Okay,

We're starting.

Let's connect to the breath first of all.

Pay attention how the breath moves in and out.

Now the beauty of meditation is that no matter what,

Always it will take us to the present.

Always it will align us with the truth,

Always.

And this truth is not mine or somebody,

It's just Is-ness.

So it's so beautiful because it's beyond any religion,

It's just Is.

So beautiful,

So simple.

So let's flow into that space which is infinite,

That is beyond time and space.

It's always here available for us,

That it's beyond any thought,

Beyond the ego.

It's a space where everything manifests,

Everything,

The whole creation manifests in now.

The mind cannot really get it,

It can get,

Almost can get it,

But it cannot get it.

But let's use the mind to come to the edge and then we're going to drop it.

So for that we're using the mind to observe,

Observing the breath,

How it moves in and out,

Trying to recognize if the breath is moving free or it's meeting some resistance,

Maybe in the solar plexus,

The diaphragm,

Maybe the chest.

And if that's the case,

Just pay attention to the area that is a bit restricted and with the warmth of your awareness,

It'll open up.

All what we're doing here is very soft,

It's about allowing,

It's about giving space,

It's about opening and inviting.

So inviting the breath to flow beautifully all the way down to the area of the lower body,

The pelvic floor,

When we inhale.

And when we exhale,

We relax and we feel that we are softening,

Face are softening,

Our mind softens,

Our chest,

Abdomen and lower body,

Everything softens and gives space for the breath to move in and out.

And as we're inhaling,

Let's widen our awareness to acknowledge that the breath comes from infinity,

Not from the mouth or from the nose,

It's like the life force that comes from the whole creation and nourishes us with life,

With power,

With vitality.

So when we inhale,

We can say,

Thank you.

When we exhale,

We give gratitude again.

In order to move towards this edge where the mind,

Where we need to drop the mind,

We must expand.

So we expand as we inhale and we expand as we exhale.

We expand as we inhale,

Meaning that we are aware that we're inhaling from the whole creation.

So allow your mind to be infinite and to acknowledge that the breath and the life force coming from everywhere into your body and bringing with it so much vitality,

Power,

Radiance,

Healing,

Softness.

The softness goes to each and every cell,

Molecule,

Atom.

And when we exhale,

We're exhaling back to the whole creation.

Meaning that we become sunny,

Radiate.

So now we're moving into higher vibration.

So let's drop the breath awareness.

We're no longer working with the breathing because this will keep us in a bit lower vibration.

It's good to start,

But now we're moving higher.

So let's just pose and observe.

After the awareness of breath,

We're moving into the awareness of vibration.

So we observe how the body vibrates.

The arms are vibrating.

The legs vibrating.

The torso vibrates.

The head vibrates.

As if our body made from pixels and all the pixels are vibrating alive.

And let's involve in this vibration our mind.

This is very important because a vibrating mind is not a sinking mind.

So as the mind and the body vibrates,

We're expanding to vibration awareness or awareness of vibration around the body.

To acknowledge that we are actually inside a vibrational space.

In and out,

All one vibration.

Your body vibrates inside.

The space in the room where you're sitting vibrates.

And we're expanding beyond the space into the whole creation which is vibrating.

Remember to include in the experience of vibration your mind.

As much as you're aware of vibration,

It will not think.

Okay?

Now as we are vibrating with the whole creation,

Let's just observe and ask ourselves if there is any part within our physical body that doesn't vibrate in harmony with the rest.

Maybe there is more pain there or discomfort.

And let's invite that part of us to join vibration.

We have to understand that as the vibration is more physical,

It shows more heavy energy.

And as we are moving towards higher vibration,

We're going to feel less and less vibration,

Which is wonderful.

Less vibration and more peace,

More bliss.

Then we want to check our emotional system and to see if there is any emotional discomfort,

Heaviness within us,

Maybe some tension in our chest or in any other part of our body.

And we're inviting that emotional tension also to harmonize with the infinite vibration,

With infinity.

Then we're moving to a higher level of,

Let's say,

Vibration or energy,

And that's just pure awareness.

So now the whole creation and your body is just pure presence,

Awareness.

You know that you are and everything is.

You don't even need to feel that you're breathing or that you're vibrating.

It's just awareness.

It's a higher vibration,

Much higher.

And again,

All the time,

If there is any part of your existence,

Physical,

Emotional,

Mental or energy,

That feels that is not in harmony with the rest,

Just invite this part to synchronize and harmonize.

And now comes the moment that we're dropping the mind.

So here,

This is the highest vibration or highest being possible,

Is when the mind is dropped completely.

So we stop using the mind to recognize anything,

To do anything.

So you check for yourself,

How do you do it?

I feel,

For example,

As if my mind falls backwards or something like this,

But maybe for you differently.

And don't be afraid of that.

Don't be afraid to be with no mind.

Let's say I'm dropping my mind completely and then see what happens.

Since we are many lovely people here,

Sharing this space together,

Let's make sure that we're supporting each other to reach the highest vibration possible.

So let's acknowledge the presence of each other,

Visualizing that we are in a circle,

A circle of immense brightness,

A circle that connects through love,

Through light,

Through energy.

And because we're acknowledging our existence together,

We're affecting each other very powerfully,

Because not all of us are feeling the same every day.

Some of us can enter into this higher vibration easier than others,

But when we're acknowledging that we are one,

When I'm reaching higher vibration,

Immediately it goes to somebody else,

And like this we're supporting each other to enter into a unity of infinite light.

So visualize that you are together with each other,

That your heart connects,

That your mind becomes one,

That your energy becomes one,

One with each other and one with creation.

Even with no mind,

We are completely alert,

Completely powerful,

Completely vital,

Completely supportive to each other,

Because no mind is the source which everything is made from,

Which we are,

And everything is.

This beautiful place or space of no mind is the most healing space there is,

Because there only balance exists.

So invite this most pure state of being to heal each and every part of your existence.

I'm inviting healing to my physical body,

To each and every cell,

To each organ.

I'm inviting healing to my emotional being.

Any trauma,

Any emotional injury that my system has passed in this life,

Or any life,

Is invited to be healed in the infinite space which all is.

I'm inviting healing to my DNA,

In case it has any wrong codification,

Which creates reality,

Physical reality or psychological reality,

That is harmful.

I'm inviting it to harmonize,

So only positive reading of my DNA will take place for blissful existence.

I'm inviting healing to my ancestral lineage.

So all my ancestors are healed from me to the end of time,

And any information that is not useful or it has a harmful information and effect on my existence or the future generation is healed and harmonized.

So all our ancestors,

From the beginning of times to this moment and to the future,

Are healing by connecting to the Source.

I'm inviting healing to humanity.

So any negative information that creates a sense of separation,

Aggression,

Negativity,

Hostility will heal.

So only love and unity or brotherhood and sisterhood will manifest on this planet.

And again,

Let's drop the mind completely,

Because what we've done just now maybe stimulates the mind a bit.

Drop the mind completely again.

Be again in no-mind,

No-mind being,

Empty,

Completely empty,

Nothing to visualize,

Nothing to see or to think,

Nobody to be,

Just pure,

Pure easiness,

Pure vibration.

And again,

From that pure vibration,

Feel the breath of life,

That the one who breathes is not you,

The ego being,

Is the whole creation.

When you inhale,

Creation inhales and exhales,

Infinite expansion.

So this state,

Obviously it's very high vibration,

And it can only exist with no mind.

And if you remember,

When we start to meditate,

We start from the physical,

So very physical and clear breathing,

And then we move into vibrational existence.

And then we move into awareness,

And then we move into no-mind.

But any level of these stages of awareness is very powerful on its own.

So wherever you are,

If it's appropriate,

You can choose which level you are connecting with to support you.

As well,

What helps so much is to bring awareness to everything we do.

Not to let the mind just go all over the place,

Aimlessly.

Always be present.

Always pay attention to what you're doing,

How you're holding things,

How you're walking,

How you're moving around,

What you say,

What you think,

Everything.

And like this,

You have more control and more choice where to place yourself in relationship to life.

Because life is life.

I mean,

I don't think I can control life.

But the only little thing I can do is choose how I react to what's happening.

Choose how to vibrate with life.

And that can only take place with pure awareness.

So blessing on your practice.
