In this short meditation, we’ll give the nervous system a chance to settle. No pushing or fixing—just space. By allowing the breath to move naturally and bringing attention to subtle sensations, the whole body begins to quiet down. The mind follows, slowly letting go of urgency, noise, and pressure. This simple practice is about restoring balance. When the nervous system calms, clarity returns. We feel more present, less reactive. This is how we begin to move through life with steadiness and care—from a body that feels safe, and a mind that can rest.

Hi my friend,

Let's dedicate this meditation to calm our nervous system.

Make sure you lie down or you sit comfortably.

In fact I'm standing and it's a work scene.

In fact I'm standing and it works just as well.

But whatever position you're choosing to be,

Make sure you're comfortable.

Don't force your body.

Make sure you're comfortable so you can relax and connect.

Let's start by taking a deep breath in and exhaling and softening and letting go.

Again,

Deep breath in,

Exhale,

Release,

Letting go.

Keep observing how the breath moves in and out,

But don't try to manipulate it.

Just observe it quietly.

Your awareness is pure.

Your awareness is infinite.

As you're observing the movement of the breath in and out,

Allow your mind,

Your awareness,

To move out of this imaginary prison that we're constantly blocking.

No,

No,

No.

This imaginary prison we're calling the mind.

Your true being,

Your true mind,

Is the whole creation,

Really.

So allow that consciousness to expand.

Don't limit it to the size of your head.

And with that expanded consciousness,

Observe how the breath moves in and out.

Invite your mind to scan for areas of tension.

Anywhere in your body,

It doesn't matter.

Once you're observing that tension,

Try to observe it in a holistic way,

Which means,

Let's say you have a tension in your chest.

So while you're observing the tension in the chest,

Ask yourself if that tension also manifests in a subtle way in other places,

Which it will,

Which it does.

Your system works in harmony even when it holds tension.

So the tension in your chest will manifest actually everywhere in your body.

You're just feeling it stronger in your chest.

You might feel it in your feet,

In your arms,

In your emotions.

Actually,

Everywhere in the body holds that tension.

The body mirrors everything to everywhere.

So use the tension as the portal to recognize it everywhere.

Once you globally recognize the tension,

Just be with it.

Don't do anything else besides being with it.

But be with it with a wide consciousness,

An expanded consciousness.

And then the magic takes place.

Gradually you'll find that the tension dissolves,

That harmony moves into the area of tension,

Of heaviness,

Of darkness.

Allow your breath to move freely,

Irrigating your being from inside with fresh energy.

Allow your mind to acknowledge its infinity,

Giving so much space for your existence.

Allow your heart to realize its infinite space,

Infinite nature.

Allow your head energy to expand and expand like a bird liberated from its cage.

Allow your spirit to soar.

You're free.

I'm free.

Blessings,

Forever blessings.
