If you like to meditate,
I'm sure you experience that it's nice to meditate.
You get very calm and harmonized.
But the minute you get out and start to interact with life,
Sometimes it feels difficult,
And you go back to your old patterns.
Let's take a few minutes and talk about ways to maintain this meditative experience during the day.
So first of all,
The fact that you are making the effort to meditate is extremely valuable.
And it's already creating a shift in your psyche,
A shift in your nervous system.
Something happens in your brain.
And slowly,
You feel more spacious.
You feel that the difficulties of life doesn't enter so deep so fast.
So first of all,
Just keep meditating and keep connecting to that beautiful space of no thing,
The place where everything harmonizes completely.
Then,
On a daily basis,
It's very important to introduce humbleness and gratitude.
Humbleness connects the mind to that sense that there is something greater and bigger that I cannot explain,
But I feel.
And that acknowledgment makes you humble and makes the mind softer and more connected to life and connected to the heart.
It creates more synchronization.
And humbleness is very similar to a wow feeling of,
Look at this,
Look at that.
Anything that we look in life,
If we look at it with humbleness,
It will transform to become magical.
Even this pencil,
If you think of taking a tree and making a pencil out of it,
This is amazing.
Okay,
And anything else that you look at,
If you look from that wow and humbleness of creation and its manifestation,
You feel humble.
Together with humbleness,
We bring in gratitude.
Gratitude for everything.
Gratitude for being alive.
Gratitude for listening to this meditation.
Gratitude for anything and everything during the day.
And even if you don't align gratitude with a specific thing,
Just to say thank you will calm your mind and will harmonize your mind and your heart.
Because the mind is so active,
It tends to move into its dramas,
Into its stories.
And the minute you introduce gratitude and thank you,
It calms down and immediately it homes back into the heart center and quiets.
The next thing is awareness of what you're doing on a daily basis.
Try to become aware of as many things as possible.
Teach your mind to become present by encouraging it to become aware of everything and start small.
When you get up in the morning,
Teach your mind to become aware of placing the legs,
Of placing your feet on the floor,
Of walking to the bathroom.
You start small and build on top of it,
Bringing more and more awareness to more things you're doing during the day.
And very fast,
You'll see that you become aware of everything.
And if you don't do it with awareness,
It feels strange to you.
Okay,
So to summarize,
Keep on meditating.
Introduce humbleness and gratitude and introduce awareness to as many things during the day.
This will keep the mind checked in the heart and when the mind goes off into its stories and dramas,
You can bring it back.
