In this meditation, we’ll explore the deep connection between every part of ourselves and the whole. Just like a hologram, where each part reflects the entire image, our body, mind, and energy mirror the full field of creation. When there's tension or imbalance in one layer, it resonates everywhere. Nothing stands alone. We'll gently turn toward any areas that feel stuck or fragmented—not to fight them, but to allow balance to return. As we soften into this awareness, the system begins to harmonize. Healing one part supports the whole. This is the power of seeing ourselves as a unified, living reflection of all that is.

Let's start.

I call this meditation Holographic Existence,

Or something like this.

Everything works together.

Also,

When we're talking about blockage,

It works together.

So,

When we feel blockage in any aspect of our being,

It will be everywhere,

In different levels or different ways.

For example,

If I feel that my breathing doesn't go deep,

So also the energy I'll find is not harmonized in a certain layer.

Also,

Normally I'll feel some emotions that are not balanced.

Also,

I might feel that my mind is in some way not relaxed.

So,

Everything works holographically.

And more than that,

That imbalance is projected also to the whole creation.

Because the whole creation is one holographic expression.

And the minute one thing is changing,

Everything else is changing.

And that shows the importance and the power for us to be in harmony in order to affect peace or to create peace on this planet.

So,

When there is imbalance inside us,

It's on any aspect within us and it's on any aspect within the whole creation.

That's how it works.

We are not separate.

We are completely one organism.

You and the most distant galaxy is one organism.

It's crazy,

But it is exactly like this.

One organism.

The same as one cell or one atom in your body is part of your organism,

What you call me,

The same the whole creation,

You are part of the me-ness of the creation.

One organism.

The minute you move,

Everything moves.

That's how it works.

So,

It's a great joy and great responsibility to harmonize for the benefit of ourself and for everybody else.

Let's go for it.

And it's always good to connect where it hurts,

Because then we recognize it easy.

When it's balanced or calm,

Normally a bit more difficult,

Because the hurting or the loud imbalance is shouting stronger than the peaceful harmonious part within us.

So,

Let's go where it hurts.

So,

Look for yourself.

Maybe there is some aspect within you that feels a bit heavy,

Either emotionally,

Either breath-wise,

Either in your mind.

Any aspect.

Okay,

Just check in,

See how you are doing.

And try not to comment on whatever you are perceiving.

Just observe.

It's like this,

This is like that.

As if you are going into a stroll within your system.

The first imbalance you are encountering,

Stop there.

And be with it.

Be with it.

But always I say,

Be with it as infinity and not be with it as me,

I,

As a person.

Okay,

Pay attention as infinity to the tension.

I mean,

Some of you have been practicing a long time,

So it's very clear what I'm asking.

But for those of you that are new to this concept,

I just explain that in order to be in that infinite space or to connect to tension from an infinite space,

You need to allow your mind to expand.

To expand and expand and expand with no limitation.

That means infinite state of being.

And once you are expanding in this way,

From that positioning or position of expansion,

Then pay attention to whatever you recognize within you that is tense.

Okay,

And so we can work together.

Let's say,

Yeah,

That what you found is sadness in your heart.

Let's say,

Okay.

Or maybe anxiety in your stomach.

Or any other form of tension really,

But let's start from the emotional system.

Okay,

So the sadness is what stands forward.

Yeah,

It's what you're feeling the first thing.

But as we're starting to pay attention to the sadness,

Ask yourself,

While I'm feeling the sadness,

Is there any other sensation,

For example,

The quality of my breathing,

That connected to the fact that there is sadness?

So you're adding breath awareness together with emotion awareness.

And then expand your awareness to see if you can connect more symptoms.

Yeah,

If you pay attention and you ask yourself,

So how is generally my body feels?

I know there is sadness.

I know the breath probably is tight.

What else can I find that is connected to that?

Then you'll see maybe some tension in your head.

Maybe you feel that your body is tilting in a strange way to one side or another.

Whatever comes,

Just include it in the holographic image of the tension.

And always remember that you are not what you're seeing.

You are the infinite space in which what you're seeing manifests.

Yeah,

Like the sky,

The blue sky observing clouds.

Same,

Exactly.

Your mind is infinite,

Blue sky.

Your being is infinite.

And within that infinity,

You're observing things.

We call those things my emotion,

My this or my that,

But really they are things.

And now,

As we're connecting emotion,

Breath,

Sensation in the body,

Let's expand to aura,

The sensation outside the body.

Maybe you feel tension as if there is some pressure coming from outside on your system.

So you're expanding this holographic imbalance to see it as a wide expression.

And now,

Even if you feel comfortable doing it,

You can expand and be aware of the tension in the whole creation that all emanates from the tension within you.

Yeah?

Yeah?

I mean,

Sometimes for me,

For example,

I feel it like scales of a fish that stuck on each other,

Something like this in the whole creation.

Whatever way it comes to you.

But it feels that my infinite body is holding tension,

Which is viewed by the pure,

The pure infinite awareness.

And all what we are asked to do is to become aware.

Even if you don't expand and connect to all what I'm saying,

Doesn't matter.

Even if you're only connected to sadness or to shortness of breath or any symptoms within you,

Without connecting to other symptoms,

Just stay with whatever comes to you.

That's all perfect.

But what's important is to be with it as infinity,

To be with it as the infinite space which you are and all is.

And as you're being with the whole holographic image of imbalance,

Remember as well that thoughts are part of it.

They're also things that manifest in the infinite space which you are,

Which all is.

So don't give any extra importance to movement in the mind we're calling thoughts.

It's exactly clouds,

Like sadness,

Like shortness of breath,

Or like tension in the aura.

All these are things that are coming and going.

To achieve more vector,

More power in what we're doing,

Let's acknowledge that we're here together.

So let's acknowledge with our mind that we're a group of like-minded brothers and sisters on the spiritual path,

Community,

Sangha.

And by acknowledging the presence of each other,

By acknowledging the light of each other,

By acknowledging the love that we share,

We're supporting each other to raise vibration.

Just by acknowledging,

I'm here,

I'm with you,

We are one.

You can feel that when you inhale,

You receive so much power,

So much wellness.

When you exhale,

You're sharing those qualities so we can all grow and vibrate higher and higher vibrations.

By keeping your consciousness,

Your awareness infinite,

You're opening your human existence to synchronize with the highest vibration there is,

To inviting complete synchronization with pure light,

Pure consciousness.

That's why,

Slowly,

Slowly,

Those symptoms of imbalance,

Emotional shortness of breath,

Energy imbalance,

Excessive thoughts,

All those symptoms start to diminish,

To calm down,

And you start to feel more and more in harmony as all your human personal system starts to synchronize and harmonize with your infinite being.

From that infinite expansion,

We can see that some aspects of our human system harmonize better than others.

So,

This is a good opportunity to check in and see what else can we invite to synchronize,

To harmonize.

Let's start with the heart chakra,

And just invite specifically the heart chakra to open up to the infinite dimension of the whole creation.

I'm inviting my heart chakra to open up to the infinite dimension of the whole creation.

Let's invite the second chakra below the navel to open up and expand to the infinite dimension of the whole creation.

I'm inviting my second chakra to expand to the infinite dimension of the whole creation.

And then let's do the same with the third eye.

I'm inviting my third eye to expand to the infinite dimension of the whole creation.

Remember that you are the whole creation,

So you are not expanding from inside out,

You're calling from outside what's in to catch up with the infinite you.

Okay,

And until now,

We used the mind in a way to harmonize and synchronize.

So next step is to drop the mind completely,

To be brave enough to be with no mind.

And you see very clearly that you are completely here,

Completely blissful,

And quiet,

With no mind.

But there is some deep,

Deep letting go that needs to happen for that.

Complete dropping of everything.

Allow yourself to be in that kind of uncertain and weird place where the mind is not used at all anymore.

And then something else will be revealed.

Surprise.

When the mind dropped completely,

What's revealed underneath is just easiness.

There is no me,

No you.

Everything is just ease.

There is nobody and everybody.

No thing and everything.

No before,

No after.

Then you know the truth beyond any thought,

Religion,

Ideas,

Ideologies.

Before any movement of the mind.

It's always here and now.

So still,

So present.

So you,

So intimate.

More than anything else.

This state of being is not contradicting anything because it's the source of everything.

It's not contradicting being very active and full power in the world.

But constantly you're drinking from the source and from ideas about the source.

Obviously,

When we sit like this,

The Sangha,

The community,

And we're meditating and we're supporting each other and we take time to dedicate to that beautiful,

Sacred space,

It's easier to feel that,

To be that.

And we must train to be able to connect in that way on the go.

So we don't depend on meditation as much as it's beautiful to be in meditation.

And to reach that,

Which is here now,

Is in a way nothing to reach.

But to train to stay in that place what helps is,

First of all,

To train.

So to take time and to meditate,

Either with us as a group or using different videos,

Recordings that I have and other people that you feel that works for you.

And as well,

What helps me a lot is to pay attention and to try to increase the amount of paying attention to everything during the day.

And paying attention in the morning when I get up,

Not just to lie in bed and to think.

Pay attention to all the morning routine,

Everything.

And then slowly trying to increase the awareness until awareness becomes your nature and it just happens that you're aware of everything you do and then the mind doesn't go so easy into moving away from the present.

If it goes,

You pay attention,

You bring it back.

Okay,

But this definitely takes 24x7,

100% commitment.

Otherwise it's very difficult because life is so powerful and the drama is so strong on this planet.

It will grab you so fast and then it's difficult to move out of it.
