this is very powerful to set your system on that direction.
Okay,
You can also end and create some altar,
Like a place,
Small place with beautiful sacred places or things,
Like a photo of a guru or anything that reminds you the truth.
And maybe light a candle there or make something that reminds your mind its connection with Source.
This can be also very helpful.
