Okay,
So a big welcome to everybody and I feel so grateful that we are here sharing this space and I can leave whatever I did before and whatever I'm gonna do and just connect to this beautiful moment called present.
This is a big blessing because this is really where life is manifesting.
When we're in the mind it's a different story.
And today simply I want to focus on how to relax the mind using the basic feeling that when we think the energy goes up to the head,
When we don't think the energy goes down below the head.
So we go to the heart or to the lower part of the body.
And this is a straightforward and as much as we develop more awareness we can pay attention to this movement between thinking energy up,
Not thinking energy down.
It's very simple but because we're thinking most of the time so we're not aware that actually we're pulling the energy up to the head and then with the thought it intensifies and then it creates emotions and the emotion creates more thoughts and in the end we can find ourselves with a big tsunami,
Messy tsunami,
That we don't know how to get out of it anymore.
Because the intensity of the vibration,
The energy,
The thought,
The emotion is so strong that it's very difficult to come out.
It's possible but difficult.
So as we're catching this tendency to think and to pull the energy up as early and as we're aware as well that actually the place is down,
Then we are more safe.
Okay,
So let's start just by focusing in because maybe not all of us are very relaxed so it will be good to just calm down a little bit so we can observe better what's happening.
So let's just be aware of the breathing,
How it moves in and out.
And it's very important immediately to remind ourselves not to be in the body for this and not to be as the body for this.
Immediately to have the awareness of space.
Because the breath moves in the body but the awareness is actually belong to the whole creation.
So we have to train our nervous system and our habits to be infinite and not finite because we are infinite in our nature.
It means that when we are aware,
We are aware as infinity and not as the little person.
The breath is not my breathing,
You know,
It's the breath of this body and the space which is awareness is observing the breath in the space.
Now the observation,
Because we are space,
We are infinite,
So we don't need to bring all the awareness and focus on the breathing.
The awareness stays infinite.
Like if you are in a room and there is chair and there is a desk and there is a cupboard and there is a sofa and you decide to focus on the chair,
Your awareness can still be aware of everything else while still being aware of the chair.
You don't need to only look at the chair.
The same here,
The awareness is infinite and within infinity we are aware of the breathing moving in and out.
That infinite space awareness is really who we are,
Is really the essence of who we are.
So when we are aware of infinity,
We are infinity or infinity am I,
Better saying.
So when we are infinity,
We are the infinite space of creation and if your mind tells you,
What are you kidding,
You are just a little person,
So that I am a little person is exactly a thought the same as I'm infinity.
This one is a thought and that one is a thought.
So each one can choose what you want to believe or what you want to experience actually.
It's a choice.
You can live as a little person and suffer,
That's what we're doing all our life and many,
Many,
Many lives,
Millions of lives or you can live as infinity and feel amazing.
So again it's a choice.
It's the same mind,
Exactly the same mind.
Okay,
So as this infinite space we're observing breath moving in and out and our body is infinity.
Our body is the whole creation.
Again,
It's a thought like any other thought.
Okay,
So now when we feel more expanded,
When we feel more relaxed,
Now let's play a little bit with energy up,
Energy down to make it more clear for us how we're managing the life force within ourself so we can control better thinking or not thinking.
Okay,
So let's first just pay attention to the state of our mind or better saying to the state of the energy in the brain,
In the head.
Do we feel charged?
Do we feel there's so much there to the point that it's a pressing,
It feels full,
Maybe even hurting?
Also pay attention to sensation of which part of the brain is intensified with the energy there.
And also pay attention how that intensity of energy in the brain,
In the head,
Affecting your breathing,
Maybe even your emotions.
Good,
Now let's soften.
So all this intensity that we feel as if there is a pressure cooker in the brain,
Let's say relax it down.
So we're softening the forehead,
We're softening that sensation of too much in the head,
We're softening it down.
But it's mainly in the forehead,
In the eyes,
Because that's where the thoughts are taking place and that's the area we want to soften.
But maybe for you,
You feel also the back of the head,
The sides of the head.
So anywhere you feel pressure in the brain,
Just feel that you are allowing it to flow down like a dew,
You know,
Like a very soft snow or soft raindrops,
Something like this.
Very beautiful,
Very soft,
It's gently flowing down.
Okay,
As it flows down it meets your heart,
Your heart chakra.
So feel what happens when the energy comes down from the head and meets the heart chakra in the center of the chest.
In a way it's stimulating the heart chakra,
It's not entering,
You don't need to pull it like it's a place to store,
A storage place.
You're just awakening it.
Okay,
And when the heart chakra awakens,
Then naturally it starts to open out and expand to infinity.
And then underneath the heart chakra is the rest of the body,
Joining this expansion.
Okay,
So this is the movement,
It's like going down to the heart and to the lower part of the body and expanding out together mind and heart and actually the whole body expands.
Okay,
Let's just practice it again.
So just bring a thought to your mind,
Any thought,
I need to do shopping tomorrow,
This is not okay,
Why did I do that,
Or after the meditation I'm gonna have some ice cream,
Whatever comes to your mind.
And you feel immediately that the head fills up,
The breathing stops or becomes short and you don't feel so relaxed anymore.
Then we're dropping it,
Boom,
Drop everything down,
Meet the heart,
Awaken the heart and then mind and heart and the rest of the body expanding.
Now the fact that we expanded now and we are feeling that again,
Infinity am I,
I'm everything,
It doesn't mean that everything is feeling amazing in the body.
Yeah,
Because maybe out of the thoughts came emotions that are not comfortable,
Maybe we feel tension in the body and discomfort,
Maybe we feel some blockages and stagnation of energy.
Okay,
So the fact that we are expanding to infinity doesn't mean that everything feels amazing in the body,
But this is not the main point.
The main point is to feel that I am everything,
Including the pain,
Including the discomfort.
Yeah,
I am the infinite space in all its manifestation as matter.
So I'm a dolphin,
I'm a whale,
I'm a mother and a father and a baby,
I'm the Sun and the Moon and the infinite space,
I'm all the galaxies and I'm the sadness in my heart,
Yeah,
And I'm the anxiety in my solar plexus,
Yeah,
And I'm the love and I'm the beauty,
I'm everything,
You are everything,
We are everything.
And because of that,
As everythingness,
We can have space to suffering,
But we don't need to collapse and identify with them.
Like this,
The suffering will go much faster,
We'll feel that infinity,
The time all there is.
The suffering is like waves that now are very turbulent,
Yet the ocean knows it's water,
Yeah,
It is water.
Some part of it is very quiet,
Other parts are very turbulent,
Everything water.
So the trick is to acknowledge that I am everything,
Including the tension,
Including the suffering,
And as a result everything starts to harmonize and synchronize,
Because the mind acknowledges everything is as one.
Let's try.
Make sure that you're feeling the whole space,
Space am I,
Infinity am I.
In that infinite space,
There are human existence with its current experience.
Include it,
But don't be it.
And hold awareness on everything,
And you'll see that slowly but surely everything harmonize and synchronize into peace.
Let's take a minute for that.
In case that the thoughts arising,
Again it's part of the waves,
You are the space in which the thoughts arising,
So again it's just another manifestation.
And let's make it even more palpable,
More clear by feeling the energy field.
Okay,
See if you can feel the energy inside your body and the energy in the whole creation,
That you are that.
As if all the molecules of the ocean are talking to each other,
That's exactly the feeling.
Each molecule of the ocean knows I am.
So also the molecules of a suffering,
Of sadness,
Of anxiety,
Of fear,
They are part of the ocean.
So try to feel that everything vibrates,
Including the area that doesn't feel good.
And you're aware of all the vibration of the whole creation,
Because it's you.
And then from vibration awareness,
Or awareness of vibration,
We're moving into awareness of being,
Just a sense of being.
Okay,
It's another sensory,
You can say,
Perception,
But it's the most subtle,
Because it does not depend on one of the normal senses,
It's just I am.
You are all there is.
Even there is a thought or emotion that pulls you into identity,
Into the little person,
Just bring the energy down and expand again,
And slowly you feel better.
Okay,
To support more,
Let's acknowledge the presence of each other,
Because we are,
Each one is immensely powerful being.
And when we join forces,
The power is really intense.
So let's just acknowledge that we are here together,
And let's visualize we're creating a circle.
And we are connecting through our minds,
By acknowledging the presence in the circle.
We're connecting through our heart,
Again,
Exactly the same,
Acknowledging the presence through love.
And there's a deep,
Deep wish for each one of us to heal and to vibrate in the highest vibration possible.
For that,
When we inhale,
We're receiving so much love and light and wellness from each other.
And when we exhale,
We give exactly the same to each other,
So everybody can benefit.
And as each one of us raise in vibration and in wellness,
Our wholeness gets intensified.
So we're supporting each other big time.
Now,
Because the now,
The now space is not limited to human form,
In no way it's limited to human form.
Everybody is in the now,
Who is in a physical form or is not in a physical form.
Yeah,
Gods,
Yeah,
Angels,
Gurus,
Everybody can join this circle.
So the minute we're opening the circle,
So light beings are welcome to join and to support us even more.
So we can invite the presence of Ramana Maharishi,
Of Papaji,
Of Mooji,
The Buddha,
Of Krishna.
And through the connection between us and all these light beings,
The vibration rises and rises.
And each one of us can receive so much healing in our own human existence,
And a support to unite with all there is.
So in this moment of the meditation,
We can drop the mind completely.
We don't need to visualize or to think or to try to do anything,
Or to be anything.
We're just dropping any mental activity.
So the connection we source is only through being.
This state of complete connection is the deepest healer there is,
Because everything's synchronized,
Everything's harmonized.
And for those who are not with us here,
But may be listening to this meditation later,
So you're part of this circle for sure,
Because it's in the now.
Not in a time,
Not in a place,
In the now.
It's forever.
And for those of us who are meditating regularly,
Again,
You can always connect with the now,
Because you're always in the now,
And get healing from this circle.

Dearest Yair, this was the most illuminating of all your meditations, perhaps easier for me to grasp. It helped me feel so connected, loved, and spported, universally. I've been quite socially isolated of late – my disability keeping my homebound. However, you offer the sort of 'life skills' that alleviate terrestrial and body bound limitations. A funny thing – I live in a 'village' of 23 units for people over 55, and today is the fortnightly ArMOWgeddon experience of lawnmowers, whippersnippers,hedge trimmer and edge trimmers, in chorus! Usually it fragments my nervous system. This meditation had helped me rise above and smile at this phenomena. 😀 Thank you. 🥰
