
How To Keep The "Mind Waves" Again

Through this meditation, you will develop an awareness of the "mental waves" or the incessant chatter of your thoughts, without getting caught up in them. By developing this consciousness, you will be able to keep the "mental waves" at bay and reach a deeper state of mental calm. Okay,
Let's start and connect.
So,
Let's pay attention in this meditation to what we call the waves of the mind,
The mental waves.
And in order to pay attention to the waves of the mind,
We have to be very clear where we are paying attention from,
Who is paying attention.
Because we are the waves and we are also the attention.
And when we don't distinguish between the two,
We follow each wave and we become the wave identifying with the thought.
So let's connect first of all to that place within us that is completely still and peaceful.
And usually we start with breathing and calming the mind and calming the system.
But this time,
Let's go straight to the center of a tornado where everything is peaceful,
Even if around it's very,
Very windy and stormy.
So find within yourself that place of complete peace that is not identifying with anything that goes around it.
For me,
It's when I bring my mind into my heart and let the mind relax in the heart.
That's the place.
Now,
As we're keeping the mind in the heart,
Because usually when we start meditation,
The mind is not relaxed yet,
The mind will be magnetized to thoughts.
There will be waves that will come and give the mind a sense that it's very important to think something.
It's normal.
As the prana starts to flow in harmony,
This will stop,
Reduce and then stop.
So let's keep the mind in the heart and be very vigilant and observe as a wave comes through your mind and the attention,
Instead of being in this union,
Mind-heart,
Suddenly we'll go back into the mind and follow a thought.
We're keeping the awareness in the unity between mind and heart.
Still there is a triple part,
Awareness,
Mind and heart.
All this will need to unite to one.
But as we start,
We still have some separation,
Awareness,
Mind,
Heart.
And the awareness invites the mind to rest in the heart.
No gymnastics,
No breathing,
No visualization,
Just awareness,
Mind-heart united.
And it's beautiful because we didn't start by relaxing the mind,
So we can see very clearly that the mind will jump.
No problem.
It's fascinating.
But you keep strong,
Keep centered in your heart.
Let the mind jump,
But you keep strong.
And you see magically that the system is softening.
As if you're training a wild horse,
You know,
When it's on a leash or a long rope,
And you stay still.
You give to the horse the sense of presence.
You can do your things,
But know that I'm here.
Keep still in the heart.
And now we can go to breathing.
And we can incorporate the breath in that movement of the mind to the heart.
So when we exhale,
We can visualize that the energy of the mind is relaxing into the heart.
This will help more.
As if when we inhale,
We're pulling energy.
We're pulling the life force from the whole creation into the body.
And when we exhale,
We're guiding the mind into the heart,
As if it's softening,
It's relaxing into the heart.
Inhaling from the whole creation,
Exhaling mind to heart.
And then let go again of the control breathing,
Or the visualized breathing.
And just again,
Stay present mind in the heart.
And to add another component,
We give gratitude.
Gratitude for ourself for taking the time and making the effort to unite mind and heart,
And allow the mind to relax in the heart.
We're giving gratitude for that.
We could just get up,
Drink our coffee,
And go to work.
But we've chosen to be here in stillness.
We give gratitude.
And we get more help by acknowledging the presence of all these lovely people that we're sharing this space right now.
It doesn't matter where you are on this planet,
Because the real home is now,
Is presence.
That's the only home there is.
So once we're acknowledging that we are together,
We are at the same place.
It's really like this.
The distance,
The time,
Is just in the mind.
The truth is only in the present moment.
So when we're acknowledging our presence in one space right now,
We're giving so much power to each other.
Because it's normal that some of us maybe have a bit more turbulent life at this moment,
Or turbulent morning.
We support each other.
The light of one enhances the light of the other.
So just acknowledge the presence of each other,
And allow your heart to open to each other,
Supporting each other,
To calm the mind and keep it in the heart.
Gratitude,
Presence,
Unity.
Gratitude is very close to love.
That's why when the mind engages gratitude,
It psychologically will touch the heart immediately.
So gratitude is an amazing tool to unite mind and heart.
Wonderful.
Let's continue,
And let's acknowledge that the heart is really a portal.
It's not like this small place in our body.
Not at all.
It's a door,
It's a portal to the whole creation.
So allow your mind to move through this portal and to find on the other side of this opening infinity,
Pure consciousness.
All there is is quantum field.
And relax into that space which is infinite.
That's your true self,
Infinite being,
Never born,
Never dies,
Beyond time and space.
Relax.
It's so beautiful.
It's so blissful.
It's a place with no demands,
With no worries.
It's a place to rest.
It's home.
Relax in infinity.
And invite friends,
Family,
To relax together with you.
As if you're lying down on a beautiful patch of grass,
And the sun is shining,
Blue sky,
And you're inviting your loved ones,
Come relax with me.
My heart is so open,
My mind is so soft.
I feel the connection with life,
Complete connection.
Be with me and feel the same.
The mind goes through the portal of the heart and dissolves in the blissful ocean of pure consciousness.
So it's in a way a death of the mind and a birth of complete unity.
Death of the ego,
Birth of unity with the ocean of pure consciousness.
For that we need courage to completely drop this illusory ego and feel the beauty of pure bliss,
Infinite ocean of consciousness.
Again,
The waves of the mind might come and go.
As normal,
Don't worry about it at all.
Even if you're catching yourself suddenly going with a thought,
No problem.
Just bring your awareness back to the heart and to infinite consciousness.
And allow yourself to feel that you are the sun of creation.
That the light which you are fills up the whole creation.
That in comparison,
The sun which we know is like such a tiny thing compared to the truth and the light which fills up the whole creation.
That's who you are.
Really that's who you are.
Don't think less.
Allow yourself to expand and expand and expand and feel that you're so shiny and bright and radiant and this immense power when you're really there,
There's no way you can be bothered by a mind.
It's so tiny.
It's so insignificant to the truth of who you are.
And don't let the mind tell you that it's not possible to be so infinite.
Of course it's possible.
It's the truth.
Enjoy this blissful infinite space which you are,
Which all is.
And it's normal that as we reach such a high vibration,
Not necessarily all our body vibrates in the same level of vibration.
We might walk up with some anxiety,
Some tension in the body,
Some pain.
So let's use this infinite bliss which we are to heal and harmonize any discomfort we have within us,
Physical,
Emotional,
Mental or energetical.
So for that,
Your mind and heart are infinitely open,
Infinitely radiant,
And you're inviting,
Let's say if you feel some anxiety in your stomach,
Invite it to synchronize with infinity.
No need to do anything besides just say,
I'm inviting the anxiety in my stomach to synchronize with the infinite space,
With bliss,
Which I am and all is.
That's it.
And relax.
It will do it.
If you have physical pain,
Do the same.
Invite it to synchronize with pure consciousness.
If you still have any energy tension,
Meaning that you feel that your vibration is not completely peaceful,
Harmonious with the whole creation,
So just invite any leftover tension,
Even in the most subtle way,
To synchronize with infinite consciousness.
I use different words,
But they're all the same.
Infinite consciousness,
Quantum field,
Infinity,
It's all the same.
So ideally when we do this synchronization process,
Slowly we feel that we don't feel,
Meaning we feel that our existence is only energy and light and love.
It's not physical anymore.
So just slowly allow any tension to dissolve in the infinite field of consciousness which you are.
This is the strongest,
Deepest healer,
Stronger than any medicine.
And any medicine is that state of pure bliss when all our system is completely synchronized with creation because there is no resistance.
And illness is when there is resistance to life.
When we are like this,
When a beautiful synchronization,
An illness cannot go in.
And if it was in,
It will go out.
Let's visualize that all humanity,
Or that we share this blissful space and state with all humanity as if we're inviting for this infinite space of bliss,
Of peace,
The whole humanity,
That all people's heart and mind relax and synchronize and harmonize with that beautiful space we experience.
And remember that the tips to keep this state or to come back to this state is the acknowledgement of infinity which you are,
Is gratitude,
And is the unity between mind and heart.
As much as we're keeping like this,
We're safe.
