I say enlightenment is possible.
It's not only for the Buddha or for Jesus.
It's for you my friend.
It's for everybody.
For that we need basically two things.
Number one is to really understand and embrace the truth of who we are.
Number two is to pay attention what pulls us from the truth.
The truth of who you are is pure consciousness.
I am all there is.
Now maybe it's nice to to hear that but this must be directly experienced.
Then you know that you are enlightened being.
It's clear.
For that you can follow different meditation that I'm guiding exactly for that.
Infinite being.
Meaning that your mind has the capacity to be infinite.
Has the capacity to be in the dimension of the whole creation and your identity as I'm me will transform as I'm all there is.
Once you establish in that and you're very clear completely clear with no doubt and that this is enlightenment.
So what happened when we are not that or while we are not in that state all the time?
Simply habits.
And the mind when it's active it pulls us again and again into the identity that I'm me.
I am this body.
What's called in the teaching of yoga Maya.
The illusion of duality.
Inside your heart there's a pure soul.
That soul is thriving and yearning to come home and to reconnect with that exact infinite being all there is which you are.
But the mind is masking that connection and doesn't allow this connection to take place.
The way we have to reconnect soul and infinity is by first of all understanding who am I and really feeling I am all there is in the moment.
That I'm acknowledging the truth of who am I.
In that moment the soul the awareness and all there is are uniting and that the states of enlightenment.
That's why it's extremely important to pay attention to the way the mind works.
To pay attention that the mind pulls you constantly into duality and doesn't allow you to stay infinite.
To pay attention to the tricks and the ego cunning motions of the mind that pulls you into different mental trips and doesn't allow you to establish in the truth.
For that we must train the mind to become quiet.
We must train the mind to come back into presence.
How do we do that?
By working with simple habits that has nothing to do with enlightenment.
Brushing the teeth with the right is common to most people.
Let's do it with the left.
Stepping somewhere with the right.
Let's do it with the left.
Walking in a certain way.
Walk a bit different.
Do everything a little bit different and if not everything even one thing.
Like this the mind will start to become more aware.
So on one hand establish clarity and break habits.
On the other side make sure that you are completely completely clear about the truth of who you are by reaffirming again and again and again I'm all there is but not as words only but in direct experience.
For that you can follow many meditation I have online and it will help you to establish in that.
