Okay so again today is the day of the resurrection or we celebrate the resurrection of Jesus.

This is to remind us the spirit that always can move from the identity with the body to connect to infinity.

I call this meditation tonight I am loved and I think this show or enhances this act of connecting with the divine and when Jesus did this resurrection actually it moved from moving from the ego identity into unity with all there is and that's really the celebration and that's what we can do every day whenever we want actually.

In order to connect to that let's pay attention to how we're doing right now do we need this resurrection for us for ourselves how we're doing in the distance if there's a distance between the ego mind and being and unity so let's just check inside one minute see what's going on what does it mean unity anyway we have to understand that and to feel that to live that and obviously if we know unity we know separation as well so even if we don't we cannot say clearly if we connected or united or separated we can say very clearly if we feel good or not feeling good that's easy to say and it's obvious that when we feel united we feel amazing when if you separate we don't feel good we'll see it as we advance in the meditation that as much as we're feeling more connected to ourself to the breath to the energy to the space we feel better and better and better as much as we connected to our thoughts to our emotions and and what our ego telling us about the reality then we don't feel so good so just check for yourself right now and make it very clear the diagnosis what's going on with me right now and many time when you just do that what's going on with me right now it's already 50 percent done of the movement towards unity and as we're observing let's identify the observer the part within us that actually looking observing not so much what it sees but the actual ability to be aware this is the gem this is most important and try to separate the awareness part from the object or an object that your mind tends to grasp and even if you are emotional and even if you don't feel well in any aspect try to create a separation like oil that is on the surface of the water like when you separate you know the butter and the milk try to separate the awareness from stuff and once you're recognizing the awareness try to make it your home make it your place of a safety of a sacred being forget about what's around as if as if there is a immense storm all around and a you found a cabin very very tiny but when you enter it protects you and that's okay the storm can go on you're fine so make yourself comfortable in the space of awareness first of all it's the mind in the mind yeah awareness within itself meaning it's in the head but then to anchor more more deep more powerfully let's connect awareness with the center of the chest the heart chakra then you're anchoring strong in awareness in being and take time for that because being aware of awareness in the heart is a very powerful transformation of tool and a healing tool just keeping it like that for now okay again without connecting to any object within us that maybe doesn't feel well let's expand a bit the awareness to include the space around the body here we can call it the aura or we can call it just the space in the room where you're sitting just be there in the space and in your heart don't worry about mental noise don't worry about physical discomfort don't worry about vibration that are not comfortable don't worry about external distractions space around and the heart are connected through awareness that's all now teach yourself because it's very different than when we started so just a note for yourself about separation and unity the difference between when you started to right now in what way now it feels more united are happening what's happening what are the sensations what are the emotions what is their mental state teach yourself and then it'll be easier for you to recognize oh i'm not in unity then you go back now unity is not limited to i'm united with unity is unity once you're in presence in unity your presence and unity with all creation but for that we need to allow that to be because if the mind limiting unity to my body and one meter space around the body for example that's what we're going to experience so allow your mind or your awareness which in this case is the same to be infinite as the whole creation then there'll be no doubt that you are united with all there is and make sure that you allow your mind to be part of this expansion and again don't worry if your mind jump for thoughts if you still feel emotions or any other thing that distracts you don't worry about it acknowledge the truth i am all there is and i'm anchoring through my heart chakra and my awareness in the whole creation as the whole creation this is the resurrection as the mind stopped being identifying with the ego i am me we unite and we know immediately the truth which is beyond any religion and any thinking it's just pure being so resurrection and enlightenment is the same infinite being it's just different words to the state of complete unity now since we're human being and we live in a human form with emotions with a mind that might be sometimes very anxious and busy and worry it's normal that even we expand so much and so far and so wide but there's still a parts that left behind in our human being or human system that it still doesn't feel well it feels separates from all there is so first of all the fact that something doesn't feel in complete unity and a harmonious vibration it doesn't mean that it's not included in everything we know that we are all different we look different we think different yet we're sharing the same infinite being but it's very nice to feel completely relaxed in a pure synchronization resource it's beautiful feeling so let's connect to our heart chakra and invite it to open up and expand to the infinite space of the whole creation remember that you are the whole creation and you're inviting your heart chakra to share what you are already meaning you invite aspect of your human being which is the heart chakra to unite with your infinite being which is all there is then let's invite our solar plexus to do the same to synchronize with the whole creation and always remember you're moving from identity as the person you are everything so you're calling the tension in your solar plexus to join infinity you don't push it out to infinity you are everything the infinite and the finite in the same time be that allow your being to be that and let's invite our mind to synchronize as well with the whole creation as the whole creation okay so in this meditation we're focusing on love i am i am loved so we stay in that infinite space of being and now we inviting our heart to come to the front yeah so the heart is invited i'm inviting my heart to connect to love to connect to the infinite love which is its nature now for some of us it's easy we just do it for others we need some a first step before we feeling that so if it doesn't come easy you could just think about somebody you love a person or sometimes much easier to love or to connect to a love to an animal to a cat to a dog horse or even to a tree or even to a sunrise or anything that opens your heart and generates this feeling of love of deep connection to something to somebody very deep exchange through the heart chakra once you connected to that energy field we call love the emotion of love again allow it to expand as we expanded into the whole creation or even better saying allow it to recognize that the whole creation is an infinite field of love so you are in love not so small with only one person you are in the infinite field of love because you invited your heart to open up for that to feel that so as we say infinity am i we can say love am i and because love is such a powerful healer so invite love to heal and soothe and soften any tension in any form can be emotional tension or physical tension or psychological tension anything invite love to come and soothe that soften it relax that feel that you are loved and try not to give this information to your mind because maybe your mind will negate will say no that's not true but if you just stay in your heart you feel it is true you feel that the breath you're breathing in is the way life give you life and that's love you feel that the way the air touches your face so gentle so nice is a way life expressing love to you you'd feel that the way that the chair or the cushion where you're sitting supporting you is the way the earth said says i'm here for you just relax you can feel it connecting to the clothes you're wearing that makes you comfortable warm safe supported again it's a form of love you can feel it acknowledging the food that you're eating the fact that you can go to anywhere where you buy your products and you find things on the shelf somebody stuck it there somebody drove it there somebody cultivated cultivated the rain irrigated the sun gave it life and warmth and it's in your body a form of love just allow all this input sensation to reaffirm that you are loved and as everything gives you you can give back of course because love is a field it's not something you receive or you give only it just is so that's a great opportunity first of all to acknowledge that we are here a community of light like-minded people and visualize that we're opening a circle that we're sharing we're sharing love we're sharing unity and we're supporting each other to raise vibration so everybody can feel the unity can heal from being united from being loved and then you can invite somebody you love to be just in front of you in that circle that we created again to feel the love from the group and from your heart touching their heart to reach that the state of being and just to remind the step that we did first of all we just looked in observe post how am i doing we start to separate awareness from experience awareness from object then we connected awareness with the heart then we expanded both the heart and awareness wider and wider and wider then we invited those parts it doesn't feel well to join this infinite wide space which we are and then we invited specifically the heart center to connect to love and to feel that it is opening into a field of infinite love and this is extremely healing and you can do it whenever you want really okay so happy easter to everybody and may easter will be our prayer or this resurrection state of jesus will be our permanent state of being and if not we're working towards that okay thank you so much bye bye
