Today shall we embrace the truth that when we radiate our own light, we are simultaneously giving and receiving the limitless energy of enlightenment. And now, it is your time to shine. When we shine, we become beacons of light for ourselves and others. By giving from the heart, we receive in abundance, creating a harmonious exchange of energy. This meditation is a reminder that your presence has the power to touch and transform lives. Today, we awaken from the lethargy of old habits and thought patterns that no longer serve us. It is time to release the narratives that hold us back, to step away from the realities that are detrimental to our growth and well-being. This meditation allows us to embrace our inherent radiance, creating a reality filled with positivity and light.

Okay so let's start and today what I'd like to emphasize is a it's time to shine and no reason not to shine we are all flower moving to the light and the light which we're moving to is who we are already so we can shine and we can illumine at the same time that's that's amazing yeah yeah so we shining and in the same time we're receiving the light and we're giving the light so that's very powerful and it's possible very very possible completely possible and actually it's happening already but we are not acknowledging what who we are and what's available for us so let's say acknowledge that and the the only the only thing that they make it difficult for us is one little thing called the mind then yeah that's always the story is the mind and the mind is our healer and the mind is our killer and for some strange reason most of us you know constantly killing ourself with the mind sometimes softly and sometimes not very softly yeah you know how your mind operates so we are here to to wake up and to stop being a creating realities for ourself that are very harmful and not very life-supporting when I say the mind is because the mind by separating itself from the truth which is infinite being is constantly creating like a and some kind of trees or some kind of a blockage between the life force that is available for us and the truth of who we are and and is constantly pulling us for separation constantly and there is no reason for that there is no reason but the problem is that once we are in the mind mode we activating a lot of physicality that to support that meaning that our hormone our chemicals and neurological system they're all geared to support the illusion of separation yeah so it's not only that the mind is separated actually this separation is already I say rooted in our physical being that's why to move out of this separation is not so easy but it's completely possible and the way we're moving from this separation is first of all by understanding what's going on understanding that we are bound with no reason bound with no reason but we are in a slavery mode and we have to move into freedom mode and to move into freedom mode the first thing we need to do is to understand what's happening and the second to ask okay so what tool I'm going to use to liberate myself and there are a few tools that I picked up during the years and I would like of course to share it with you tool number one is breaking habits and I shared it already a few times and it's super important and super useful so when we start to bring awareness to everything we do during the day everything but really everything and start to do things in a different way and then the mind start to pay attention not only to those things but also to the thought yes so it doesn't matter if I comb my hair with the right I don't comb my hair by the way but with the right hand or with the left hand it doesn't matter really but it matters if I think I'm stupid or if I think I'm not worthy or if I think nobody loves me or life cannot support me this is matters a lot because this blocks the whole system but because of a habit normally we are locked into those chemical psychological tendencies and we cannot pull out of it see because the chemistry is pulling the psychology and the psychology is affecting the chemistry and the neurological system so we have to start to break this this cycle of slavery yeah so one of the way is to start for example now I do things with my right hand this is a habit if I want to move I'll move the left or I don't move at all but not the right yeah because I need to break habits maybe you can pay attention for yourself right now do you place maybe you sit like this with your hands sit like that yet teach the mind teach the mind to question everything okay so this is number one number two super important is humbleness so the mind is super arrogant yeah and this is not to put down everybody anybody here but it's including my mind it's arrogant and why it's arrogant because it thinks it can do everything and even when it goes into healing it tried to to do all the healing yeah so all the time we try to control everything so when we start to practice humbleness we're helping ourself a lot yeah it's too we're helping the mind realize that actually there is a bigger force a bigger force above it that it should be humble too okay and the number three is gratitude yes so we start to practice gratitude again to feel grateful to what's happening and not to be arrogant to see thing that everything is you know I deserve everything and it's obvious everything and doesn't matter what other people do or what the earth does and what just to feel very very grateful and then there are more but let's practice them and all these practices will help us to realize the truth and to connect straight to the source yeah because the truth is that we are infinite radiant shiny being not less than that so there's no reason to live less than that but this takes some training so let's start the meditation but I didn't say hi to lovely Sophia welcome my dear so and to seem therapy also I didn't say hi okay so let's say if you want to close your eyes make sure you're sitting comfortable and we start to connect and we connecting to the now space because all what I talk about must be in the present so just take it take a look inside and see how you doing I relax your tense and you that you is that mind yeah that I is that mind the you the real you or the real I is the one that sees what we call the I yeah it's a space the space where the ego operates this is who you are space you see there you see everything but you're not what you're seeing so pay attention to that create space between the space which you are and the object being reflected in the space so in that space moving thoughts in that space moving emotions in that space moves physical body in that space moves many many sensation coming from our senses and all that is perceived by the infinite space which you are amazing no amazing in that space appears name my name yeah here it's just an idea I thought in that space appears my wife in that space appears my daughter yeah I'm the space and all those things appears in the space in that space appears birth and death and that space appears time and space this space equal to love equal to now equal to pure consciousness this space can only be space when there is complete and utter surrender complete not even a trace of ego I but if you're not very very trained with that your mind may be still very busy so let's gradually move into that space so always it's helpful when we start with the breath just paying attention how the breath moves in and out where it's going to and also where it's coming from so when you inhale and exhale you try to do it with awareness of infinity that you are drawing the breath from the whole creation into your body and you're exhaling the breath back to the whole creation then remember when I talked earlier we introducing the first two tools of humbleness and gratitude so if you want to feel humbleness in front of the whole creation as you're breathing this is beautiful and then if you want to add gratitude the fact that you are being granted with life with oxygen with light with warmth with love so many beautiful things you can introduce that as well so when you inhale you inhale with gratitude and humbleness and when you exhale again with gratitude and humbleness remember that you working now is it with a computer and these are the system that will change the computer humbleness and gratitude don't take it personal because there is no person there it's a computer yeah it's a machine wonderful step number three is to acknowledge infinity because the mind is always pulling to separation and pulling to the size and identity of the person I'm this body and those emotions I'm that mind and I live in this small world so to break that habit and to realize the truth of who we are we must widen our mind to the whole creation I am all there is infinite being so we introduce gratitude humbleness and infinity and the introduction of infinity can go is some kind of image that your skin is not your physical skin is actually infinite being you know we don't have skin yeah our body is as big as the whole creation this is the truth it is exactly like this when you breathe with gratitude when you breathe with humbleness when you breathe with the awareness of infinity it's very clear that the whole creation is your breath that all the infinite billions billions billions and billions and billions of particles and the whole creation is made from is your breathing is your energy is your being and every time you inhale and exhale your broadcast beautiful waves in the whole creation every time you inhale you're receiving beautiful wave from the whole creation from our fellow brothers and sisters of the spiritual community and because we're meeting in the now and we're meeting beyond time and space this community is not limited to those in a physical form of course it will be grandmothers grandfathers angels spiritual guides gods and goddesses Brahma Krishna Papaji Ramana Maharishi all beautiful being are part of our circle so when we inhale and receiving so much blessing from so many beautiful being in a physical and non-physical form and when we exhale we give it out we share more love more light I'm introducing step number four so when we exhale and we inhale we're giving and receiving love this love is not our love of course it's the love of creation it is creation it's synonymous love and creation is the same thing receiving love and we're giving love together with your breathing and the last the last stage is dissolvement dissolving a drop can be only a drop until it's become ocean that's what we do becoming ocean ocean of consciousness ocean of light ocean of bliss now different from a drop a drop has no way of holding a drop shape in the ocean but the mind can play games so here to dissolve completely in the ocean here you're cold we are cold to completely let go completely not to look at anything not to check anything not to be anything not to visualize anything yeah not to be the observer and not to be the creator and not to be anything and then you'll see what happens so this is the invitation complete dissolvement until the dissolve and the space be being dissolved in everything disappears you don't know who you are you don't know where you are you don't know what's your name you don't know what year is it you don't know anything because the knower and the known is one and you are the space that everything is made from if your mind is still pulling for some kind of identity and some kind of idea allow it to completely dissolve invite it to dissolve but make sure that one the one who inviting the mind is dissolving as well the closest I can relate to it is deep sleep or and death now to this beautiful space we experiencing together you're welcome to invite those that you know that are feeling not very well at this moment so it can be from our circle yeah that we're inviting those who are with us right now and not feeling well just to be in a deeper state of receiving healing and as well we can invite loved ones family members anyone we know that could use some help right now you're not feeling well physically emotionally mentally just invite them to be in the space we share when you're holding this space as complete dissolve being the power you radiate is so powerful so immense so intense and this is for me for my understanding is the deepest contribution one can give to this creation so remember because your mind will hit you back you know will not give you easy easy ride remember the steps there are some of them that you can do on the go and some that requires more and stability and stillness so the one you can do on the go is constant awareness constant awareness to mundane things okay and then we said number two is to see the beauty and to live in gratitude for as much as you can everything thank you and thank you and thank you and then we talked about humbleness okay this is easy to practice on the go and then we come out of more a vibrant energy of infinity acknowledging infinity then acknowledging love and then dissolving all those steps will help you to maintain this beautiful state of unity and with grace and love of the creation and the Creator will get all to the point of enlightenment that we don't need to hold
