Today, we'll recognize that the healing and harmonizing effects of meditation extend far beyond moments of stillness. Meditation offers us a profound opportunity to harmonize our whole being, facilitating healing on multiple levels of our body and mind. As we quiet the mind and develop a state of deep presence, a powerful process of transformation unfolds. We enter a space where the mind can find solace and the body can recalibrate. However, the benefits of meditation do not end when the session concludes. It is important to carry the expanded state of awareness and harmony into our daily lives. By staying connected to the right vibrations with creation, we can continue the process of healing and expansion long after the meditation ends.

Good,

So today nothing fancy,

Let's just calm our mind.

So if you looked at the small video I sent on Instagram of the pool,

It's a very good example and you can see that the pool was quiet and then just one drop,

Tiny drop,

Make it a bit not so clear,

Then tiny movement with the hands completely obscured.

Imagine if we make big waves there.

That's exactly our mind,

Exactly,

Exactly.

So yeah,

So we have to really pay attention.

And first of all let's do it in the meditation and then obviously we try to expand as much as possible into our life.

But it's not that only when we do the meditation the effect is ended when we finish the meditation,

It's not like this.

Because when we meditate and the system really calms down,

There's a deeper process of healing takes place on many levels of our body.

So there's a lot,

A lot of importance to do the meditation and to bring the system to a very deep harmony.

And when we are in harmony inside,

It's harmonized outside and then we are in the right vibration with creation.

And if there's any imbalance in us,

There's a better chance that it will heal.

As much as we can keep it like this after the sitting meditation,

It's better,

But we should not reduce the importance of bringing the system into still,

Complete still.

So let's go for it.

Let's check how we're doing right now.

But it's always very important as we're checking in,

Always to realize that the part that checks in is actually quiet to begin with.

It cannot be not quiet.

See if you can connect to what I just said.

The actual part that checks in is always quiet.

What it sees might be quiet or not quiet,

But what is looking is quiet.

Same as the mirror,

Same as the screen of a movie.

You know,

It doesn't get wet if there is a flood or it doesn't burn if there's fire in the movie.

It's always the same.

That's awareness.

Okay?

So we try to separate awareness from object.

That's step number one always.

Awareness from object.

As much as the object is more painful,

Yeah,

If physically we have pain,

Emotionally we have pain,

Psychologically we have pain,

The tendency to attach and to glue awareness and to identify with the pain is bigger.

But we can always go back to the mirror,

You know,

Idea that the mirror never identifies with the object.

Never.

It doesn't care what is our weight or how is our nose.

It will reflect everything the same.

Yeah?

That's awareness.

So this is the trick because who we are is awareness actually.

And who we are is awareness that is limitless,

Infinite.

That's who we are really.

The whole trick is how not to be glued and pulled into the story,

The image,

The form,

The name.

That's what we're doing here.

The nameless,

The formless.

Okay?

So for that,

The mind that actually holds the awareness and holds the name,

This is really the trick here.

Because the mind,

When it's not active,

It's pure awareness.

When it's active,

It becomes mind,

Thoughts,

Images.

It identifies.

So the whole trick is how to roll back the mind into its source versus identify with the object.

So let's clarify.

You know,

Let's clarify if it's very clear for us that position of the awareness versus the objects.

For that,

It doesn't matter what object we're aware of.

We can pay attention to our breathing,

To the state of our mind,

To the emotional state,

Or to sounds that are coming from outside.

It doesn't matter.

But obviously,

Like when we have a thorn in our foot,

It's not comfortable to be like that.

Also,

We have a thorn,

An emotional thorn in our heart,

Or any physical pain in our body,

Or our mind is very,

Very unhappy because of a difficult thought.

That's a thorn.

That's something that we like to take out from the system so we can be in peace.

For that,

One of the best techniques is just to identify the thorn and to direct awareness to it,

To be with it.

To identify the pain and to be with it,

To create space for it.

Because always pain is blocked energy,

No matter how we call it.

We can call it emotion,

We can call it physical pain,

We can call it psychological pain,

Or energy blockage.

It's always blocked energy.

When we're guiding awareness or directing awareness to blocked energy,

It will start to undo.

Exactly the same as you directing a beam of light into a dark space.

It's exactly the same.

Or exactly the same as the sun beaming shining light,

Warmth,

On a flower.

It comes to life.

So let's use this tool of awareness which we all have to beam on pain,

To beam on blockage.

So obviously we're all different and I believe we all can connect to different things.

But let's choose from each category something.

So let's first go to the physical body and just scan your body and see if there's any part of your body that it feels a bit off.

Strong pain or discomfort or anything that doesn't feel right.

It can be in a very physical expression or it can be even just an energy expression that you just feel heavy that side or tense or dense or something not right.

And let's be in the physical body,

Observing and just be with the tension that you're acknowledging.

And be aware of the magic of awareness,

Of presence.

It's so magical.

And why is it magical?

Because awareness,

It feels like it's my awareness.

But the minute you are aware,

Actually you connect with infinity.

Awareness is boundless.

We can call it presence,

We can call it pure consciousness.

So what we do,

The minute we become aware of an object,

We introduce that object to pure consciousness,

To the most highly vibrating possibility.

And then there's a lot of space where that blocked energy can start to harmonize.

You see it for yourself.

Just be present with the object you've chosen in your physical form.

And it's important that you don't pull your mind into the size of the physical form.

Keep your mind infinite.

And in the infinite mind,

Infinite being,

There is physical tension.

Don't shrink your existence into the small person.

No need for that.

From there we're shifting to the emotional being.

Scan if there's any heaviness,

Especially in the chest,

Usually that's where it's stronger.

But it can be other parts of your body.

Just be present there.

Always remember to keep the infinite being.

Okay,

Now let's bring the mind.

Although the mind is a big trickster,

Plays tricks all the time,

It's still mirrored by pure awareness.

So again,

First become infinite,

And then see if your mind still has something to say in that infinite presence which you are.

Usually it will be pulled into infinity very fast.

Now for that,

If we apply also the heart,

It becomes more powerful.

So as you're widening the mind,

And you're pulling the thinking part of it into this infinite being,

Let's allow also the heart to expand,

And then the mind can find peace,

Softness,

Inside the infinite space with the heart.

The trick all the time is not to pull into the little person.

This is the trick.

As much as we're managing to acknowledge and experience our infinite being,

Then all the blockages will transform really fast.

And it's an acknowledgement,

A decision,

It's not like something complicated.

We just say,

I'm an infinite being,

My heart is infinitely open,

My mind is infinitely open,

Am I inviting to that infinite presence which I am,

Let's say the blockage in my stomach,

Or let's say the sadness in my heart,

Or whatever you feel.

Then it can synchronize.

Into that beautiful expansion,

Let's continue and pay attention to the breathing process.

But again,

If you breathe with awareness of infinity,

Then the breath feels it's the breath of the whole creation.

If you breathe as a person,

Then it's a person breath.

If you breathe as a person,

Then it's a person breath.

We try to pay attention,

To acknowledge that we don't end in our skin,

We don't end in our aura,

We don't end at all,

And our body is the body of the whole creation.

Allow yourself to feel it.

I feel it,

You can feel it.

I am that,

You are that.

Don't let your mind play tricks and talk about this.

Just acknowledge that,

And then we are that.

I am the whole creation.

My body is the whole creation.

My mind is the whole creation.

My heart is the whole creation.

My breath is the whole creation.

I am all there is.

As we are establishing in that state,

Let's continue to pay attention to the breath,

As the breath of creation.

The mind tends to shrink in,

To go back to the little person.

Therefore,

For example,

The Muslims prostrate,

And the little person prostrates,

And the little person prostrates.

The mind tends to shrink in,

To go back to the little person.

Therefore,

For example,

The Muslims prostrate to God five times a day.

The Jews place this mezuzah,

Part of the Torah,

On the door frame,

So they keep it.

Every time they go in and out from the house.

It's just old tricks to remind us the presence of the Divine.

So,

Use whatever tricks work for you,

But remember the infinite presence of the Divine all the time.

Like this life is much easier.

Okay?

And we are here to support each other.

So,

Let's just acknowledge the presence of each other,

Although we don't see each other.

But it doesn't matter.

Let's just acknowledge that we are here,

A group of like-minded beings,

Brothers and sisters,

On the spiritual path.

And we're sharing this space of now together.

Therefore,

We're affecting each other.

And it's normal that some of us can connect easier,

And some of us find it maybe more difficult.

We are here to support each other.

But each one of us that vibrates in higher vibration,

That unites with the light,

Support the others to unite.

I just said it,

And I know you are connecting,

Because I feel immediately even stronger power.

So,

Let's acknowledge each other's presence,

And feel that we are supporting each other,

Receiving and giving love and light to support,

To raise vibration.

Let's invite people to come to this beautiful space which we are sharing together.

Let's invite people,

Animals,

Plants,

Anyone that you feel could use help to raise vibration,

To harmonize,

Because they find some difficulties at this moment.

Invite them to this space.

Just allow them to feel this beautiful vibration we are sharing.

It can be a person,

And maybe within that person,

Maybe they suffer from heart problem,

Lung problem,

Arthritis,

Whatever.

So,

Just you can even be more specific by inviting them and be specific of that organ that needs support.

Just to say that sometimes we think with our cynical mind,

Can I help somebody if they have a heart problem,

Or if they feel sad.

But if you did help yourself right now in this meditation,

So if you understand how things work,

That you are also not you,

And you are also an idea in your mind,

And if you helped the idea called you,

Why don't you help an idea called somebody else?

It's the same,

And this is very powerful.

So,

It's very important we acknowledge the power we have called mind,

Love,

Unity,

And use it to help people,

To help each other.

It's very important to remind ourselves as much as possible who we are as infinite beings.

Because life is very powerful and will pull us into the separation.

But as much as we are shining,
