Let's start.
Good morning to everybody.
Let's start by connecting to the breath.
Pay attention how the breath is coming in and going out.
Pay attention how the body reacts to the breathing and if you pay attention that there's any blockage or slowing down in the breathing process,
Just pay attention to that part of your body and allow it to soften.
Then we're introducing a sense of being humble,
That we're breathing,
Receiving the life force from the whole creation.
So the mind is aware that it's not the king or the queen of creation,
It's part of creation and is so grateful to receive the life force.
Okay,
So we're breathing with that awareness of gratitude and humbleness.
Thank you for giving me life.
It's important that we already find the thief,
The robber,
Because we're playing around it by saying me or you or I,
But that's me,
You,
I,
Mine is not really existing,
But we play around it just before we take it out completely.
So when we say I'm humble,
It's tricking the mind so it will not be so arrogant,
That's really what we do.
But it's not existing anyway,
But slowly we're kind of making it softer and softer until it disappears.
But it's important we understand this so we don't take the I,
The me very serious.
It's a technique.
Okay,
So we're dealing with the arrogant mind that tries to be the king and the queen of everything.
And we're showing it that actually creation is much bigger than the mind.
And then we're introducing gratitude for the same reason.
So when the mind is activated with gratitude,
Again it softens and it starts to harmonize with the heart.
So when we inhale,
We say thank you.
When we exhale,
We say thank you.
As much as the mind sees the enormity of creation and feel grateful,
It'll come down faster.
Understand that this is a technique because the mind is not existing.
It's like a phantasma,
Breathing in with gratitude and humbleness and breathing out the same.
Number three,
If you follow what I said yesterday,
Point number three of the five steps for blissful existence.
So number one is humbleness.
Number two is gratitude.
Number three is acknowledging infinity.
Again,
It's working with the mind so it will realize the truth and will not continue to pull us into this separate existence that creates so many troubles for us and for others and for the planet,
For everything.
So in step number three,
We're acknowledging infinity and we allow the mind,
We direct the mind to realize that its true nature and true size,
You can say,
Is the size of the whole creation.
That's the truth.
Your mind is the whole creation.
The ego,
Just because of bad habits or wrong habits,
Is constantly pulling into this little small person which gets blocked,
Anxious,
Worried,
Confused.
When we realize that,
We can just release it,
Release the mind.
Let it assume its truth and then it opens up and then we feel very good.
So allow your mind to occupy the truth of its existence which is infinity,
The whole creation.
In fact,
Your mind is the mind of the creator,
It's not your mind.
Point number four is love.
Again,
As the heart gets stronger,
The mind gets weaker.
Now weaker we don't want to weaken the mind but we want to show and guide it to the truth which is its infinity.
So these are all techniques to establish ourselves in where we're supposed to be.
So love,
Connecting to the heart center,
Connecting to love.
You can think about somebody you love,
A human,
Animal,
A plant,
Sunrise,
A beautiful place,
Any place or anything that opens your heart,
Even this very moment when the day breaks in,
Or if you are on the other side of the planet,
When the night is moving into itself.
It's so magical and when we allow our heart to synchronize,
Synthesize with that,
Love comes.
That love,
Again,
Is the way creation operates.
It's the energy that moves everything and binds everything together.
So let your heart with a sense of love,
Again,
Acknowledge that love is creation and like the mind,
As well,
The heart is infinite.
The whole creation is love.
The chair you're sitting on,
The air you're breathing,
The air you're breathing,
The clothes you're wearing,
The air they're caressing your face,
The food,
The water,
The oxygen,
It's all expression of love.
Gravity itself is love.
So just allow yourself to be in love and expanded and expansive and infinite.
So love is point number four.
Moving into five.
Five is dissolving.
So that drop of rain that touches the ocean is immediately ocean.
It cannot keep its shape in the ocean.
It is ocean.
Drop of rain is only outside the ocean.
Same is the mind.
Drop of rain is like the mind.
Ocean is the unity of the drop and the ocean.
So drop your mind into the ocean of bliss,
Of consciousness,
Of infinite existence,
And then you're free completely.
As much as you are courageous to drop it more,
That's the level of freedom you're experiencing and the bliss you're experiencing right now.
It is normal that some of us have difficult situation in our life.
Maybe we're facing some physical discomfort,
Psychological discomfort,
Emotional discomfort,
Or energy discomfort.
It's normal.
When in that situation,
It's more difficult to do all what I'm pointing and guiding.
And sometime we're partially managing to do it,
But let's say maybe we still feel tension in our heart,
Or our mind is not completely relaxed,
Or our body is tense or painful,
Or our energy body is dense and not comfortable.
In this case,
Infinity is the best healer possible,
Because it's the widest possible state of being in which everything flows better.
So what we do,
We're inviting those parts inside us that still holding tension,
That didn't dissolve into infinity,
We're inviting them to synchronize with the infinite consciousness,
The boundless being,
Which is who we are really.
So if you feel that still your heart is aching,
Painful,
Sad,
Anxious,
Just invite that sensation to synchronize with the whole creation.
I'm inviting my heart to harmonize with creation itself.
Just wait,
You don't need to do anything,
It'll do it.
Our chemistry,
Physiology function the best in the environment of no thing,
Of infinity,
Because there is no resistance there.
So let's continue and offer physical tension to the infinite consciousness and invite synchronization.
And if the mind is still a little bit pulling into its stories,
Let's invite the mind itself to harmonize with the truth,
With infinity,
With pure consciousness,
So it'll calm and calm down more and more.
As Machu Tzu is surrender,
We mean the mind,
Bliss is stronger,
Unity is stronger,
Dissolvement is stronger.
Wonderful.
And now it's time that we can invite others,
Who we know they find it rough at this moment in their life,
To join our circle,
Or maybe to visualize they're in the center of the circle,
So they as well can feel better from this beautiful energy we're sharing.
So whoever you feel needs that help,

And let's soften and relax everything,
And let's go deeper and invite our karmic,
You can say,
Conditioning,
Our karmic conditioning to dissolve in pure consciousness.
I'm inviting all the karmic conditioning that's sitting in my system,
That in a way waiting to be manifested,
To dissolve.
Let's dissolve ancestral conditioning,
So our mind will create in an innocent way,
And not being so influenced by the ancestral conditioning.
Let's harmonize and dissolve DNA conditioning.
Any DNA bond that creates a reality,
Physical,
Emotional,
Psychological,
That is not healthy,
We're inviting to dissolve in infinite consciousness.
Beautiful.
So we're going to finish soon the meditation,
But meditation is never finished,
And meditation in a way should be 24-7.
It's not about meditation,
It's about the acknowledgement of the truth.
So remember the five steps,
Humbleness,
Gratitude,
Infinity,
Love,
Dissolve.
And any one of them,
Like some of you shared in the group,
Any one of them you apply will support you greatly,
And you don't need to do it in that order.
You'll see for yourself what works.
But keep it alive all the time,
So your life will be really nice.
