Hi my friend,

Big welcome.

Let's talk about maintaining that infinite space which we're encountering through meditation through the daily life.

When we meditate and we're connecting to infinity and we're connecting to the source and the truth of who we are the expansion cannot be described.

The mind moves completely beyond identity and vibrates as all there is.

When we reach that state,

That state normally is reached when we don't move,

When we meditate,

When there's complete stillness in our being.

But then when we stop the meditation and we start to move about during our day,

How to maintain this state?

So here are a few ways to help us.

Number one is to connect to the vibration inside the body and to acknowledge that those vibrations are also outside the body.

That you are living inside an ocean of vibration and as you move you're moving inside that ocean exactly if you're walking inside a pool or inside a shell of waters of any sort.

Exactly as you're walking inside a shallow pool or shallow water of any sort.

So you are aware of the subtle vibration of energy that is in your body as tingling and outside your body as tingling and when you walk you're aware and when you're walking when you do your thing you do it with awareness of those vibrations.

This is so much fun and requires a lot of subtlety in your daily life.

This is number one.

Number two is to connect to that infinite field through love.

So you open your heart and you acknowledge that as well as you're in the sea of being,

Sea of vibration,

You are inside a sea of love,

An infinite ocean of love.

When you cross life,

When you move through life,

You move in love.

That's why when we say I'm in love with you,

You know you limited the feeling of love to the most smallest possible way.

When you're walking in love because the whole creation is love,

It's a completely different experience.

Number three is gratitude.

Trying to apply gratitude to anything you do.

Like this the mind will move from its arrogant habitual state of being into humbleness,

Being and connecting to love and to the heart.

Number four is bringing awareness to your physical actions.

How you walk,

How you place your feet,

How you hold,

Do you dress first the right and then the left,

Do you walk first right and then left.

Everything becomes complete awareness.

As deeper as in meditation,

It'll be easier for you to maintain it on the go.

Ideally,

In the end there will not be any effort of in meditation like sitting and out of meditation like moving.

It'll stay all exactly the same space.
