Okay,

We can start.

Just pay attention to the breath,

How it moves in and out.

And as the breath moves in and out,

Try to pay attention how it's affecting or how the left side of your body is being affected and the right side being affected by the movement of the breaths.

Is it going exactly in the center or is it filling up more one side in comparison to the other?

Maybe it's more noticeable in the front of your body versus the back.

So,

Try to locate and to be aware of the interaction between the breathing process and the body,

The spreading of the air.

And there's no need to push or to change,

Just observe.

Now,

Let's experiment with the effect between not the breathing,

But the thinking and first the brain.

So,

Not what the subject of your thoughts,

But the fact that the mind is moving,

Is thinking.

So,

Just think anything random,

Random,

Random,

Random,

Random,

Random,

Random,

Random,

Random,

Random and try in the same time to pay attention which part of the brain is getting more active compared to another part.

Just in a way talk inside your brain and then stop talking and then talk again like this a few times just to try to see if you can feel where the vibration of the talking,

Of the thinking vibrates in the brain.

And again like we did with the breathing,

Try to pay attention where the vibration of inner talking vibrates in the whole body.

Any thought,

I like it,

I don't like it,

I want,

Any thought,

Doesn't matter what what you're thinking about,

Just observe the effect.

Good.

Now,

Again pay attention to the breathing and see if there is similarity between the dispersion or the movement of the breath in the body and the movement of thoughts in the body.

Is it the same areas?

And then just think for a minute,

Let's say that your right side or your left side is being activated by breathing and by thinking,

Just maybe you can think if you have more physical symptoms in that side or one side more than the other.

Just for a thought.

Okay.

Obviously,

Whatever we find,

If the whole body is reacting to the breath in the same way,

Reacting to mental movement in the same way,

Then we're going to feel better.

Now,

Let's say bring awareness to the whole body.

Now,

Let's say bring awareness to the whole body.

Bring awareness to the whole body,

Feel your whole body.

And now,

Again become aware of breathing and see if the distribution of the breath is moving differently than when you were not aware of the whole body.

Stay aware of the whole body and then again try to move a few words in your brain,

Doesn't matter what,

But stay aware in the whole body.

Okay,

So if you had some imbalance before,

Obviously when you're aware of the whole body,

The energy,

The breath,

The relationship with thoughts in the body,

The relationship with thoughts and vibration in the body changes.

So,

Whatever you discovered as imbalance in your body also existing when you don't think,

When you don't pay attention to the breath,

It's actually all the time there.

Okay,

Let's focus now on harmonizing,

Harmonizing whatever imbalance you found to be and then hopefully we can take it after the meditation into our daily life.

For example,

If I found that my body reacts more to breathing on the left,

More to thinking on the left,

So obviously that's what it's doing all the time and obviously I may get more symptoms either on the left or the right.

So,

Let's focus the meditation on harmonizing.

So,

As I'm going through my day,

I'll be aware and make sure that the energy is all the time flowing in harmony.

For that,

Let's bring the awareness into the center of the chest,

The heart chakra.

Just rest there quietly and without any effort as you're resting quietly in the center of your chest,

Pay attention to the breath and see if it's moving more harmoniously.

So,

Right now the mind and the heart chakra,

Heart center,

Are unified.

Let's take it further and then acknowledge as whom are we observing,

Meaning do I observe what's happening as the person,

Meaning I'm aware from my body at my body or from my brain at my body or brain or am I expanded,

Wide,

And from there I'm observing what's happening in the interaction between mind and heart.

Awareness is not connected to this body.

It's connected to mental activity,

But it's not limited to this body.

So,

Let's widen awareness now and include in the field of awareness,

If possible,

The whole creation.

Why not?

There's no limit how wide we can expand our awareness.

If it's too much for you,

Just make sure that you're wider than the physical form.

Okay,

And awareness is space,

So we're widening awareness to infinite space,

And as infinite space we are now observing the flow of the air of the breath,

Observing the flow of the air of the breath in the body while the mind and the heart are united.

Okay,

So we have a few components.

One is infinite awareness,

Infinite space.

Two is the connection between the mind and the heart center.

Three is awareness of how the breath moves in and out and how it's affecting our physical form.

Now we take off one component,

Which is the breath awareness,

And we're only aware as infinite space of mind and heart united.

At the same time,

If we recognize earlier some imbalances in the body between left and right,

Front and back,

Or whatever we found,

As we are infinite space with heart-mind connection,

Check how the energy is distributed now in your body.

Do you feel more whole?

Remember that in order to observe things you don't need to shrink,

You don't need to become again a little person,

You stay space.

The sky doesn't shrink when they're aware of the cloud moving through them.

The same,

The ocean doesn't shrink when it's aware of one new wave in it.

So,

Awareness doesn't shrink when it's aware of anything.

Now let's say let go of only the heart-mind interaction and become aware of love.

So,

We are more focusing now as infinite space,

Here our mind is not going again becoming small,

It stays infinite,

But in a way it's inviting the heart to widen and to meet in infinity.

So,

Now there are only two components,

Infinite heart,

Infinite love,

Which is the same,

And infinite space.

So,

The space that the mind is aware of is love.

And the only way to feel love is with heart,

That's the only way we can be aware of love.

So,

The heart is aware of love,

Is love,

But it's not pulling itself into the little person,

It's allow this love to expand and become creation itself.

Love MI,

Infinite space MI.

As infinite space and infinite love they just practice to keep this state of being and just think about someone that we love or even that we don't love from that state of infinite love,

Infinite space,

Recognizing that they as well are the same and we're meeting in love.

No matter who you're going to think now,

When you are love itself,

You're going to meet them in love.

No matter who it is.

Remembering very,

Very clear that love is,

But it's for sure not yours,

It just is.

Keeping this awareness of infinite space,

Infinite love,

Let's check within,

Again,

Within our human being,

Without collapsing,

Stay infinite,

And see if any part of your existence needs a special attention at this moment.

Maybe with all this expansion you're recognizing still some leftover emotional attention within your heart.

If that's the case,

Just invite that part that is tense and maybe heavy,

Maybe sad,

Or any other emotion,

Invite it to synchronize with the infinite space,

Infinite love,

Which you are.

Emotion can be lodged also in the body,

In different places,

In the thighs,

In the knees,

In any other place.

Just check and maybe there are more subtle hidden places that need to be visited and invited to be,

To soften,

To harmonize.

Then let's visit the physical form,

And maybe there are parts in our physical form that as well needs to be harmonized,

To relax,

To synchronize with the infinite love and infinite being,

Infinite space,

Which we are.

So,

Invite those areas to harmonize,

To soften into the infinite space.

Don't shrink,

Don't do the work that we're doing from inside as the person,

Do it from outside as infinity.

This is the most important point here.

Now be more subtle and look in your physical form as space for tension,

But on an energetic level,

Meaning some kind of vibration that maybe feels cool,

But actually it's not in the highest vibration possible,

Because if it was high vibration you wouldn't feel it.

So,

Look for vibration in the body and again invite it to synchronize with the infinite space and infinite love you are.

As if the blue sky,

The infinite blue sky,

Inviting a cloud to spread and disperse,

So it transforms completely into blue sky.

Look for the clouds within.

And the most incredible state of being is when there is complete dissolvement and you don't feel the separation between your human being and your infinite being,

Become just one.

And in that state,

Just drop any what we call mental activity,

We can call it work,

Or focus,

And just allow the mind to dissolve completely.

Now there's zero attention or nothing,

It's just,

Everything is easiness.

And you recognize that you are,

Even without any mental movement,

The sense of being,

Even without any mental movement,

The sense of being,

The sense of infinite space is actually the essence of all there is.

And you are that.

That beautiful state that everything harmonizes completely,

Completely,

Is the most healing state possible because all the tension dissolves and harmonizes.

As we're moving out of the meditation,

Actually you don't need to move out,

I'll just guide it out,

But you can stay of course,

Because ideally we don't move anywhere.

Ideally meditation is me.

So there's nowhere to move because that's our nature,

Is infinite being.

But it's normal that as we're moving and interacting,

We start to identify more with the human form.

So remember what we did in the beginning of this meditation,

When we paid attention how the mind and how the breathing is moving in the system.

And then we pay attention that when we are centered and we're aware,

Mind and heart,

Everything harmonizes and is centered.

So that is possible to keep during the day.

Constantly mind and heart in unity.

On the go,

All the time.
