And we'll come again.

This meditation comes from nowhere,

From no thing.

It just bubbles up like a spring and will start to manifest on its own through my being.

Meditation comes from nothing,

From silence,

And goes back to silence,

To no thing.

Yet the no thing is so powerful and so vibrant.

It's called no thing just to use some word,

But in fact is infinite,

Vibrant potential.

When we are in no thing state,

We feel the best,

Because in no thing state we're vibrating with the source,

As the source.

It's the infinite potential before it takes form.

The only thing that separates us between no thing and some thing is the mind.

Or better saying,

When the mind takes the shape of some thing.

When the mind is completely quiet,

Completely infinite,

It is in no thing state,

And then we feel very blissful,

Very quiet,

Very comfortable.

The minute the mind makes a wave,

Meaning a thought,

Depend on the quality of that wave,

Something being created,

And the quality of that something can be comfortable or less comfortable,

Depending on the thought,

On the wave being created.

So let's try to feel and differentiate within us the no thing and some thing state.

For that we have to pay attention and differentiate between awareness and mental movement called thoughts.

Both connected completely to the mind.

Thoughts are movement of consciousness called mind,

And bliss is no movement of thoughts and harmony with source.

So let's be aware of the state of our mind right now,

And acknowledge as we do that,

That there is awareness and thought in the same time.

Meaning that the thinking or the thoughts are viewed,

Are reflected in awareness.

So let's try and differentiate and create space between the part that is aware and the object of awareness called thinking.

So because thoughts are loud,

It's easy to feel where thoughts are taking place.

Try for yourself.

For me obviously,

And I think for everybody,

It's a movement inside the head,

In the brain,

That's the feeling.

And then much much more subtle is the part that observe the thoughts,

But not only the thoughts,

That's what observe life,

Aware,

Aware of everything.

That's what gives life to our senses,

To see,

To hear,

To taste,

To feel.

So let's try to define awareness,

Where is it located?

For me,

It's somehow combined between the area of the third eye and the heart.

When awareness is present,

For me,

And maybe for you it's different,

But from working with many people I see it's the same for most people,

It's somehow a sense that the area of the third eye,

Or that part of the brain,

Needs to connect with the heart.

When I say the heart,

I mean the heart chakra,

The center of the chest.

And a nice image for that is like a swan,

That's placing his head inside his chest when it's resting.

See if you can try that,

And bring your awareness into the center of your chest,

And allow your mind to be quiet there.

As you're being there,

Maybe a thought will cross,

And it's easy to observe,

Because you create separation between awareness and the object of awareness.

When that is clear,

You can see very clearly that everything is reflected in the field of awareness.

With no awareness we cannot connect to life.

That's why when we sleep,

There's no awareness of the senses.

And when we sleep deep,

Deep,

There's even no awareness of thoughts manifested as dreams.

So when we awake,

The job is to be aware,

100% aware,

And not to get mingled and entangled with what we are aware of,

Especially not with thought.

So to deepen our experience,

Let's keep guiding the mind into the heart.

But here it's a very important clue to expand,

Because by default we're keeping the shape of our physical form,

Psychological form,

And emotional form to the size of this body.

But that's only a default choice,

It doesn't have to be like this necessarily.

The truth is that we are infinite beings,

And it's up to us to define our size,

You can say,

Or dimension.

So let's expand outside the physical form.

You choose how big,

How wide,

It can be 5 centimeters,

It can be 30,

It can be 1 meter,

Or it can be infinity.

As wide as it is,

The experience is deeper and more powerful.

So allow your mind to expand now,

And allow yourself to feel that you're expanding and connecting to the field or the source of all there is.

As your mind is expanded and your heart is expanded,

You can see very clearly that who you are is not the object that reflects in awareness,

But who you are really is the infinite consciousness.

Infinite space is the source where we started this meditation from,

Is the no-thing,

And the rest just reflect in that.

As infinite our consciousness is,

Bliss becomes our family name,

Or even our first name,

Because bliss and infinity is one.

To maintain that state we need a lot of commitment,

Because life is very powerful,

And life will draw us back into the mind,

Into default ego,

Small person,

Into the different dramas that life offers constantly,

If not in our life,

In somebody else,

Or even in the movie.

So we need to be very firm in our commitment to dwell in that infinite space,

Blissful space of being.

For that I recommend that you start to pay attention to anything you do,

And do it different.

If you comb your hair with the right,

Comb your hair with the left hand.

If you get off your bed with the right leg,

Get off the bed with the left leg.

If you dress up,

Putting first your left leg into your trousers,

Put the right leg,

Etc.

Try to live as conscious as possible.

Then your mind will be checked,

And not just fly all over the place.

And you will be able to bring it into Source,

To keep it in Source as Source.

And then you are in the Garden of Eden,

Here in this life.
