So,
Today is Yom Kippur,
And Yom Kippur is,
Or the evening of Yom Kippur,
When the first star is seen in the heaven,
Is where it starts,
Until 24 hours next tomorrow.
So Yom Kippur is the most holy day for the Jews,
Because the belief is that in this time God is deciding who's going to live and who's going to die.
So those who believe in this way take it very,
Very seriously.
But if you believe it or not,
For sure there is an opening,
A cosmological opening,
And also an energetical opening,
Just because many,
Many people on the planet are observing this moment and give it power,
Just with their thought,
Like we meditate and we get together as a group of people,
And we feel the impact of the group.
So imagine that many millions of people are doing the same thing,
It's very strong.
So it's nice to hitchhike on that wave.
So also it's very beautiful that it's a consecutive day after the New Year,
The Jewish New Year,
And it's very beautiful if we take it energetically,
That the New Year has a cleansing aspect connected to it.
So in this beginning of the year there is processes of purification,
So as we go into the winter,
And into hibernation,
So the energy is more clean and we don't hibernate on energy that is toxic.
So this is a great opportunity to let go.
And the whole idea of Yom Kippur is forgiveness,
And forgiveness first of all to ourselves,
For anything that we feel that we need to forgive,
And then forgive to others,
And forgive to your relationship with,
They say in the Jewish tradition,
With God.
But I think it's your journey,
Your soul journey,
To unite with the Divine.
So really we are not us,
I'm not me,
I'm an infinite being.
So really if you look deeply,
There is nobody to forgive,
Nobody,
Really.
But as we,
In the meditation,
In the attitude to help ourself,
Or to help the mind,
Or the ego,
We introduce humbleness,
We introduce gratitude,
So forgiveness is another very powerful tool to let the mind move out of the stories,
You know,
That I'm not okay,
And I did something wrong to me,
And to others,
And all these things that the mind is kind of lingering on,
And doesn't allow us to connect with the Divine,
Because thinking all the time,
And worrying,
And feeling guilty,
And all that.
So let's dedicate this meditation to cleanse those qualities within us,
If we have any lingering qualities that we need to forgive to anyone,
Or to ourself,
Or to in anything,
It's a good opportunity today,
Using this beautiful energy of Yom Kippur.
Kippur in Hebrew,
Yom is day,
Kippur is not really to forgive,
It's like to forgive after you know you did something wrong.
So if you did something wrong,
You mechaper,
You forgive yourself for doing something wrong.
Okay,
So let's just look inside ourselves,
And see first the relationship that we have with ourselves,
If we need to forgive ourselves for anything,
Let's just take a minute for that.
And it's important we look at it from a spiritual attitude,
And not from an ego attitude,
Although it's in the ego realm of the ego,
Because as I said,
There is no you,
Really.
But to look that the mind has an issue that it needs to forgive itself,
It's the mind to itself.
It's like the computer is forgiving an aspect of the program,
It's inside itself.
So you can look at it like this a little bit.
Don't embrace the story,
Again,
We had enough of that.
Now when we forgive ourselves,
We have also to look again spiritually,
Who forgives who,
To be very clear about it.
Is it the mind,
Like one story forgives another story?
So we stay in the story.
But maybe the deepest forgiveness is when we see that actually we are not the story,
But we see that the mind holds many stories.
And then,
We're very compassionate about this mind of us,
It has stories.
And maybe we can embrace that aspect of our being,
That find it hard to be quiet,
Find it hard to love others.
Maybe it feels envy or angry at others.
Maybe it has dark thoughts onto itself or onto others.
So all that we can forgive,
Coming from a very,
Very wide spiritual acknowledgement of the truth of who we are.
The infinite being which we are,
There's endless space and endless love to that little mind that fights with itself,
That cannot be quiet,
Can challenge and worry and anxious and all those things,
It's normal.
And then a shift awareness and ask yourself about relationship with others.
Did we injure somebody?
Did we talk in an ill way to somebody?
Did we think or do we think in a negative way to somebody,
On somebody?
And that as well,
Forgive but not as the little person forgiving another little person in the box.
Forgive as the infinite consciousness that sees those qualities and have a lot of compassion for that aspect of our being.
And then let's expand to our relationship,
We can say with the Divine,
But really it's that part in us that is yearning for peace,
For love,
For harmony,
For harmonious existence.
And we can easily see that many times we're blocking that connection.
And maybe we're angry at ourselves for that as well.
So again there we can forgive,
We can love,
We can embrace,
We can have a lot of space and kindness and softness.
Now this action of forgiveness actually must be 24-7,
It's not something we do only in Yom Kippur,
Although it's a good energy today,
Meaning that our practice should allow us to be so vigilant,
So aware,
To catch those stories very fast and not to go there.
So if we see anything negative running in our computer,
In the box,
We can just be aware of it and not give it power before we identify with it and then we are it.
Okay,
Good.
So now let's say connect with the truth that is beyond all what we need to forgive for and beyond the one who thinks he is the one that needs to forgive.
The truth is beyond the object and beyond the subject.
It's not beyond,
It's both.
The truth is the energy from which everything springs to be.
So those thoughts that we need to forgive and the one who forgives is really the same energy,
Just waves on the ocean of pure consciousness.
So for that,
Let's pay attention to our breath,
Which is truth,
Truth itself,
The breath.
There is no me,
There is no you,
It's just breathing,
There is no story there.
And like always,
When we connect,
When we connect to the breathing,
We connect with infinite attitude.
It's not I am breathing,
Me,
The little person that needs to forgive and be forgiven.
The one who breathes is actually the whole creation and the one who receives the blessing of the breath is the whole creation,
Which this body,
This being is part of.
And the one who exhales is the same,
The whole creation exhales to the whole creation.
So the essence of the practice is to be nothing and to breathe as nothing and as everything.
It's not that me,
I am breathing,
Even with infinite awareness.
I am everything,
Breathing as everything.
So when I inhale and exhale,
The whole creation breathes,
Because I am that,
That I am.
My body is the creation itself,
So when I inhale,
The whole creation expands.
When I exhale,
Creation doesn't shrink,
Creation expands even more.
So both in-breath and out-breath,
Expanding the whole creation.
Keep your mind infinite,
Then you are out of trouble.
When the mind becomes the size of the body,
It's attaching itself to notions,
Conditioning from this life and karma for endless lifetimes.
So even seeing that you are not,
You don't know where they are coming from,
But they are in your DNA,
Energetic DNA,
Or physical DNA,
And they are just manifesting for you.
When you keep your mind infinite,
This has less power to manifest.
Keep it infinite,
Breathe as the universe.
And let's add to this universal love,
Or to this universal breathing,
The feeling of love in our heart.
So the love expands and expands with in-breath and out-breath,
Exactly like the energy.
So your body is the whole creation,
Which is made out of pure consciousness and love.
And when we connect to such high vibration,
It's a great place for great time,
For healing.
So invite this pure vibration to enter to your body and to go to places that needs harmony,
Needs healing,
Either it's emotional,
Physical,
Psychological.
Just invite those parts in you that feel that they are not vibrating in harmony with the creation to synchronize.
I'm inviting my psychological brain,
Or aspect of my existence,
To synchronize with creation.
Then you feel that your brain,
Your mind,
Calms down and harmonizes with the Source.
I'm inviting my emotional existence to harmonize with the whole creation.
Then you feel that your heart opens up and you feel that you are in an ocean of bliss.
I'm inviting my physical existence to harmonize with the whole creation.
Then you feel that your physicality transforms into a vibrational existence.
That area that feels tight in any way,
Starts to synchronize and you don't feel them so clear.
It doesn't bother so much anymore.
All that needs courage.
As much as you give yourself to complete renunciation,
So you don't feel that you are you,
The effect is more and more powerful.
So the mind has to completely go.
Amazing.
So now,
When we are synchronized and feeling pretty much in beautiful harmony,
It's time to offer this beautiful healing to others.
Some of the people we know,
Or animals,
Or plants,
Or the whole planet,
Can use healing right now.
So just invite them to your space.
And through your presence and your connection with the Source,
They feel better.
It's like the mobile,
You can make a hotspot.
Yeah,
If the internet doesn't work,
Like today for me,
I take a mobile,
I put hotspot,
And through that I have internet.
So it's the same,
You are a hotspot of pure consciousness for somebody else that is not in that awareness right now.
And you're broadcasting beautiful energy that heals the other person.
Beautiful.
So we're all very,
Very fortunate where we are,
That we can sit quietly,
Quietly enough,
And we have the space and the means to sit and to connect with the Truth.
Many people on this planet don't have at all this ability.
They're not that fortunate.
So,
As I say always,
It's a duty and a pleasure to connect to the Truth.
Because through your connection,
You spread the light and helping others.
So thank you so much for joining this meditation.
And big blessings.
Have a beautiful week.
