So,

Just though we're all connecting and sharing the same space,

There's only one space,

It's called Now,

Presence.

Actually,

It doesn't call,

We call it,

It doesn't have a name.

And just so we connect all together,

Let's just connect to our breathing for a minute.

And use the breath awareness to come to Presence,

To come to the Now Space.

So,

Let's just pay attention how the breath moves in and goes out.

Okay,

And just a few words about this meditation.

I call it Perfect Existence.

And really,

We all have our tendencies and our way of being,

And we all have our Presence that are waiting to express,

A different age,

A different life situation,

Different things are expressing through us.

And it's not about finding those things,

They'll come.

It's about being able to give it space to come.

And being able to be aligned with Souls,

So whatever needs to come,

In whatever time it needs to come,

It will manifest.

Let's dedicate this meditation to acknowledge alignment with Souls.

So,

Whatever we are called to manifest in our life,

Will just happen.

At the same time,

We have to be very clear what blocks that from manifesting,

And pay attention not to do that.

And what blocks from manifesting for each one of us is something different psychologically,

But generally speaking,

It's just the mind and the ego.

Yes,

So when we have mental activity,

Normally we are not aligned with Souls,

Normally.

There are mental activities that are very aligned with Souls,

But not really activities,

It's a state of mind in which we are just channeling information,

Or channeling creativity,

Whatever comes,

But comes straight from Souls,

And the mind is just a channel for a system to express.

We can call it mental activity,

But actually it's mental positioning.

So,

Let's make sure that we really understand what does it mean to be aligned.

And it's not something out there,

Spiritual,

Or I don't know,

That I'm aligned with Souls.

It's something very technical,

That we have to know how to align.

Yeah,

It's technique.

Okay.

So,

First is for us to understand and to pay attention when we are not aligned.

So,

Just ask yourself,

How am I doing right now?

But that's not to judge,

It's just to acknowledge.

It's like you're writing a report for a magazine about what you're experiencing.

How is,

For example,

The state of the mind?

Is it moving fast?

How is the state of the body?

Do we feel comfortable,

Or we have some difficulties,

Or pains,

Or discomfort?

How is the state of our emotions?

We're just recognizing what's happening right now.

Let's take a minute for that.

Okay,

So,

Component number one,

Is things,

Yeah?

Emotion,

Thoughts,

Sensation,

Stimulation coming from outside,

They're all we can classify as things.

Yeah?

Point number two is awareness.

Okay?

What is aware of those things?

What is aware of those things?

So now,

Let's pay attention to awareness.

It means that we are aware of awareness.

We are aware of that thing,

Which has actually been called Now,

Presence,

Space,

Aware of itself.

How do we do that?

Normally,

We are aware from the third eye.

Yeah,

This is like where we project awareness to whatever object we want to shine the light of awareness on,

Or to connect to,

We can say.

But now,

Instead of shining that awareness to an external object,

We're just pulling it back into itself.

So,

Awareness of awareness.

Let's be there for a minute.

Okay?

And just to be more clear about the difference between clean awareness and awareness of an object,

Let's take an object,

Let's say the breath,

And now become again aware of the breathing process,

But become aware with space.

Yeah,

Awareness is space,

And it's aware of something moving within the space,

We call it for now the breath.

It can be anything else.

Okay,

So instead of saying,

I am breathing,

We don't say anything,

But we acknowledge that we are aware of the breath movement within this body.

Okay?

To get more clarity about awareness,

We have to acknowledge that awareness is not limited to this body,

Or to what we call me.

So,

Let's expand our mind,

Our consciousness,

To the whole creation,

To acknowledge that awareness is actually all there is.

Yes,

So we're inviting our mind to expand to the whole creation,

To occupy the whole creation.

And then,

As the whole creation,

We are aware of the breath in this body that we called me,

Or mind,

Or I.

But that calling this body me,

Mind,

I,

Is again an object in the infinite space of awareness.

So,

Number one,

We are awareness.

Number two,

We are the object within this awareness.

Now,

It matters,

But for practicing what we're doing right now,

Let's say it doesn't matter what we feel.

We still might feel very emotional,

Or very unsettled,

Or maybe we have some physical discomfort.

For the practice we're doing,

Actually let's say it doesn't matter.

Because what matters is to acknowledge the infinite space which we are.

This is most,

Most,

Most important.

And then the relaxation and the harmony of our human existence will follow.

But number one should be the infinite acknowledgement,

Or acknowledgement of infinity.

So,

We try to resist the tendency of the mind to pull into the ego,

The separation,

My pain,

My worries,

My anxieties,

My emotions,

My thoughts.

We try to pay attention to the infinite aspect of our existence.

And then all those difficulties that we are experiencing or may experience in the future will dissolve because there is so much space for them to soften.

Infinite space.

Okay?

So,

Let's focus now on dissolving tension because now we are already aware of the truth of who we are,

Which is infinite being.

And this truth of who we are is a state of being is not something we acknowledge through thinking.

And because it's the purest existence there is,

Anything we synchronize with that purest existence is going to feel much better.

Let's try it.

So,

Let's invite our heart chakra to synchronize with the infinite being which we are.

So,

Here we are completely upside down.

Instead of me as the ego synchronizing my heart chakra,

We are like doing handstand or headstand.

We are first the whole creation and then we are inviting the heart chakra to synchronize with me as the whole creation.

My body is infinite.

My mind is infinite.

My love is infinite.

My existence is infinite.

And to that infinite being which I am,

Which you are,

Which everything is,

We are inviting the heart chakra to harmonize.

Let's invite our nervous system to harmonize.

How do we know how our nervous system is doing?

You might feel nervous.

You might feel anxious.

You might feel some kind of buzzing in your system.

That means the nervous system is a bit on the edge.

We are inviting the nervous system to harmonize with the infinite being which we are,

Which I am,

Which you are.

Don't do anything.

Just say acknowledge who you are and it will manifest,

It will happen.

Remember,

The only job of your mind right now is to acknowledge infinity,

To acknowledge that it is all there is and then to synchronize between the object which is in our human existence and infinity.

Of course,

We don't need to think or visualize or nothing.

We just say I am all there is and I am inviting,

Let's say,

My nervous system to synchronize,

That's all.

Okay.

And now let's do the same with our second chakra or we can call it the sacred chakra,

The chakra that is below the navel,

Above the pubic bone,

That area.

I am inviting my second chakra to synchronize Okay.

So as you go deeper and harmonizing more and more,

Ideally you stop feeling your body so much because you are now all there is,

Infinite.

So it's much higher vibration than our physical vibration.

So you might feel that you slowly not feeling your physical body so much and there is much more space and peace in your existence.

Let's take right now or let's scan right now,

For example,

I feel a bit more tension in my forehead,

My head.

So I am going to focus there.

So scan for yourself and ask yourself which part of my existence can be emotion,

Physical,

Is not in harmony right now.

And I am inviting that part to synchronize with infinity or we can say with my infinite existence.

And remember don't think,

Just acknowledge,

Identify and then invite synchronization and that's it.

Thinking here is taking you back in time to the ego,

To the little person.

When you invite synchronization,

As detailed as you are with your diagnosis,

For example,

I said that I have some tension in my head,

This is too general.

I have to be very very exact where is that tension in my head,

Front,

Back,

Sides,

Deep inside,

More on the surface and then the effect is really fast.

So try to be exact and invite synchronization.

Ok,

As your human existence synchronize more and more and you feel less and less and less physical and the bliss feeling is elevating,

But again this is not the measurement for let's say your success.

The measurement is the acknowledgement of the truth and identifying with the truth which is infinity.

Because sensation comes and goes,

More bliss,

Less bliss,

This is not the point.

The point is to know who you are and to manifest from there,

To be that.

Ok,

So now when we have the acknowledgement and the experience of infinite being,

When we have infinite space to see things,

Thoughts,

Emotions,

Sensory inputs coming from outside,

We can see then now we have very clear ability to identify the state of our mind.

Now we have to learn how to arrange ourselves,

How to align ourselves so we can function on the go in harmony.

Yeah,

Because this state that we are now can be more a meditative state that it's more difficult to hold on the go.

For that let's acknowledge the crown chakra.

So let's visualize on a crown there is a beautiful cone of light shooting to infinity.

A cone yeah like a crown but extending to infinity.

Through that crown or cone of energy the life force starts to enter and exit but now let's focus on the entering into our human existence.

So perfect existence has a lot to do with allowing that flow from infinity through the crown chakra through your whole body exiting from the feet to the earth.

Let's focus on that and invite the golden light that comes from all there is to flow down like a beautiful waterfall or channel and enter through your crown and nourish your whole body and continue to flow out through your feet and allow yourself to feel that you are on like a grid that works all the time and you just have to be aligned with that.

Your mind has to know how to align with that flow.

So for that the mind has to be still with a very clear image and allowing that flow to take place as if your being transformed into a river of light of golden light and that light moves through your body your human existence and cleanses everything and harmonizes everything and makes you feel comfortable very comfortable.

Ok,

So just train just bring any thought that maybe could bother you a little bit and see how your mind deviates immediately and that golden light is broken immediately and then train to bring back into alignment bring back to alignment so do it a few times just to make sure that you know how to do it to come back to alignment all the time.

So just to summarize the process we did first we just relaxed a little bit the system through breath awareness and then we watch what's going on in our system and then we move back we step back and acknowledge the awareness and then we start to expand the awareness and to acknowledge the truth of who we are infinite being and then we invited all our let's say blockages on each level to harmonize with that infinite being which we are and the last part is aligning with source through the crown chakra aligning with the golden light I hope that's clear let's take a practice but this last part that we did is very very very practical because it's very useful to use on the go you can constantly align like this it's possible thank you so much adios bye bye
